2021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Email address exposure in spreadsheet on: December 04, 2020, 05:23:21 PM
You can control the bounty manager to hide the email lists on spreadsheet yourself, you don't need to make post about it on here, I'm guessing that this happens almost every time when a new bounty managers tries to manage a new project, no reputable bounty manager will do such thing
Previously, our data on postal mail really remained in many tables and this is quite dangerous for bounty hunters.  I have had my email address hacked once.  Through it you can enter backups of documents, saved account passwords, private keys from our wallets and much more.  Therefore, of course, it is not worth putting our e-mail addresses on public display.  Recently, I no longer see them in the table and this is correct.  We are gradually developing certain safety rules for bounty hunters.  I am also pleased that KYC is almost never carried out.
2022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: December 04, 2020, 05:05:49 PM
Never. Altcoins won't displace Bitcoin. Regardless of all advances made by altcoins with swift transactions speed and low gas fees, Bitcoin will at present stand out of altcoins. Regardless of whether altcoins have much better features they are extremely distant from getting adopted. Most of altcoins consistently attempt to rival Bitcoin and that is the place where they miss the point. Bitcoin and altcoins will exist together.
In the world of cryptocurrency, anything can be.  We do not know what will happen in the cryptocurrency market in another ten years.  I see that the popularity, capitalization and price of bitcoin is kept high mainly due to the hope and belief that it will continue to grow in value.  As Bitcoin is expected to rise substantially next year after this year's halving, this will be another test for this coin.  It also cannot be denied that altcoins are developing very rapidly now.  No one can say yet what results such development will lead to.
2023  Economy / Exchanges / Re: It seems that KYC will be a must for all CEX users in Future on: December 04, 2020, 04:42:48 PM
Today December 4th 2020 Bitmax exchange have announced to stop providing services to non verified users, no more withdrawal limit for not verified users, I'm guessing if every other crypto exchanges will follow this, binance for example, I use this exchange with out KYC verifications, for someone like myself who don't want to give any centralized platforms my ID i may have no choice let, what do you think?

https://blog.bitmex.com/deadline-passes-for-bitmex-accelerated-user-verification-programme/
I don't think this will happen on all exchanges on the Crypto market. The reason this happened is because Bitmex was once caught by the SEC and they are starting to make it difficult for Bitmex because the manipulation in Bitmex was too big. So to be safe, everyone must provide KYC so that the SEC can more easily control.
So don't worry, there will never be KYC required on exchanges. Because this is something that any user really hate and they are willing to give up that exchange to use another exchange service.
I also think so.  Even the FATF has established that only transactions worth over one thousand euros are subject to KYC verification.  The minimum amount that can be sent without identification must be established.  Small amounts of transactions will simply clutter up the possible reporting of exchanges.  Therefore, it should not take root, even if officials want to establish such requirements.  On the other hand, there will always be exchanges in offshore zones that will not be subject to such strict rules.
2024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple a better fit for payment solutions? on: December 03, 2020, 05:14:27 PM
Ripple (XRP) plays a dual roles as a payment platform and a currency at the same time, this currency is better fit for payment solution than ethereum and Bitcoin since it's created to allow quick and cheap transactions out of the box

At this time of writing this post ripple is trading at 0.34$ with daily volume of 4billion dollars, in the last 24hrs XRP is up 14%, what's your take on this?
Ripple is very suitable for use as a means of payment, which is why it was chosen as this by the banking system.  Also, due to its low price and good functional characteristics, this coin is in good demand and popularity among individuals.  In recent years, it has also been growing well in price and has hardly dropped during the last correction.  Now the price of this coin is $ 0.63, that is, in two weeks it has practically doubled in price.  Perhaps the ripple fork scheduled for December 12 has something to do with this.
2025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions about Ethereum and ETH2.0 on: December 03, 2020, 04:53:03 PM
Am I missing some information about eth2.0 or what? I expected eth gas fee to have go lower than it used to be but right now it's still the same old high gas fee, is ETH2.0 going to actually fix high gas transaction fee or there is something I'm missing out?

