2141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Token Based Casino In Market Aggregator on: April 15, 2022, 02:20:44 AM

more casinos are going to release tokens mainly to get more profit from gamblers and acquire BTC through these tokens. hope Stake.com will also do the same and share profit with the token holders.

sportsbet token still is less than the amount i was expecting, i was hoping for its price to really go up because it's where we use to bet.
2142  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia wants to build a new world order with China on: April 13, 2022, 10:13:27 AM
China and Russia are 2 countries that have strong economic power at this time, although Europe's plan to impose sanctions on Russia due to the invasion of Ukraine but I'm sure this will not have any impact because they have a strong ally, namely China. the plan to create a new world order is certainly a good idea to make the global economic position more stable.
Yes, after all Russia and China besides having strong economic power they are also big countries,
the two countries can be said to be able to stand alone without depending on other countries because they have a strong economy and sufficient resources,
this is interesting to discuss and let's see if the plan will materialize or not

it's close to being achieved through the China's BRI. when thie BRI will be completed from China, going to Kazakstan, Russia to Ukraine going to Africa and Germany, China will dominate every country in the region. China doesn't have to do war to invade a country, they just have to do business there delivering products from China to every station of the train they' build.

China does need the countries where they build this train so there is no need for war. if i were to choose who is to rule the world, none actually but it seems China is taking over every country. what can i say, i cry watching Jakie Chan's movie.

- Fun fact: Coins.ph has access to less information!

2144  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia announced a default on foreign obligations!!! on: April 12, 2022, 10:03:52 AM
Russia's problem is that it is not a high-tech state. Its economic power rested on energy resources, which it simply extracted from its bowels. As soon as the international community took a number of measures, including the refusal to supply Russian oil, gas and coal, Russia "deflated".
Russia's problems are fools and roads. What you call a problem is simply a configuration feature that naturally follows from the colossal excess of natural resources. The West deprived Russia of luxuries with sanctions, not thinking that Russia could deprive the West of basic necessities in response. Therefore, it is not necessary to wishful thinking, the West would like to get rid of Russian oil and gas, but so far it is not very successful.

not only that. Russia's sanctions affected everyone including the Asian countries like mine. we are not even part of this war.

the central banks all around the world were anxious when Russia's reserves were frozen. its not normal, reserves are not supposed to be frozen no matter how antagonist the country is. Putin is a pain in the ass we all know that but with frozen reserves, it's like giving Putin the reason to respond like shit.

2147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 19, 2022, 12:01:07 AM
why not? if it helps the casino gain popularity and increases users, it must be worth using the celebrities to promote their services. it's not a new way of marketing, politicians hire celebrities and musicians to gather a crowd to listen to them.

an endorsement from on famous celebrity can already make a casino known. after learning stake chooses Adesanya as ambassador, i came back retrieving my stake password again. maybe that helped. drake will make it more reputable.
2148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What kind of software should beginners know? on: March 18, 2022, 06:07:24 AM

why not just TOR and wallet like electrum. that's just it. some users just don't want to complicate things on their computer. i have some suspicions about those password manager, i'd rather just save them on a txt file or just remember it.

i don't even use TOR because the exchange might see a security breach, i don't want them to notice my account anymore and go thru all the troubles again of verifying. i only use it if i really need to go to a .onion site.

2151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: March 13, 2022, 04:47:03 PM
That's likely the case, he was overconfident of his ability to seek closed fight, we can see in the replay that he lowered his guard for a bit and Campbell used that chance to knockout Garcia. Luckily he was trained well that's why his body didn't collapsed immediately, and yes we saw that he's also vulnerable to such punches. I bet, he really learned a bigtime lesson on that one.

it was a combination that after exposing his chin an overhead left hit gacria. campbell didn't rush to that opportunity. it might be exciting still if they will do a rematch again since both ad counter puncher.
2152  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia is still getting funding for the War. on: March 13, 2022, 04:31:49 PM
Russia has prepared for this war. This war have been planned for years, hence they have enough military and financial backup. Yes some European highly depends on Russia for oil and gas and this has continued to boost the funding of the war. But oil and gas accounts for just 40% of Russia's total budget and other sectors provides 60%. Other sectors such as defense, automotive, electronics, services mining and agriculture that contributes immensely to the economy are crumbling gradually from the effect of sanctions.

In few months Russia's financial backup will run-out and revenue from oil and gas would not be sufficient to run the Russian nation. Workers and pensioners would not receive salaries and pension because the war expenses would outgrow the countries revenue. When these European nations finally finds alternative to Russian oil and gas, Russia would go bankrupt and start seeking for loans.

There is a proverb that states that; "when a of branch is cut off from a tree, it doesn't get dry at ones, but with time the effect will become visible".
The effect of the sanctions would become visible in few months.

we treated the mas adversaries in the past decades of course they will prepare for they will only see invasion to Russia by the US could also be imminent. it's surprising that Germany wasn't prepared because they were also seen as adversaries due to Hitler. Germany might change thier minds and will make deals again to save Europe from this epic fail.

