1361  Economy / Economics / Re: Current banking system is centralized but only is decentralized brazil is exampl on: March 13, 2023, 08:17:04 PM
Quote
People need to understood it's a end of the commercial Banks as we know it time to move on who don't get into crypto they will risk with losses of using third parties banking services.

It's too early to declare the end of commercial banks. There were many cases of commercial banks going bankrupt in the past, but the banking system wasn't replaced by anything better. The crypto industry cannot fully replace the banking system, because the crypto industry failed at creating sustainable peer-to-peer lending platforms. The main function of the banking system is to gather deposits and give loans to the borrowers. The crypto exchanges cannot become banks, because there's no authority, that serves as a "creditor of last resort" that will provide  them with funds when they are facing liquidity problems.

or it could be faster as well. when Biden told at the conference that investors will lose their money and only depositors get back their 250,000 the rest of the bank investors are going to be thinking it could happen to them. they will get out of the banking system as quickly as possible.

1362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fear of KYC requirements on: March 12, 2023, 05:04:10 PM

they could entice users to it. even the players who just bet below $50 are not risking their documents to casinos. withdrawing a thousand is enough to keep them stay. but is the gaming regulation allowing this?
1363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance.US again in trouble | SEC continues to harass offshore presence on: March 07, 2023, 09:40:27 PM
Well, I know for sure that no body throws stones on a mango tree that does not have fruits, just in a few years of launching, Binance became so big, and we all know that US authorities, some how, aren't always in a good standing with crypto companies, most especially those that seem to be doing very well, I believe all this is simply because Binance allowed US users to use the exchange, and maybe they have not meet up with all the regulatory requirements as demanded by the US authorities.
They(Binance) have to either try to meet up with the regulatory requirement of the US authorities or give up allowing US users to access the exchange, this is the only way i think this constant harassments would stop.

you can compare binance with FTX that within a few months, they also rise above thier competitors. binance however stays for a very long time causes SEC to worry already since it also collects worldwide data from crypto users.

CZ experimenting to hire Gensler seems funny. i would really see this like he was bribing Gensler lol is tempting because the guy is corrupt to the bones.
1364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Solcasino🎲 Discussion thread on: February 27, 2023, 05:31:36 PM
i thought of our local Solaire Resort & Casino in my country after seeing the thread. yet i was wrong.

have not seen any other else have NFT staking. is it profitable to stake NFTs in the platform?
i couldn't find the link in the casino about it. if it requires me to connect my wallet to see it, i think you might wanna make it visible to anyone.

1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Make Big Money at the Casino — Without Gambling on: February 22, 2023, 06:14:29 PM

5. Bring in a Bomb

all that planning just to screw up on giving directions hahaha. kudos to the son's girlfriend for giving the police a tip on his whereabouts and I'm glad he got life imprisonment, he could have killed a lot of people for what he did. I wonder if Harvey got a lien on John Birge's property/s(if he ever had one) after doing all that damage on his casino.

there was no google waze yet during that time.
if the casino knew the damage to the blast is $18M. the casino will rather give the $3M money to him.
the casino was still grateful to have reduced the cost to $15M, FBI gave back the $3M that is supposed to be for the bomber.
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Do Gamblers Do This? on: February 21, 2023, 09:40:14 PM

you wouldn't seek help if you are not helpless against the addiction. It's a cry for help when one goes to an online forum to talk about his issue. we all know the trouble doesn't end there. some people even kill themselves when they see all hell broke loose. at least taking it out online helps them breathe it out.
1368  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of countries that are encouraging the Bitcoin/Altcoin revolution on: February 20, 2023, 04:03:30 PM

Russia and El Salvador are from a different continents, however, they know its necessary for them to use BTC and altcoins.
Hongkong should be one. although it's not a country but as of this moment they are already making a fuzz making Chinese altcoins pump high.

This has seen investors rush into 'Chinese coins' on the back of growing macro sentiment surrounding regulatory easements for crypto in Hong Kong (VASPs) and the Chinese government's teasing of imminent quantitative easing.

some other news. https://u.today/chinese-coins-narrative-gains-steam-check-out-these-altcoins
1369  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How the rising trend in CPI will affect Bitcoin price in short to medium term? on: February 18, 2023, 05:15:44 PM
so many hypotheses about how BTC price is affected by macro news relating to CPI and raising interest rates but it's often seen that it's all related to crypto factors like the adoption. but its definitely been observed the price was greatly affected when the interest rate is raised either high or low and so the reason we are very anxious about the next FED statement, particularly inflation, and unemployment stats. these two are the basis of money creation.

its economy is based on debt so the more money is created, the BTC price will also be positively affected.
1370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Achievement through the help of bitcoin on: February 18, 2023, 04:10:00 PM

you must be very lucky to have bought some BTC at such a very low price. 2012 was 10 years ago, if we all just knew what would happen in the future we wouldn't be ignoring BTC when we heard of BTC going viral and we may have bought as well and keep for a long-term hold. we missed a once in a lifetime opportunity.

so many people got successful with just patience but it's actually the hardest thing to keep. kudos to people who have more patience.
its not just the time to fill your wallets with coins but fill yourself with patience  Cheesy
1371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If it was you on: February 17, 2023, 02:12:07 AM

newbie or not, the spot is always the best in a bullish market. profit is not exponential xx times in every pump but it's safe as holding. to me, the spot still needs technical skills because timing when to buy is important.

just choose when you gonna go for future trading. the bear market after the bullrun like in 2022 is a good time to start futures since you can obviously see dips after every bullish movement in a bear market.

