I am not sure where you are really getting at here. But is avoiding or evading tax one of the reason why you entered cryptocurrencies? I mean decentralization of things should not in any way affect your obligation as a tax payer.

Indeed they can get huge bonuses if they are one of the early investors.

If indeed they are, it is also possible that they are bounty hunters.

If they are purely investors, then asking for distribution of bounty may well be a strategy for them. They may see it cheaper to wait for exchange listing and buy tokens from "bounty dumpers".

This question has been asked multiple times in every crypt-related forums but there's no definite answer as to why altcoins tend to follow bitcoins price. The only reason I can think of is that bitcoin is the "king" and that most altcoins are paired with bitcoin.

Some basic guides I follow:
Does it have a real world use case?
What are its unique features that will stand out against other altcoins?
Who are the team behind the project?

For new and upcoming projects, I believe Equal Token has a great potential.
For established projects, I believe in waves, syscoin, and eth of course.

There is nothing wrong in being greedy in buying more coins or tokens that you believe are good as long as you buy them using money that you can afford to lose. Taking a loan and use it to invest in crypto is very in my opinion and should not be practiced by anyone.