Again why is Ethereum start co-existing with ETH2.0? I can see that people are still mining Ethereum and pools are still running too, why is that? Is there going to be a chain split or what?
Ethereum 2.0 was successfully launched on December 1st.  The improvements have three stages and they are designed to be implemented over two years.  Therefore, from the first day of the Ethereum 2.0 launch, this coin cannot change dramatically for the better.  Everything will happen gradually.  The bandwidth of the ethereum network will also gradually increase.  The old and new ethereum networks will not conflict with each other.  So far, of course, very little information can be found about this.  We will receive it as we implement these improvements.
2026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IF ONLY BOUNTIES WILL KEEP THEIR PROMISES. on: December 03, 2020, 04:30:28 PM
Bounties doesn't make promises, they just give some value which is highly not possible to reach in the reality when it hits exchanges other than few exceptions and its just common so bounty hunters need to take some responsibility because they are investing their time to promote a project by making deep analysis before starts to promote any project.
Yes, we all know about these risks, but we have little choice.  Now it is very difficult to say in advance which project will be fraudulent, which one is simply unsuccessful, and which one will make a profit, therefore, many participate in the largest number of ICO bounty campaigns in the hope that at least some of them will make a profit.  Apparently, these people have a lot of free time, and active participation in the forum allows you to keep abreast of the events taking place in the world of cryptocurrency.
2027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: December 03, 2020, 03:57:32 PM
Ethereum 2.0 has just launched and people have high expectations of Ethereum. The price of Ethereum has been around $600 and likely to rise much more after Ethereum 2.0.

