1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sorry We are Closed on: April 22, 2019, 07:08:10 PM
Cryptocurrency exchange Coinnest, once South Korea’s third largest exchange, is closing down.
you can read more here : https://www.coindesk.com/south-korean-crypto-exchange-coinnest-announces-closure

but, at this moment i see a lot of crypto exchange project born in this industry
my questions is, does we still need more exchange in this industry ?
thank you
Oh well good riddance to them. It's what you get when you f*ck up at the very beginning. The conviction of one of their official definitely played a role to the decrease in users interest.

Now to the question, do we need more exchange?
Since there was a report that majority of existing exchanges today manipulate their trading volume, we certainly need more legit exchanges.

I think it’s still not a good news because at about 4 new exchange are launching each month
Which isn’t good for the crypto space

We need a situation where traders can get only safe true and secured exchange always
It's always good to have a competition, new exchanges pushes existing ones to keep on improving.
1762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John "fucking" McAfee: I will reveal Satoshi on: April 21, 2019, 08:49:39 PM
Okay so John "fucking" McAfee is indirectly saying that craig is not the real Satoshi. Should we also expect a legal action action McAfee Huh It'll surely be fun if that ever happens  Grin

He said that it's a group of individuals, so maybe this group includes faketoshi?

I doubt it. He already said craig made a fake claim https://twitter.com/officialmcafee/status/1118577939535355904
1763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Exchanges track how you spend btc! on: April 21, 2019, 08:26:21 PM
As the email says, it is part of the terms and services which the user agreed upon (probably without reading) when he signed up with Coinmama. It's a good practice on the part of the exchange to make sure ToS are being followed. It's the users fault.

1765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Best Ethereum Wallets online in 2019 on: April 20, 2019, 07:14:26 PM
Note: Free wallet is a custodial wallet service so users won't be having access to the private keys of the wallets.

Usually, wallets that users have no access to private keys are not highly recommended. If you don't have the keys, it's not really your wallet. It makes me wonder if this is a paid ad by free wallet.
1766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New opportunities? on: April 20, 2019, 07:06:46 PM
Any new and promising ICOs to be looking after? I've viewed many but, tbh, most of them seem rubbish. Any actual ones worthy of investment in?

Keep looking until you find one. Each has his/her own standard in determining whether it's rubbish or worthy of investment. If you can't find one then consider looking into low to medium cap coins that has working products.
1767  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you use "report" button during posting ? on: April 18, 2019, 09:25:38 PM
I seldom use the report button. Ideally, I would just make a comment on the topic and also inform the OP to move his/her topic to the right section.

I also report plagiarism after I warned the OP of that thread to quote the source and he/she ignores my warning.
How has this work for you? There's no need to ward plagiarists I think.
1768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance delists BitcoinSV for Craig Wright pretending to be satoshi! on: April 15, 2019, 08:43:22 PM
Serves them right!

Now let's vote on the Kraken Poll! Delist SV https://twitter.com/krakenfx/status/1117828361269571586
Voted Yes of course  Grin
1769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DashG consensus algorithm? on: April 15, 2019, 08:38:56 PM
How did you find out about that project?

I'm surprised you actually got curious and checked.
I usually turn away once I see any "color" attached to a name of a known coin. Same with gold, silver, etc....
1770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance will delist BCH Satoshi Vision on: April 15, 2019, 06:55:41 PM
...

I must say I'm absolutely surprised. I didn't like BCH and SV. But SV is a stronger coin. I guess they didn't explain why they were delisted! Could there be a problem with the team?
This just few messages above you https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5132137.msg50616751#msg50616751

but imagine if CSW proof he is satoshi by signing/moving his BTC...are binance gonna re-listing BSV  Grin
If he is indeed Satoshi Nakamoto, why would it bother him if people call him a fraud nakamoto?
Why can't he just prove it by doing what you said?
Those legal threats won't do him and his bchsv any good.
1771  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Minimum wage salary from real job compare to crypto earning which is better? on: April 14, 2019, 07:57:39 PM
Nothing wrong with what you are trying to achieve (having additional income). The way I understand your story is that you don't have enough salary and saving to invest in crypto. Perhaps you need to have some kind of a financial education first. Do you follow some saving tips like "pay yourself first"?
1772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the SEC creating secret law for crypto? on: April 14, 2019, 07:26:48 PM
My answer is that USA is not whole world and will be not
It is all corporation frozen America
It's true that it is just one of many countries but do not underestimate their influence. Whatever US SEC will decide may set a precedent to what other countries will do. Also, do not forget the fact that a high percentage of crypto users are from the US.
1773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Free Merits! on: April 12, 2019, 05:01:55 PM
I have been thinking of some other ways to help the new users on how can they actually rank up.

I commend you for your drive to help out even if you are not really required to do so. I think this post of yours is good enough already. If you plan on doing more, you might end up spoon-feeding new members.
1774  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEXs & DEXs on: April 12, 2019, 04:26:07 PM
So its a catch 22: Few people use them because they are low volume, and they are low volume because few people use them
This is exactly what's happening.

Even the number one DEX at the moment (IDEX) has liquidity issues also. It appears that people only use DEX's to either buy or sell, not buy and sell, then get out.
1775  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bounty Managers on: April 12, 2019, 04:15:08 PM
Almost seven months in since the poll started and only over 200 votes. I guess only a few bounty hunters are aware of this section.
Good to see also other bounty managers presenting themselves here and some clashing against other managers  Cheesy
1776  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: etherdelta & forkdelta buy and get 0 token ! on: April 11, 2019, 09:00:52 PM
I think you'll have to provide more data about your transaction in order for the community to help you better. Maybe you can also move this to Beginners and Help for better visibility.

Was it your first time buying on both exchanges?
1777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's next after "When Binance"? on: April 11, 2019, 08:45:10 PM
It is how it is  Grin

Hunters and the so-called "short term investors" are the ones nagging the dev team about new exchange listing. They have these usual lines like "we need new exchange to pump the price" or "we need new exchange so new investors will come". The bear market probably made the situation even worse for them that they want to sell quickly and at a good price.

1778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why IEOs Came Into Existence? on: April 10, 2019, 08:45:21 PM
The question is probably not very serious, because most of the IEO are the opportunities that came because of the dying ICO, so we can say that now IEO can really make you very successful.

So this just proves the OP's assumption that IEOs came to existence because new projects are becoming less and less. Exchanges are simply trying to save their business by lending their platform to start up projects and get paid big time for doing so.
1779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Experince | Managers Are The Major Reasons Why Bounties Are Mis-Managed on: April 10, 2019, 08:32:14 PM
I only intend to see the performance of your team and will see if the bounty that you handle is a bounty that is truly real and will provide a lot of income to the bounty hunter who joins

That's a valid point. If you visit their website, you'll immediately notice this "Get Paid In BTC, ETH, TBY Or The Project Token" so I guess it's not a bad thing to try and see it for yourself. Expect to get paid but don't expect to get a lot of income, that still depends on the open market.
1780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new Projects? on: April 10, 2019, 08:19:22 PM
I haven't heard that there's like this before. That a project mainly focuses to the failed ones and they want tocmake that project alive and lively. This could happen or its actually happening, I just didnt heard about it before.

I'm also not sure if there is one. If I am a project founder, I would find it difficult to be carrying someone else's project. I would rather spend my time and energy on improving my own project. It already takes a lot to manage your own.
