The idea is good on paper but it's easier said than done especially that investors/hunters have different opinions whether a project is a scam or not. You'll always see someone who will defend a accused of being a scam to protect their own interest.

From an exchange that goes on maintenance plenty of times, I'm inclined to believe that they were hacked. As someone already pointed out, they are a registered exchange so it's not easy to just run away. Anyway, let's see how things unfold.

Title should be "LEGIT Bounty hunters should remain united" since we are all aware that there are fraudulent ones out there that also forces these bounty projects to change rules to protect their coins/tokens getting into the hands of scam hunters.

We’ve read news about Russia investing in bitcoin, as well as bitcoin accounts becoming active, and word of whales returning. Chinese New Year also approaches. We’ve also expected ethereum price to spike leading up to split. However, prices remain low. The way I see it, we are still in "accumulation period". Bull run as many are saying won't be coming anytime soon. What’s the likelihood that ethereum will rise following the hardfork? Will the trend continue or will this rise be temporary? I have a feeling that we’ll see another drop, and not see a rise until 2nd quarter at the earliest. However, if there is a chance for an ethereum growth, today might be the last day to purchase. I do not expect an immediate price growth after the hardfork. It will probably take an ethereum 1x or ethereum 2.0 launch to really push its price.

As good as those suggestions are, no one can really prevent coin or token holders from selling at a cheap price. Even measures such as having lock-up period can only prevents dumping temporarily.
A lot of ICOs looks good on paper. You'll only find out which ones are really good during and after development phase.

There is a new trend now on ICOs which I believe started late 2018 where start up projects now have a working product or MVP even during the token sale period. I think that trend will continue for 2019 and beyond. I'm not sure if we'll see proper regulations this year.

My goodness. What is the point of requiring users of adding security to their accounts like 2FA when the exchange itself is hacked? I am glad I pulled out most of my coins there due to wallet being on maintenance most of the time.

Your rant is just funny Why do you have to blame Ethereum for all that? Even massive dumpiing and bearish moment is blamed on ICOs under Ethereum Haven't we all learned that Bitcoin is King and if it falls, every cryptocurrency falls?

Yes, only Constantinople is the legit one. I felt bad for those who fell victim to other "hardfork". This should be a hard lesson to them, it is probably their greed that led to that.

I really like the approach. I am not really much into sports but I guess there are other ways to promote bitcoin and educate the "nocoiners". bitcoiners have a responsibility to spread not only the word but to also invest bitcoin itself in increasing its adoption and recognition through donations in PR activities, inviting nocoiners to join the community, and support those who have the skills to promote bitcoin like any other currency requiring education prior to adoption.

This sounded like a pump and dump scheme to me but done in a more professional manner This is not a game or some kind of a revenge against the bears.

I think the cryptocurrency market is still a bit young to be using a 4-year market cycle. I agree though that 2019 is still an accumulation period. Here's another video that supports the 4-year period analysis https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1llVz208eI

I just noticed that Fork Delta is something to worry about. I see, many people here are using it to sell their tokens right after they received it especially bounty hunters. I do not see any problem here. If you got problem with the exchange, then just wait for the token to be listed elsewhere to buy or sell. They sell it in a low price and synonumously dumping their tokens even if they know it is promising in the future. How do you know that they know? Another thing I see is that, you need to import your private key which I find unsecured. You can simply use metamask extension if you do not want to import your private keys into their exchange.

If you plan to hold for a very long time, just make sure that what you are holding is a quality coin or token. Not everything will go up. Most would die.

Another cheap attempt to steal money from unknowing people. Good thing you reported it so others may also know. I personally do not open any email from addresses I do not recognize or those that I did not participate/subscribe.

Ingot Coin is the first ICO that came to my mind. They announced that they were able to reach the soft cap and then announced at a later date that they never did. It was all for PR to attract investors. I believe they ran a more than 20 week bounty campaign.

For ETC, I do not hold any and I do not plan on buying.
For ETH, I am still holding some of those I bought at around $200 and no plan to sell despite the price falling to $100+ Developments after Constantinople should be interesting.

I find it ironic that ICOBench posting some negative opinions about ICOs But yeah, I somehow agree that this will the year of the STOs. Regulators would favor those who are already in compliance with their current policies.

Today is a very sad day for me ... just when I was thinking the crypto space is on its way to its formal glory ... here we are again... the market is red and over 15 percent down...
How do we free crypto from the hands of whales.. manipulating the market??
Welcome to crypto! After a few days on the green, always expect that the market will turn red especially that there's no major news or even like ETF or Bakkt that will trigger another upward trend.

I do not see anything from your post. No information on what we need to know about the hardfork before Jan. 16. Did you delete any link related to your topic?