Let's wait and see.
We will likely see some good further ethereum price gains soon.  Already, the price of this coin is $ 613.  This is despite the fact that the price of bitcoin is at just over $ 19,400.  After potential investors hear about the successful launch of Ethereum 2.0, many will buy this coin and its price will continue to rise.  It should be noted that in terms of growth rates as a percentage, the price of ethereum this year has grown much more than bitcoin.  This will most likely continue.
2028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ahead of the launch, Libra changed its name on: December 02, 2020, 03:56:33 PM
In any case, changing the name of the project and the coin itself two months before the official release will not contribute to the growth of its image.  There will be Diem, backed by a dollar, and perhaps not directly related to the social network Facebook, because US regulators insisted on it.  We will see soon what kind of stablecoin it will be and how it will differ from other stablecoins.  I don't expect anything special from her anymore.
2029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra is planning to launch in January on: December 02, 2020, 03:39:45 PM
If it is a decentralized stablecoin then it is good for cryptocurrency enthusiasts. If not then it will be added to coins like USDT or DAI. If it is really connected to Facebook why I can't see it advertized on the platform? Users around the world of this social media giant is enormous then maybe they already started their campaign right away to educate social media users about the said coin for a better support and success during launch.
A dollar-backed stablecoin cannot be decentralized.  Also at a hearing in the US Senate, Zuckerberg promised that Libra would have nothing to do with Facebook.  This is most likely why it is not advertised on Facebook.  In this regard, most likely, Libra will no longer be the special project that it was planned to be last year.  It will be one of the stablecoins, of which there are already a lot.  However, we will be able to evaluate it soon after its appearance.
2030  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: India plans to introduce law to ban cryptocurrency trading on: December 02, 2020, 08:57:34 AM
India plans to introduce a new law banning trade in cryptocurrencies, placing it out of step with other Asian economies which have chosen to regulate the fledgling market. The bill is expected to be discussed shortly by the federal cabinet before it is sent to parliament, according to people familiar with the development who who asked not to be identified, citing rules on speaking with the media.
So far, we have only heard for several years about the intentions of the Indian government.  They sometimes change, so it's too early to say anything about this.  A specific normative act will be adopted, then it will be possible to discuss its norms.  Until it comes to the adoption of specific laws, the situation may still change.  Now in the world we do not see big obstacles for the spread of cryptocurrency from the side of states.  Therefore, not all is lost.
2031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH 2.0 is LIVE!! on: December 02, 2020, 07:59:53 AM
Great news for crypto lovers. We are eagerly waiting for Ethereum 2.0. Finally our wait is over. I hope Ethereum transaction will be faster now and transaction fee will be reduced. We are all embarrassed by Ethereum's high transaction fee.  Hopefully new technology will solve this problem.
I see that the current GAS price is increasing, and the ETH price is decreasing. What is going on ? isn't this what we've all been waiting for?
Only the zero phase of Ethereum 2.0 is launched.  The improvements will be fully implemented in two years.  Therefore, it is not worth counting on the fact that everything will change instantly.  However, ethereum's scalability should gradually increase soon.  Only we need patience again.  So far, the main thing is that the launch of the improvements has been made successfully.  The result will come with time.
2032  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Biden plans to nominate Janet Yellen as Treasury Secretary on: December 01, 2020, 05:33:16 PM
Do you think there will be any impact on Bitcoin with appointing former Fed Chairman Janet Yellen who constantly criticized the cryptocurrency?
Source https://cointelegraph.com/news/biden-plans-for-former-fed-chair-and-noted-bitcoin-bear-to-lead-us-treasury
Of course, there may be some influence on cryptocurrency by the US Treasury Secretary, who constantly criticizes cryptocurrency.  This position allows it.  However, the question is whether she will in practice use her position to negatively impact cryptocurrency.  This is not necessary at all.  News broke that Biden's entire team would be made up of women.  In any case, it has already been announced that his press service will consist only of women.  Here I also see that the Minister of Finance can also be a woman.  In my opinion, this is already discrimination against men.  However, it is still interesting how this will affect the efficiency of the work of all these departments.
2033  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal or not on: December 01, 2020, 05:17:49 PM
I am new to crypto currency and I don't know the Bitcoin is legal or not plse help me
You can not worry about legal bitcoin)
Bitcoin will be legal only if the legislators or the government of a particular state formally in law or by-laws determine the status of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as well as the conditions and procedure for their circulation in the state.  If the state has not yet made any decisions on the cryptocurrency, it can still be used until there is a specific prohibition on the part of the authorized state bodies.
2034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Covid19 effected bitcoin positive or negative? on: December 01, 2020, 05:02:29 PM
I realized a world that the wise said that, When people are sleeping transactions goes down mostly at night, grate  people makes there money at night, no grate man sleep 6pm to 6 am, Bitcoin had a great value even during the COVID-19,If Covid19 happens to continue for 5 years, And the lockdown is still effective in all countries, bitcoin world have been the major currencies see as a medium of exchange, people will be afraid of going to banks of touching money from someone hands or holding physical cash, they will be really afraid of contacting Covid19.

The government aren't that foolish to just seat down and watch all their efforts in controling our lifes (finance) go down the drain just because of a pandemic that have been studied and found out not to be as deadly as we thought. They'll definitely fight back and it could be in a form of introducing their own digital currency.

If the pandemic is to continue, the abstances will be from physical money and not fiats entirely therefore a digiat fiat would become a norm as all county will work towards developing their very own. The aspect that cryptocurrencies would benefit will be in regards to assets as they'll obviously be on the top of most preferable ane profitable investments.
Well, I completely agree with your opinion.  People during the coronavirus pandemic will more use non-cash forms of payment as a means of payment.  Cryptocurrency is still very weakly used directly as a means of payment due to the lack of an appropriate infrastructure for this.  In return, governments will indeed issue their national digitized central bank currencies as another form of cashless settlement.
The coronavirus pandemic is affecting cryptocurrency ambiguously.  At the initial stage, it sharply lowered prices in the cryptocurrency market, but then it positively and diversified affects both the price of the cryptocurrency and the demand for it.
2035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market is plunging on: November 29, 2020, 07:09:52 AM
bitcoin movement starts today and will show a rebound. I think the price of bitcoin will touch the point of $18000 until the end of the year it will increase slowly.
That's predicted by a lot of experts and the correction will be a short term correction consider the sentiment of bitcoin market is a very good due to the so many bullish news have come to the market since a few days ago. People didn't know if the correction will always become the best time to buy some bitcoin. 18k will be a very easy rate to be achieved by bitcoin.
The bitcoin already expected to surpass 20k rate before the end of this year.

