1341  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Exchanges with trading apps for PC (Windows, macOS, Linux)? on: April 08, 2023, 02:24:40 AM
Only Binance has it's own terminal app or software for desktop most exchanges use 3rd party terminal like Kucoin exchange use margin.de and OKX exchange looks like they use Tradingview.

Quote
Why aren't crypto exchanges not taking any initiatives to develop trading terminals for PC despite thriving in a billion-dollar industry?
I think the main reason is that they don't have a budget to maintain it and they just want to avoid any possible leaks. There are lots of alternative to use like tradingview or MT5 so it won't be a problem if other exchange do not have terminal app.

there is just a sort of loyalty if the exchange releases thier own and it seems worth paying that trading fee than using the browser base. MT5 i think can be easier for them to modify as every FX broker did the same. if they are going to compete Binance, its got to be one of the fields to also cover.

it's already 5 days. it's not normal therefore you are right to worry about your funds. you left a considerably good amount still. some of us will be posting accusations already on the scam board in such a situation.

by the looks of it, you are the only one who has experience with this histakes.io.
how did you discover this casino?
1344  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie: If trading isn't working for you, buy and hold. on: April 04, 2023, 05:10:12 AM

trading isn't for everyone so are the OGs that believed in BTC since the beginning. now they are enjoying. this still works for altcoins that can potentially moon. the longer you hold the better but selling in the ATH makes you profit more which you will still need to trade like selling during the bull run.
1345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your local gambling game that you didn’t see in the crypto casino on: March 31, 2023, 02:25:01 PM

first time i played that lucky 9 was when i was a kid at my grandpa's wake. kind of a game that the elders don't mind kids playing but its still gambling or maybe they just let it slide out of respect for the dead because after the wake was over, it was back to hiding while playing cards again.

the most popular in our country besides sabong is the tong-its. even single moms are addicted to it.

1346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I might consider selling my Bitcoin. on: March 28, 2023, 08:00:32 AM

we all have reasons when to sell our coins. if you sell because you need funds, that's really for a good cause.

but one good reason why some do it every time is when there is bull run.
traders would sell their coins before the bear market start or even before the bull run ends they already sold their coins because they wouldn't wait for it to hit the peakest during the bull season.

1347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun sued by SEC. Effect on Bitcoin? on: March 28, 2023, 03:27:19 AM

is anyone wishing this guy actually ending up paying all his money to SEC?

he keeps trying to grab attention and even attempts to buy a bank using a Twitter post. well, he must have manipulated the market with the billions of TRX he has. he must be guilty but then again part of me still wishes him to win the case.

1349  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance CZ sued on: March 27, 2023, 06:07:54 PM
I don't think the sueing have anything to do with Bitcoin or any other crypto price, if we were to experience any change it could have been on the exchange 2 major coins which is the BNB and it's BUSD.

The Fed's just don't know when to stop, they are trying to drag all the big names to their fud games, with the believe they can bring the crypto industry down if they can win against the big men on crypto... Sueing CZ for violating trading rules.. before the 1hrs + Binance emergency update on their trading and other features on their exchanges.  Have the Fed not seen the trading rules violated?  Why am i having this feeling that the Sec and this sueing might have something to do with the bug which attach Binance few days back.

As for the news you broadcasted, can you please help and add a link to it?
Saw the news on cryptopotato I don't know if it's same source with the OP
https://cryptopotato.com/us-cftc-sues-binance-ceo-changpeng-zhao-bitcoin-plunges-by-1400-immediately/

more like Binance allowing US citizens to trade futures and derivatives which is sort of illegal as CFTC claims. BTC is not the issue but it can be dragged as we can see the price also dips. CZ will battle with this. there are a lot of winning chances for him.

1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: March 19, 2023, 04:09:37 PM

Trump jan6 was already debunked by the videos recently. there was no riot at all.

there is nothing else to go but Trump. he is the only one to go. although there are going to be doubts about what embarrassing things he would do definitely he guy is better than Biden. he did start this China trade war and look at what happen now.

