2181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 01, 2019, 06:43:27 PM
Also KD just signed in to nets for four years. This can be an exciting happenings seeing durant and irving would be very interesting.

Can we at least consider that KD's first year in Brooklyn isn't his official year? We don't even know when in the middle of the season he will be back or if he will even play in the 2019-2020 NBA season, with him re-injuring his foot I don't think it's his best decision to rush everything yet especially that we cannot even call the Net's roster a contender even if they have Irving on board with the team.
2182  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Initial Offerings Overpriced? on: July 01, 2019, 06:10:52 PM
For any investors out their wanting to get the first piece of the pie may not look like a bad idea but the truth is you are just risking your capital just by wanting to get that slice. Even Warren Buffet is not participating has never participated in any IPOs from the start and he wants to see how the rest of the market reacts to it first before he even jumps in. The risk is also bigger when we are talking about the crypto market as you can't put in a fair value for their coin so you really don't know if it will double the first day or lose half of its value in the first few hours.
2183  Economy / Reputation / Re: "They" took a break: discussion on: June 30, 2019, 09:00:03 PM
A not known OP suddenly became interested in some in forum politics is suspicious enough to say that his reason of just creating this thread is to stir another drama inside the forum. I don't know if he misses the action or he just doesn't want the forum to have some kind of peace from time to time. I just hope that members involved won't mind and don't get triggered to engage in a convo with this thread.
2184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Becoming hero/legendary from scratch is it possible now??? on: June 30, 2019, 08:18:51 PM
It's possible and I think for a newbie like you, you don't really have to focus on what your rank is but rather focus on learning and trying to improve your knowledge to improve what you can post in return. Do not set the bar high and expect that you will get merits on each post you make because it will just lead you to being more desperate to receive one. If you want to become a Legendary than find a way to do so and not just expect for it to happen automatically.
2185  Other / Meta / Re: What has changed in last 60 days to allow Yobit to have campaigns here ? on: June 30, 2019, 07:25:01 PM
With a lot of DTs being part of the conversation can we clear things out? So from my understanding if Yobit does another campaign here in the forum users who will participate in it won't be tagged by promoting a "suspected" scam exchange neither due to contributing spam in the forum? Wouldn't it be bad for our side especially when Yobit is doing nothing to prevent their participants from posting spammy content in the forum? The way I see it is the whole merit system wouldn't matter as long as this users are happy and contented from these kinds of sig campaigns.
2186  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to fund a PORN? on: June 30, 2019, 06:14:45 PM
You are better of being an "Amateur" Content creator in pornhub because aside from it being paid well you also get a very high chance that someone will discover you and be part of a much bigger industry. Trust me a lot of amateur female pornstars, couples, and even males have gone to this route and be taken in by the big industry. The funny thing here is you really don't need an investment to start because I doubt someone will be interested being paid due to the porn industry (not good in taxes) plus I earlier mentioned it pays well on its own you even get donations from your fanbase if you have one.
2187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Popular Crypto Trader says “Bitcoin is likely to hit $60k+ this coming uptrend”. on: June 30, 2019, 02:56:36 PM
If you are referring to crypto-enthusiast making this statement "interesting" then think again. Most Bitcoin enthusiast will just view this as hype rather than something to trust on. With no explanation whatsoever on why he think it will go up to 60,000$ this just clearly say to veteran traders that he is more into hyping Bitcoin rather than convincing people on why it will go up there. Though I'll give credit on his short time frame analysis which is somehow accurate he didn't show any analysis on why 60,000$ is the next target for him.
2188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran seizes 1,000 Bitcoin mining machines after power spike on: June 30, 2019, 01:02:33 PM
Tough hit for foreign miners looking to set up shop in Iran as their main country of operations, before this I was reading a lot of news that Chinese miners are preparing to move out of China in favor of continuing their mining operations in Iran as electricity is much cheaper there. With this news I think they want to slash out Iran off their list as their next destination. Such a shame that everything is put on blame involving the crypto industry, its just like they are just putting lame excuses for the industry not to flourish in their side.
2189  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Avoiding Tax on Capital Gains from Bitcoin on: June 29, 2019, 09:55:29 PM
You can smoke and give all the illusions you want in order to evade taxes and you might be successful on your first attempts but harboring 1 million dollars worth of riches cannot go undetected from any authorities. They really know right away that some person mysteriously is buying houses or other expensive things they have never bought and wonder why where all this money are coming from and it will be the start that you will be under their radar. Exchanges without KYC are not the solution here they aren't even safe and trusted to be use, in fact there are no solutions here but to pay your taxes.
2190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to trade WITHOUT exchange? on: June 29, 2019, 08:14:19 PM
Yes you can. You can even trade here in the forum with the currency exchange section we have, like a normal exchange you can set the price on what you want your coins to be sold minus the commission, the only downside is you would have to wait for someone to match it which I don't think would be an advantage if you are actively trading. Some Crypto Wallets also allow you to change your crypto to another crypto or fiat but expect them to have the better deal when it comes to rates. Best option for you right now is to really look for 3rd party traders that are looking for a straight swap and expect that there are a lot of scammers in this area.
2191  Economy / Economics / Re: Feasibility: Labor Hour Exchange For Small Tasks In Local Communities on: June 29, 2019, 06:24:44 PM
I really don't think that you need blockchain technology with that because that is already happening profesionally. It all goes down to what you can offer to them and what kind of offer you want in exchange so it still negotiations on that point. If a service or project did this kind of thing they would offer up some kinf of way to ease up the negotiations and nothing more. There is really nothing different to it compared to what is happening in freelancing websites now since most of them are negotiating terms about the payment.
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 27, 2019, 08:09:19 PM
FC Sevilla's Pablo Sarabia is gonna join PSG.
His signing and the one of other Spanish midfielder Ander Herrera should be announced next week.