Yes, this has already been confirmed.  The correction actually began on November 26, and the next day the prices almost stabilized, and now, three days later, we already see the slow growth of the cryptocurrency market again.  Bitcoin is now priced at $ 17,791 and ethereum at $ 540.  In a few more days, the cryptocurrency will again recover in the same price values that it had before the start of this correction.  By the end of the year, it will still be able to rise significantly, as we expect.
2036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rumours that Bitcoin was created in Russia on: November 29, 2020, 06:46:50 AM
This argument has no evidentiary value.  Satoshi Nakamoto has taken steps to remain anonymous from the very beginning of his work on the creation of bitcoin.  Therefore, for a good programmer, changing the IP address, I think, is not a big deal.  From the current position, it is no longer possible to establish the identity of the creator of bitcoin.  This is only possible if he himself wants to show up and then, provided that he foresaw such a possibility in advance and left evidence on this score.
2037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warning by Coinbase of Treasury Rule Change for KYC All Addresses. Poll! :) on: November 29, 2020, 06:29:48 AM
If the requirement to pass KYC will apply to each transaction and this will present a certain inconvenience, then traders and participants in the cryptocurrency market in general will not use exchanges under the jurisdiction of the United States.  After that, many exchanges will move to other countries.  I don't think that such a requirement will last long.  There are also FATF recommendations dated June 21, 2019 that KYC is required only for transactions over one thousand euros.
2038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra is planning to launch in January on: November 28, 2020, 07:14:00 AM
As Facebook's currency Libra is planned to launch in January do you think there will be any impact on cryptocurrencies or it will be just one more stablecoin without significant adoption?
Source https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/85882/facebook-libra-first-stablecoin-january
To judge the Libra stablecoin, we first need to look at what's left of it and how it will perform.  Now it is not even known exactly what relation this coin will have to Facebook and whether the issues of its circulation in the territory of the European Union have been resolved.  So far it is known that it will be backed by the dollar and registered in Switzerland.  It looks like it won't be much different from other stablecoins.
2039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra finally launching? on: November 28, 2020, 06:50:52 AM
It is a good development. It was on Wednesday when I read about their new hire of a General Council to oversee the Libra Network that I had an idea that the launch of the project is going to come sooner than one would expect.

With its 2.7 Billion users worldwide, an eventual successful launch of the payment systems will definitely change a lot in the Fintech space and I can only wish the network success as they move on with the launch.

It's a worthwhile project and I believe it's going to add some value to the cryptocurrency space.
The Libra project has changed so often during these one and a half years that it is not known what is left of it and how it will continue to work.  Earlier at a hearing in the US Senate, Zuckerberg had to agree that the Libra coin would have nothing to do with Facebook.  Later, many of the currencies that the Libra coin would have to provide were also abandoned.  It should also be remembered that earlier the finance ministers of the European Union countries stated that they would not allow the circulation of this coin on their territory.  It looks like Libra will no longer be any different from many existing stablecoins.
2040  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bullrun and correction period on: November 28, 2020, 05:27:20 AM
The market correction of bitcoin along with the entire cryptocurrency has begun. In a days time the market has faced a very big drop in the value. Right now everyone were with the expectation of market reaching its new ath value. Right now Whales will tend to make a big buy targeting to bump the price in a short and profit out of it.

The market now is already in bloodbath, bitcoin is still at $17k which is still a good price but the way the market is moving looks like big investors are already selling off, after the bullish run, the bear market will slowly take over.
I see that the fall in prices in the market has stopped.  For the third day in a row, Bitcoin is at over $ 17,000, and ethereum is at over $ 500.  Holders of the cryptocurrency are in no hurry to sell it, so far those who could not stand their nerves and who urgently needed money did it.  It seems that the price correction will not last long and the bullish run may continue in early December.
