2061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 03, 2020, 02:11:05 PM
It depends on the game you are playing,

as for me,
I am more on the outcome. I play games that focus more on luck, so basically, the end result or the outcome is the most important.
There is no need to observe or undergo any process (for me, but it still depends on the player).
2062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win a Presidential plane... on: January 29, 2020, 09:44:39 AM
I will try my luck, and if I ever win that prize, I will sell it back to their president with a cheaper value, that way the problem awaits me no more. (Maintenance, space to put it, place to use it, and so on) everything will resolved by bringing it back to its former owner.
2063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 29, 2020, 08:54:23 AM

Basing on punch power then Pacquiao had much more compared to Mayweather and i would like to see on how he would deal or bear with that.
Seeing these kind of fights are boring but when people do gets hype then they do consider it out since it would be entertaining on how a mma fighter
would be beaten down by a boxer.Practically, if there were lines to be offered on this one then for sure 100% sold on Pacquiaos side.

My bet will be always on Pacman, I've seen most of his fight, and I admit he is the greatest boxer for me among many others, his skill, strategy and power makes him unique especially his passion in what he is doing, maybe Mayweather won in that game still, I could not agree with that because I like pacman, it is because Pacman shows the good game in that i dont know why does mayweather won their, compared to McGregor, my bet will be on pacman.
Everyone is going to bet for Pacman but don't you realize what odds you will get backing money?
I guess you will not enjoy the odds, probably the odd would be 1.10 for Manny as this fight is a mismatch, if its a done deal soon, it will only for pure entertainment.
Well, Manny is considered a legend in the boxing industry. There is no wonder if that would really be the odd result. But we should not said anything like that since the fight is still far to happen as of now. Mcgregor can still have a chance if you consider the age of Manny, the result is still unknown, and there is a lot of things that might happen if their fight will come.
2064  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poll for favourite cryptos used on Gambling. on: January 29, 2020, 04:12:41 AM
While BTC and Eth are the ones I used a lot before the surge in both its price and the fees, I later started using XRP for small value bets so to maintain my capital in an effective way with least fees. I am now a fan of XRP and use it mostly to gamble on both dice sites and sportsbooks.
haven't you tried using Dogecoin mate?well we have all love to use currencies as it fits our taste and desire but i think when talking about the fees?it is Doge in which much cheaper.IMO
I think xrp is much favorable nowadays unlike before. Dogecoin is still popular for its old users but for now, I think users now prefer to use xrp due to personal reasons.

Voting for xrp since it's also quick in sending and receiving and also have cheap transaction fee.  Though there are different sentiments
from each gamblers as for me I'm only using amount of money where I'm willing to let go in case luck is not on my side. Using alts
or bitcoin as long as you are enjoying.
seems like there are so many gamblers now that had like XRP using for betting.is there many sites now that accepts xrp also?or still limited?
I think it is still limited, for now there are a few numbers of gambling sites that are accepting xrp.
2065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you gamble? on: January 29, 2020, 12:39:03 AM
Are you gambling everyday?
twice a week?
once in a never again?

if you gamble everyday, can you stop whenever you want or are you fully addicted?

would love to hear more on your habits here on the forum.
-No,
-Yes, or more than twice, but it depends on the situation, sometimes I only gamble if I have enough money to play but most of the time I play everyday that is only if I really have a spare money.
-Most of the time, I cannot stop myself, I always end up having zero balance after playing, since I always targeted to win.
2066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 27, 2020, 09:58:01 AM
I never would have thought that this tragic event will happen so sudden. I woke up seeing news about Kobe's death and I can't believe for what happen to him and his daughter. At first, I thought it was just another lie just to hype the social media, but then I confirmed it later on. Life is really short but he will stay forever in our heart, the legend, Kobe, rest in peace.

What makes is more heart breaking is that he die with her daughter who is also turning out to be a good player like his dad. He just retired from professional basketball and focusing on his daughter. That's why it is really very sad to hear this news, very unexpected.
Think of his wife, the mother of this daughter, he lost his spouse and his beloved daughter at the same time. I can't imagine the pain she's in right now, the stress that might bring negativity in her life.
There are a lot of opportunities are waiting for his daughter, this is really sad that Kobe wasn't able to see the growth of his daughter, and her daughter wasn't able to show to her dad her maximum accomplishments.
2067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 27, 2020, 09:15:57 AM
Everyone wants to get rich and successful in so many ways but unfortunately, I'm not so lucky when it comes to gambling so I don't think it could be the best way for me to reach success. That is the reason why I still grab other opportunities being offered by crypto because I see no guarantee of gaining a sure profit in gambling. I only do gambling for fun but I don't see it as a permanent source of income.
Gambling is not all about luck, if you think that you are not lucky, you can play other games where you can use your skills.
I also think that way at first, but then, I realized that I should stop relying on luck if I am not really lucky. I should consider my skills especially in card games, it is more on skills than luck.
2068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Bounty Hunters are almost alone! on: January 26, 2020, 04:54:35 PM
Sad but that is the reality. They are both different that is why you should not expect the same treatment. In the services section, they are hiring/offering services such as promoting a built-up or already launched project, they don't undergo any crowdfunding, more on coming from their own pockets unlike in bounty campaigns which are really the opposite of it.
2069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin you love to see die soon and why? on: January 26, 2020, 03:00:42 PM
Personally, i don't really have a particular crypto coin in mind but I wish all the crypto coins that do not have any specific product or technology solving real problems and gaps in the crypto space and the world in general will just die off. These coins with no technology or product backing them are the reason why the crypto ecosystem is having challenges in terms of mass adoption. They are the source of all the problems seen in the crypto space.
Basically, you are pointing those useless coins which is just a waste in the market, those shitcoins.
I also want that to happen since there is no reason for those shitcoins to stay in the market. For me, they don't even have enough space here but they still keep on increasing. Well, that is all part of the business, that is why, I think it is really impossible to get rid of those.