I think that Paris Saint Germain could do better.
If they want to be on top of the European football they need to sign top class players that would stem from popular clubs. I don't want to underestimate Seville but there are better clubs with better players.

It's not always about the names and the clubs on where they are playing for sometimes a player is a perfect match for the team that fits in their system, you'd be surprise that some hidden gems starts to bloom in their new club because of how the develop the player for the team. You can also say it the other way around even if they bought world class players it doesn't guarantee them that it will bloom and be their best just like how they performed in their previous club, everytime they buy a new player they are risking their money towards it.
2193  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-06-27]Survey: 27% of UK Residents Want to See Crypto in More Real-World Ap on: June 27, 2019, 06:11:10 PM
I have seen survey results for U.K. citizens before and all I can say is that when it comes to understanding and knowledge when it comes to cryptocurrency so they are pretty open when it comes to topics that relate to Bitcoin. Pretty soon all their curiousity will be put to the test as soon as the crypto industry develops more in their country which I think won't be that long especially when businesses see that their own people are open with the idea.
2194  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WARNING! to all VLC player users! Stop using VLC and update it now!! on: June 27, 2019, 09:12:35 AM
I don't get it so is the video file the one vulnerable or is VLC the one triggering it to do so? If it's the latter then you need to have two of the corrupted files for you to be hackable am I right on this one? Or is the article unclear on their explanation because based on their message suspicious video files if played with VLC will make the hacker have full acces with your computer.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 26, 2019, 08:58:05 PM

Milan is an Italian club with the most UCL trophies compared to other Italian clubs, I am also surprised that Atal is able to compete strongly in Serie A and will be a new challenger at the upcoming UCL season.

Milan lost Berlusconi and lost his power, now is a middle team for 3th 4th position, nothing more... probably less if they will not solve their financial problems.

They didn't lose Berlusconi, Silvio is the one who lost A.C. Milan  woth corruption and greed growing in him he sold their best players and bought nothing in return and that's the point where it goes all in south. So far I believe that Milan has 3 ownership changes within 5 years and that tells a lot on how it hinders the progress of a rebuilding team. Elliot management seems to be the right team to fix Milan and so far they are pouring in money inside the team. This will be a long process for them since a lot of Serie A teams now are getting more and more competitive towards the UCL spots.
2196  Other / Meta / Re: Most likely thesaurus'd plagiarism | Altcoin board users on: June 26, 2019, 07:43:21 PM
I doubt that he is substituting the words one by one because its time consuming and he might be better off posting shit so he might be using a cheap paraphrasing software/website to do this. Most of the post doesn't even makes sense when you read so this is just your traditional copy/paste plagiarism but he added an extra step and convert it with what he is using. But where is the original post coming from?
2197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make an effective crypto portfolio? on: June 26, 2019, 06:48:37 PM
With the prices going upwards for a few weeks now I don't think you really have a choice to "hodl" now because really your time to hodl has just passed now. The bear market is over and everything is pretty much on a steep price. All you can do now is to either trade or wait the perfect opportunity to short which I doubt will happen any time soon. If your aren't really into investing then you don't have any choice but to sit this one out until the prices correct significantly.
2198  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: June 26, 2019, 06:17:39 PM
With no official news on whether or not Libra coin will have a limited supply I think that they will just go in this route and create something out of nothing. The point here is that everytime you want to buy Libra it will just instantly pops out and you have a cryptocurrency who supposed to be can be use on any establishments that accept it. It will just be like a credit from your FB account and I don't think it's main purpose will be for us to trade it to earn money, any coin backed up by fiat is just a stable coin meant to be hold or spend.
2199  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes on crypto on: June 25, 2019, 08:11:48 PM
Also, how can the government track our transactions?

That's what KYCs are for. Ever wonder why exchanges are asking for your KYC? It's really because for the government to track you and all the things that go in that exchange. Some governments even go as far as requiring the exchange to alert them when an unusual amount of money is going in and out of the exchange, they are also requiring them to send some random transactions from random users to see on how they earn (lose) money. Aside from that you are also in charge of documenting every gain/loss you have from every trade so that you yourself know how much you will pay depending on what tax rate you are in.
2200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Intraday vs HODL on: June 25, 2019, 06:59:12 PM
It would really depend on where you at right now. If you are holding BTC or any crypto in this matter where you have bought it during the bear market the best thing you can do is to sit back and relax compared to monitoring it all through out daily on taking advantage the prices. But if you are just getting in the market then you don't really have any choice but to take advantage of the price movement and buy and sell at that point.
