2261  Economy / Reputation / Re: Just learned that I am now a DT2 member. Please advise on: January 14, 2019, 05:45:38 PM
I don't know how it works out before but I have seen Blazed hand out positive trust not because they have done a transaction between each other but solely because of their reputation as a scam buster. They have received trust not based on their transaction but I think its the same thing to members having a good record for positive and successful transactions.

mexxer-2's positive feedback from Blazed
Never traded with this guy, but he is kicking some spammer ass. Keep up the good work.

hilariousandco's positive feedback from Blazed
Never traded with him but he does excellent work cleaning up the spammers here.

So I guessed back then its safe to hand out positive trust to people who have been known doing good work to the community or at least known in the community on his successful deals even without you dealing with him directly. Its surely a way to hand out your appreciation on what he is doing in the forum.
2262  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Venjocoin - Fake team member on: January 14, 2019, 03:22:21 PM
I have no doubt that what I am seeing is the same person but I have to admit that they somehow look different from each other, even the first person you have detected. What it looks like to me is they are adding moles to their faces and adjusting the curves of their faces which all can be done via photoshop, it only means that scammers are trying their best not to get caught with their fake project. Nevertheless you still caught them having plagiarized content on their whitepaper.
2263  Other / Meta / Re: Plagiarism as a result of cultural differences on: January 14, 2019, 02:41:07 PM
I really respect the cultural differences each country have but is the 3rd group really the one hanging here in the forum? In all of your examples of cultural differences all of them are about students doing school work in each of their respective country, do you think the same understanding still applies in the forum where they just copy/paste posts just to complete a bounty requirement? I don't think so, I don't even think that the plagiarizers we have are students still studying in school in the first place. The best thing that this forum can do I guess is what you just have suggested which I doubt will really make a change at all to these kind of people.
2264  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Venjocoin - Fake team member on: January 14, 2019, 11:30:19 AM
Hello there ICOEthics I like to point out your correction in your OP, Its not Nicholas Martin they faked but the one named Thomas Bruno. It really confused me at first because the one they are referring to Nicholas Martin doesn't resemble the model you have identified. Good thing I looked at the rest of the members' profile and find out you were referring to Thomas Bruno.
2265  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: January 10, 2019, 09:01:10 PM
Rule 6. Nothing contained herein shall be considered as excluding FortuneJack of liability in cases where exclusion of liability would be illegal under the relevant laws, including in cases caused by our gross negligence.

"including in cases caused by our gross negligence." I was not the person that ignored this bug and caused this result to happen. They were notified prior of this bug existing, yet they let it continue on without any player notification. Do we need to say anything more now?

You should prove that the bug was brought up by gross negligence first before you even claim that Rule 6 applies to you. Gross negligence is a big word that is why we should not taken it lightly. Even in lawsuits "gross negligence" is something needed to be proven first before someone finds to be guilty of it. If they have done their part and still a bug ruined your game it doesn't mean that they were purely not showing diligence in their job as mistakes like that happen but does it show gross negligence? I don't think so these employees are still human and you need to think about that.
2266  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bring Lauda to a Court / Jail on: January 10, 2019, 08:18:30 PM
And this is the best defense you can do?
Hello, this is not a scam,    I can bring you to a small court for this topic
Threatening for a lawsuit without even any proof that you really have an airdrop for your token. Your act is really trashy as you just have ran out of words to say, you are just a typical defenseless scammer hoping some miracle. Do me a favor instead of going to a lawyer why not file your statement to the cops so that you are the one facing criminal charges.
2267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Asian Football Cup 2019 Discussion Thread on: January 10, 2019, 07:52:16 PM
Today has gone as expected though, except perhaps for the slim scorelines, with South Korea overcoming Philippines and China taking 3 points from the Kyrgystan game.
It was a surprised that the Philippines held up good against South Korea in the AFC only losing to one goal. Everybody thought that it will be a massacre in the field as they have thought that if they have defeated Germany in the World Cup it will be a walk in the park for this Asian team. Happy to see that the Philippines has been improving with their new manager Sven Eriksson. His primary focus now is recruiting Filipino blooded pro football players which he had been successful so far as well as developing a youth football academy which he hopefully wants to develop homegrown talent.
2268  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Rough Bitcointalk Welcome on: January 10, 2019, 07:00:36 PM
Your first problem really relies on your ISP's way of giving dynamic ip addresses. A common practice for isps is they give the same ip addresses on different clients it, your IP address now might have use before by a person who got permaban in the forum that is why your IP address is detected to be Proxy Banned. If you really want to bypass the payment for evil units you should just have waited as dynamic ip addresses are just temporary which means you could have a new one for a given time frame.
2269  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Welltrado develops a tool to track and manage investments across P2P platforms on: January 10, 2019, 05:49:25 PM
So if you just connect them to other loaning service what you are doing is like reviewing this P2P lending websites first before you put it up available in your dashboard? You don't provide the lenders any guarantee that the loanee will be paying back to them? I don't know it feels like you are much more of a review blog site as you really don't have any service being provided on your part.
2270  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-01-09] Russia Plans To Ditch US Dollar For Bitcoin, Says University Profes on: January 10, 2019, 03:02:05 PM
I won't be surprised if they already have stocked up their pile of Bitcoin and really have the ulterior motive to short the US Dollar and its related assets. They have a strong statement here one could affect USA's fiat currency, I think they are purposely doing this now in order to bring the price down for USD. Their best economic move now is to sell Bitcoin while it is rallying upwards and buyback the USD when it had already fallen at a later date.

