There is not safe way 100% to grow bitcoins but there are some risk trying to grow the bitcoin, recently i have seen that Lisk coin is listed in yobit exchange (maybe you saw an advertisement on the forum) and the price is growing pretty good until now from 0.004 when i lastly check until 0.02 now, so maybe giving it a try should worth.

If you are so much enthusiast then i would recommend you to get a bitcoin (virtual) debit card and spend your bitcoins mostly everywhere like the normal debit card. But spending directly your bitcoin is a bit problem because it is not implemented in lots of countries.

I have seen many groups especially in facebook about bitcoin but the posts there are mostly about referral links and it's annoying. Spreading bitcoin is better when you or others create new fanpages/groups and post/discuss about bitcoin news, trending price, new kind of investments, tradings etc.
