These brand new / newbies / Jr Members haven't proven themselves in the forum by earning merits the hard way with quality posts, rather, they are posting dubious investigations in the hope of scoring a quick fix of merits. (some campaigns need as little as five merits in the last 120 days to qualify for participation - earning five through shitty investigations is a gold pass into multiple alts claiming from the same campaign).

it's an easy path to get merit so when someone needs merits, it's the way to go. it's not against the rules but it's close to gaming the game in a bold way that he created 3 threads for it to be noticed for merits. he did a good job though and he can merge it right? if anyone wants a fast track for getting the account to a high rank, that would be his option. |

It was almost two months hard earned money. Got busted in few minutes. I don't know why I wasn't able to have me within the limits. Just started with a $3 bet, but it went upto $98 and ended with empty wallet. This is completely unlucky, because every bets were placed to roll above 20 which means the winning probability is quite high. Anyhow I wasn't in control and I didn't follow the rule gamble what you can afford to loss. It was a money saved to repay a debt. Now once again the interest needs to be paid so to manage the debt for some more time. Unlucky me  Thats unfortunate. But why did you use the money that is meant to pay your debt? Hoping to make it double? Its understandable the eagerness of chasing the money that we lost but always think if thats the wise thing to do because you might regret your decision. Self control and discipline are really necessary, as much as possible set a capital to only use or gambling, dont exceeds with your limit because thats the start of having problem later on. In my case, I only use a spare money because gambling is risky and chances to lose are money is high. the question is why did he gamble it if it's meant for someone as payment? there were lots of stories like this in the past where someone took a loan to pay for a loan but instead gamble the money and lose. he instead has to person to pay. a movie like "SHARK TALE" is one of it where he asks for money from his girl to pay a loan shark but then he took a chance in a horse race. lose the bet. sounds like a gambling problem. one solution for this is to sell his priced possession, we all have priced possession to pay the debt. |

It entirely depends on the social situation in Australia. If gambling has really become a big social issue, then it's no wonder that government will step in to eradicate that issue slowly but surely. Especially if it is affecting the youth. So I don't see anything unfair in this. Probably Australia can take Las vegas route instead. Designate an area where all gambling houses will be situated and represent it as a tourist destination. But again, if government can't control an issue, they prefer to ban it. kinda easy to tax too when they have this kind of route. and this will also lessen the gambling problem in the country. they're the number one country with the highest gambling rates according to this thread. |

There's nothing wrong for a casino which created their own token as long as they don't scam, the price and volume will depends on the casino itself. The main reason why they created their own token to maximize their profit and they can give a reward/bonus without pay anything (the token created out of thin air). If the casino turned to be scam, the token will definitely follow the same path and this is another risk of holding useless token. I'd call it useless because there's no real usage except for the casino only.