As for Usman, he'll improve his chances of winning and make his current line look like value if he goes out there and have a wrestling heavy game plan.  IMHO.  I think he will...  He just wants his belt back.
What I find very weird is that bookmakers made Usman a heavy favorite against Leon Edwards who is champion that beat him last time.
Before looking at odds I would probably bet on Usman, but there is no way I am going to do this with this low odds.
Both of this guys are really good and fight can go either way but I see big value betting on Edwards, but I think we might see longer fight this time.
Faceoff was intense: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xW4HCwafQLs

seem just staring, no meltdown. usman is confident to win.
usman is the fav as he has been defending that title many times. he is more aggressive and skillful than Leon even when he is currently the champ. like the rest of us who lost the 2nd fight, we may still be banking on usman.

People need to understood it's a end of the commercial Banks as we know it time to move on who don't get into crypto they will risk with losses of using third parties banking services.

It's too early to declare the end of commercial banks. There were many cases of commercial banks going bankrupt in the past, but the banking system wasn't replaced by anything better. The crypto industry cannot fully replace the banking system, because the crypto industry failed at creating sustainable peer-to-peer lending platforms. The main function of the banking system is to gather deposits and give loans to the borrowers. The crypto exchanges cannot become banks, because there's no authority, that serves as a "creditor of last resort" that will provide  them with funds when they are facing liquidity problems.

or it could be faster as well. when Biden told at the conference that investors will lose their money and only depositors get back their 250,000 the rest of the bank investors are going to be thinking it could happen to them. they will get out of the banking system as quickly as possible.

1355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fear of KYC requirements on: March 12, 2023, 05:04:10 PM

they could entice users to it. even the players who just bet below $50 are not risking their documents to casinos. withdrawing a thousand is enough to keep them stay. but is the gaming regulation allowing this?
1356  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance.US again in trouble | SEC continues to harass offshore presence on: March 07, 2023, 09:40:27 PM
Well, I know for sure that no body throws stones on a mango tree that does not have fruits, just in a few years of launching, Binance became so big, and we all know that US authorities, some how, aren't always in a good standing with crypto companies, most especially those that seem to be doing very well, I believe all this is simply because Binance allowed US users to use the exchange, and maybe they have not meet up with all the regulatory requirements as demanded by the US authorities.
They(Binance) have to either try to meet up with the regulatory requirement of the US authorities or give up allowing US users to access the exchange, this is the only way i think this constant harassments would stop.

you can compare binance with FTX that within a few months, they also rise above thier competitors. binance however stays for a very long time causes SEC to worry already since it also collects worldwide data from crypto users.

CZ experimenting to hire Gensler seems funny. i would really see this like he was bribing Gensler lol is tempting because the guy is corrupt to the bones.

i thought of our local Solaire Resort & Casino in my country after seeing the thread. yet i was wrong.

have not seen any other else have NFT staking. is it profitable to stake NFTs in the platform?
i couldn't find the link in the casino about it. if it requires me to connect my wallet to see it, i think you might wanna make it visible to anyone.

5. Bring in a Bomb

all that planning just to screw up on giving directions hahaha. kudos to the son's girlfriend for giving the police a tip on his whereabouts and I'm glad he got life imprisonment, he could have killed a lot of people for what he did. I wonder if Harvey got a lien on John Birge's property/s(if he ever had one) after doing all that damage on his casino.

there was no google waze yet during that time.
if the casino knew the damage to the blast is $18M. the casino will rather give the $3M money to him.
the casino was still grateful to have reduced the cost to $15M, FBI gave back the $3M that is supposed to be for the bomber.
1360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Do Gamblers Do This? on: February 21, 2023, 09:40:14 PM

you wouldn't seek help if you are not helpless against the addiction. It's a cry for help when one goes to an online forum to talk about his issue. we all know the trouble doesn't end there. some people even kill themselves when they see all hell broke loose. at least taking it out online helps them breathe it out.