1372  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to Airdrop $100 to Turkey Earthquake region affected users on: February 16, 2023, 06:59:22 PM
I feel sorry for the people, but If I had full control for printing of my own centralized coin ''dkbit'' I would send more than $100 of dkbit.
There's something even worse than that.
Take a look at their charity program. They collect BTC and ETH from people as donation to earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria and instead send BUSD to some NGOs.

damn CZ, that's tricky. he is grabbing BTC and ETH from users and sends the minted BUSD. BUSD will soon be stopped right by regulators so he might as well use it.  obviously, CZ doesn't do things unless Binance also benefits through it.

US has temporarily eased its sanctions on Syria in an effort to speed up aid deliveries to the country. it should be possible by now to send $100 to each Syrian user.  he must be avoiding politic issues.

1373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alts Blood Bath for Feb? on: February 16, 2023, 02:50:42 PM

the market suddenly pumped today. there are hopeful predictions today in which they are saying that the death cross in the weekly chart is actually a bullish signal for the market which means the bottom is here. and there is nowhere else to go but up.

there may just be a little downward movement in the coming months but before we enter 2024, the repeat of 2020-2021 will be bullish. and altcoins will also be greener. It's time to stack up more of the cheap altcoins.

1374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Digital Currencies Should Be Adopted Globally on: February 16, 2023, 02:21:53 PM
I think that "should" is wrong because it means that we no longer have the option to use fiat in that case. Even don we have adapted digital currencies, this won't stop people from using fiat money, the freedom remains depending on where they are comfortable. It was to know that the existence of Bitcoin and any digital currency is not to replace paper money but this is to give an option to everyone and that rights remain no matter what will happen. In fact, as we can see that many people are still in favored fiat money over crypto, it means that we are still to far from fully adopted.

fiat currencies are somehow losing its purchasing power in every country, the fiat money will still remain but the purchasing power is declining fast.  Lebanon and Argentina are the latest countries where money was plunging down and it was very abrupt.

i could be wrong but i have the feeling that fiat might really be gone in the coming years. with the rise of BTC and crypto, it's a sputnik moment for the central banks. it's in thier best interest to launch CBDC to keep up with the technology.
1375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Awareness needed, 100$ or Bitcoin??? on: February 16, 2023, 05:15:19 AM
there were lots of these videos and there are actually a few girls who chose BTC. they know BTC somehow they are not telling their friends. the ones who don't know BTC will obviously choose $100. if they just knew 1BTC is more than $20k.

teens today are just gaming online which i thnk the NFTs and P2E games would be a good introduction for them to be aware of crypto and BTC. there are no games however interesting enough for the teens.
1376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choosing between your relationship and gambling. on: February 15, 2023, 05:53:14 PM
women's dream is to change someone to be a better man. i suspect the gambling issue is not just what they have been arguing about.
if this is an ultimatum to your cousin then that's it. women wouldn't want your cousin to go deeper into gambling so she makes it a big deal.

it's all up to your cousin though. i suggest listing the advantage and disadvantages when your cousin is with this woman and then he can come up with his decision. if he loves the woman more than anything, he'd choose her.

but tell you, he will still gamble and will make it very private by doing it on the 2nd phone.
1377  Economy / Economics / Re: How Does Debt Crisis Boost Cryptocurrencies? on: February 15, 2023, 05:39:23 PM
the crash of currencies is going to be slow so we all have time to buy some BTC inorder to hedge. which is also the reason why people buy BTC.
when countries have debt they normally print more of their money, Zimbabwe is always an example of this. Pakistan might also do the same.

but US is also one to watch out for because if they print all countries are affected by inflation. if US has plans to shrink its debt, US can always print dollars to lessen the debt value.
1378  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What if China joins Russia in a nuclear war against the US and Nato? on: February 15, 2023, 02:42:42 PM
China seems to be relaxed still not minding someone else business though. they are still making business with other countries while US is trying to have a war with UFOs.

no worries. China is not going to join in nuclear war, they only terrorize thier own people. nothing to worry about that.

1379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chasing losses - Double down bet or Bet twice? on: February 15, 2023, 02:23:59 PM

better stop than feel regretful after chasing the loss and end up losing it all. and you did not enjoy the money that you suppose to spend on something.

all the time i have not won a grand pot every time i chase my loss.
i may be lucky doing martingale at first and i always thought of stopping and withdrawing but a minute later i come back to try again. when a successive loss comes, it feels like i'm out of luck but i try to max out and bam zero. it's a stressful loss.
1380  Economy / Economics / Re: How to thrive with low income in a humble area on: February 15, 2023, 02:12:07 PM
An explanation of how staying thriving in a low-income area is a way to survive. If it continues like that then it will be difficult for us to develop. The right way to grow is to take the risk to get out to a place with high mobility so that it can cover all aspects of the business that can be used as opportunities.
the best practice is to have some emergency funds.
Work hard - have a roof over your head and be thankful to God whatever you have. The greed for more and the worry for the future is always a useless thing and killing our present joy.

A greedy person will not be happy and he will die before he can enjoy the money or wealth he has, every day he will always think about adding money and not caring about other people, nowadays many people are difficult and doing social activities such as helping others is noble things that will make the heart happy and of course eliminate greed.

those greedy bastards can sleep well in the evening thinking they have food on the table the next day or months. don't think of it that it's a bad thing to make money. they become greedy because they have more mouths to feed and they have plans for the future.

you actually can't think straight when you have no money prepared for the next week's budget. having a low income is like living paycheck to paycheck and a person will need to save and be greedy so they can leave more money for thier kids when they check out this world.