2073  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Maharlika Money on: January 25, 2020, 11:59:51 AM

If you look dun sa kanilang youtube channel, may pinapakalat na silang maling impormasyon.

2074  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pilipinas Bitcointalk Org Shirt on: January 25, 2020, 11:14:54 AM

Sana this year magkaroon tayo then meet up po tayong lahat this year, sana may magorganize para po magkakakilala tayo, kasi for sure yong iba dito magkakakilala na, ako wala pa masyado.
2075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still possible to invent certain Altcoin that can be better than Bitcoin? on: January 25, 2020, 04:21:27 AM

As the subject goes, can we expect the newly developed Altcoin that can go beyond Bitcoin?

I don't think there will be one, some of the altcoins that are ranking now is a clone of Bitcoin, the closest that a coin can get is Ethereum but the gap is too wide they are not even a threat to Bitcoin, all we have to do now is support Bitcoin and forget about new coins that shills are calling the next Bitcoin when it's really not.
But it is still possible, as we all know, cryptocurrency has a lot of room  for improvement. Anything can happen and can be invented in the future. But for now, we can see it as impossible due to our current situation in the market. If bitcoin will improve more, I am sure that altcoins will also do.
2076  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Anyone with Brave Browser? Crypto on Browsers? on: January 24, 2020, 01:55:16 PM
Good Day, meron ba dito sa Local ang gumagamit na ng Brave Browser maliban sa Google/Firefox/Opera? I'm just curious about it, also may natatandaan ko na just by using the Browser you can earn crypto, kailangan mo lang bumisita sa mga partner sites nila and some says na makaka-earn din while watching ads?

Safe ba gamitin ito? Then as for earning how much ang nagiging biyaya?

2077  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can you guys identify Whale move? on: January 24, 2020, 12:38:35 PM

As i am looking at bitcoin chart now, BTC price just soared little bit in a short time.

It happened because of whale's move or not.
That is one thing, but as I have heard, we suddenly feel the dump in the market due to this coming Chinese New Year. Most crypto investors were probably selling their holdings due to this event.

Btw, can anybody identify whale's move? If there is a way to see it, is there a tip for it?

Thx!
There is no way to identify their movement. We really can't determine where their funds are circulating and it is like finding glass in the middle of the ocean. We can't even follow their move or see it anyway.
2078  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [STEP BY STEP] Tutorial How to buy Bitcoin at 7-Eleven Stores in the Philippines on: January 24, 2020, 11:33:13 AM

You mean this?

It is still available using coins.ph app, it can be used as an alternative if ever that the tutorial made by OP is unavailable(especially that most of the time, CLIQQ has no connection), it is also convenient since it is easy to initiate this transaction.
2079  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing Number, Who Own 1 bitcoin on: January 24, 2020, 10:30:09 AM
that's a good sign, bitcoin will be stronger if more people hold it than it is controlled by a handful of people, in my opinion getting 1 btc is not too difficult for those who have skills, I am sure in this forum many people can get btc easily, the difficult thing is to hold it for a long time.
It is not hard for those who have skills but also who have enough money to treat as their capital on investing or trading.
In this forum, there are actually some people, but most likely not the majority. Holding it for a long time is really difficult, but if you know what you are doing, this will become easy and you will use your holdings as your capital to make money out of it.
2080  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bank, Necessary? on: January 24, 2020, 09:41:29 AM

Bitcoin can be the future bank all over the world. It might be similar value of World Bank.

Now a days there are so many big transactions are done with crypto currency. If people don’t want to tell globally about their transactions they may use crypto in big number of amount in a single transaction, and nobody else can recognize that why and what they do transfer.

If there any kind of illegal activities involved in that transaction then if there is bitcoin bank exist over there then some kind of transactions may be stop by the bank.

In that case all the government make bitcoin bank in future, they will ask for all account’s details and the person who access the account. If all holders gives them details then it will be it safe or not?
Do you really know what is the purpose why bitcoin was created and what is its function? If the government will build a bitcoin bank to control its users, then it will be useless to use bitcoin at all. It is decentralized and it gives freedom to its users. Bitcoin bank is unnecessary. It's just a waste having that in bitcoin.