2153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did Ukraine successfully rug us? on: March 05, 2022, 12:17:24 PM
I hate it when people do not keep to their promises. If they'd promised their state owned token, then that is what they should be airdropping, not NFTs. No matter what their reasons are, it is totally unacceptable.

that's the reason people on Twitter were also screaming rug pull to Ukraine. of course, people will understand that they are under attack and need funds but they just can't just do that. they have to be honest in what they are saying.

i thought this will be the start where countries will really be releasing thier own token. i have it in my crystal ball already that once the state-owned token of Ukraine will be up and distributed many countries will look at it positively.

2155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Did Ukraine successfully rug us? on: March 04, 2022, 03:58:23 AM
i was watching the NLW breakdown today and was amazed to see Ukraine plans to airdrop thier own nation-state token to those who will donate to their war. the funds raised up to $54M based on this article from cnbc and this is after the Ukrainian government announced this airdrop. Mykhailo Fedorov )Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation) the next day tweeted, they are not distributing Ukraine coins but instead NFTS.  https://twitter.com/FedorovMykhailo/status/1499348177002151937

this guy from youtube also talked about his frustration about this rug pull. notice her girl roaming behind him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOGwy85r98k

this could have a positive effect on crypto if the country really sends out government-backed tokens. do you think the IMF also advised Fedorov not to pursue this Ukrain coins?  what do you think stopped them from releasing?
2156  Local / Pilipinas / Re: RUSSIA vs UKRAINE - EPEKTO SA PILIPINAS on: March 04, 2022, 03:24:09 AM
Tingnan natin ano mangyayari dun sa Economic Meeting kailan lang involving the President and his cabinet staffs on how to solve the issue of oil price hike which is in the first place, di naman natin kontrol.

Some things they are looking at is to revised*** or review the Oil Deregulation Law but since it's election period sabi ng ilang Senators the debates may instead be influenced by politics

I doubt it mostly kasi lahat kakandidato. Sana ipagpatuloy and diplomasya kasi ibang mga 3rd world countries talaga ang nag paid ng prices sa ganitong mga kaguluhan.

fill your tanks dahil magmamahal lalo. sanctioned na ang Russia sa pag-import ng gas. inipit na ng husto and Russia baka lalong maging agresibo dahil nito. maging ww3 ata.

2157  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine Invasion: Will Sanctions Alone Stop Russia? on: March 01, 2022, 06:00:44 PM
It depends on how extreme the sanctions would be an who would not be following it. There's also going to be a delay before the effects become visible and I don't think the EU is gonna outright sanction all resources out of Russia. Are they seriously gonna cut off the gas while in winter?

We already know China has announced it would trade with Russia normally, I'd like to know if India is also going to follow this stance since this whole conflict don't threaten it (and it got nukes, just in case).

they better work each other now. the 3 as trading partners i think will already suffice. Chinese will eat just about anything even the caviars, i dont know if Indians would like it.  i truly believe Moody hates US and much as he hates UK and all others in EU for colonizing India. and India today is much of a bigger economy as well. but India also hates China.
2158  Economy / Economics / Re: China's strategy on the Ukraine invasion war on: February 25, 2022, 10:50:52 AM
I think I am more concerned with North Korea in this scenario... because the North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un (dubbed Rocket Man) are watching the Western response to this with a hawk eye.  Roll Eyes  We know that Rocket Man has the same idea ...so the Western response to this invasion ..will determine what he does in the future.

If the West use silent diplomacy to intervene in the Ukraine and Russia war.. Kim Jong Un will see that as an opportunity to launch his own offensive. (They know that the West are basically bankrupt and that they cannot afford to fight on two fronts and also risk that China might get involved in either of these conflicts)  Roll Eyes

isnt that guy a renewed person that made peace with south?

if he suddenly become hostile to unite with south. its his way. but its in his mind to conquer south when NATO is busy.
2159  Economy / Economics / Re: China's strategy on the Ukraine invasion war on: February 24, 2022, 04:43:34 PM

isn't the war just between Ukraine and Russia?
there is no West. Ukraine just a few hours declared Martial law, no troops will be there but the Ukrainian military. something is wrong in that situation. really.

China's role is just to sit back and watch the theater, the West also sits back because these two Ukraine and Russia are their dogs.
2160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Oscar Awards 2022 betting thread on: February 24, 2022, 04:34:11 PM
As far as I can remember this is the gambling subforum. Also, if the sportsbooks did not list the odds for the Oscar awards, no person would be in awe and make them laugh.
Well, this is my first time seeing such betting, so it is. I knew such bets occurs even the simplest competition, or going to happen is capable of being gambled or having bets.

Anyway, by such kind of gambling, this is not like a common in gambling where the victor totally depends on score in the fight or a fair play, judges has lots of influence for the outcome, so this may sound like a fixed match, it could happen or happened before, but who knows.

Fixed match similar to what occurs to any sport like boxing or basketball games where referees, coaches or referees can be paid to influence the winners and losers of a game?

In any case, an argument can be made that match fixing in boxing or games similar to football and basketball are much easier than fixing the Oscars because the winners are determined by votes of the Academy of motion picture arts and sciences members. This will be similar to match fix an election because someone made a bet hehehe. You thought the winners are determined only by judges?

do nominees influence the result of the votes? looking at the odds, it looks predetermined already who is going to win.