i was playing and having account at pd not the hosting providers . i came here on pd due there trust .i even don't know the name of hosting provider .so actually and practically pd have to give back my btc .i reported same day on there live chat but the person said its my mistake or some kind of clipboard virus .later i got to know the pd have been hacked and this was the issue .i'm having zero trust on pd now .Nothing is secure .its 2nd time when there domain hacked .i'm having very bad experience with pd every time .lets see what happened .
Are you sure it wasn't your mistake? Stunna already told that only .02 BTC was lost during the hacked and it is not even clear yet if it was one of their member's fund. Surely you can provide more than your statement a tx id of your transaction would be sufficient to clear things up to show us if you really have sent your BTC to one of their addresses. Other than that you just might be trying to scam PD for your own personal gain.
2272  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Does a Legal Adviser make an ICO more "legal" and free from scams? on: January 10, 2019, 10:22:56 AM
You won't even need a legal adviser if you have the proper permits, licenses, and authority to operate and launch your ICO right from the very beginning. A legal adviser is only their if you intend to promote your ICO launch locally in certain countries as you might not be familiar with their domestic laws and chances are you will be breaking one without their help. Now in terms of reputation I don't think that the legal department is what the investors are the ones looking for, they intend to look to people who are at the top of the operations which is more important than the legal department.

fxsurfer seems to be consistent on his views about Bitcoin being "the most nonsensical invention in human history" and he really gets close minded rebuts when he replies. Good thing he was last active before the new year started.

Here are some of his post but even if you check his post history you will see that he is a pure nocoiner.

Huh You people really live in a fantasy world. Bitcoin is neither discovery nor creation. Bitcoin is a fancy name for process of increasing or decreasing values in a database. You cannot call this trivial process a creation or discovery, it's nonsensical.

Bitcoin in itself is useless as it represents the ownership of nothing. On the other hand, Bitcoin industry is not useless since it generates enormous profits for the exchanges, miners,  developers, ICO teams, wallet providers, etc. All of them benefit greatly from the game where greater fools transfer the ownership of nothing from one address to another. But this game will ultimately end as you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

Monetary transactions are enabled by internet and miners equipment, not by Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a spreadsheet entry which has no utility. Egg and gold have utility because humans can consume them for fulfilling their needs. With spreadsheet entry, no human needs can be fulfilled.

Here is the guide on how you can synchronize your own Ledger Nano S to your Electrum Wallet. Its a step by step guide with pictures so I don't think it will be hard to follow. If you like video guides there are also a video version of the steps created by a youtube channel if you like to watch here it is. One thing to remember though is to make sure your computer is clean of any viruses or malware so your wallet has not vulnerabilities.
2275  Other / Off-topic / Re: [2019-01-09]Thailand: NECTEC Creates Blockchain-Based e-Voting System on: January 09, 2019, 06:50:24 PM
Therefore, in Thailand, citizens eligible for voting will not be visiting polling stations to vote, they will only need internet access to cast their votes.
This will be the major flaw of the systems. Although home based voting will be convenient for their voters it will be the center of corruption for vote buying as their citizens' votes won't be moderated. Corrupt officials won't be focused on infiltrating the system but instead they will focus on who and how many voters they can buy. Although the system is online I still think voting in polling stations is a much more safer way to prevent this from happening. This system just simply made it easier for dirty politicians to be elected in a government position.
2276  Economy / Economics / Re: Low demand for gasoline on: January 09, 2019, 05:43:15 PM
The low demand for gasoline and therefore the decrease in prices of consumer oil is still controllable by the oil producers, they can quickly cut off their production in order to match the current demand these producers will always say "Why produce more oil when it is not needed?" and they are right to say that as they won't continue to sell at a very low price. They have done it in the pass where Saudi Arabia, USA, and Russia all agree to cutback their oil production just to  see the demand to go up. The low demand for oil also is always during the 4th quarter of every year as this is the Winter season where cars are likely to be less driven daily because of the weather and its road conditions.

I have observed  Brent Crude Oil for a time now and the prices are starting to normalize. From its lowest price last December 26 which is 50.5$ a barrel it rose 6.5$ during the last two weeks. We aren't as near as the 80-85$ per barrel price but I won't see any oil price rollbacks anytime soon.
2277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: January 09, 2019, 02:32:56 PM
I have to admit it Timberwolves were lucky that Russell Westbrook missed that shot making Ryan Saunders debut game as a W. The stretch of games the Timberwolves have next will be a nice transition for him as a head coach most of the teams they are facing next are the same caliber as them. For you looking for updates for him the owner said that the management would be bringing up a coach with a head coaching experience as a assistant for Ryan to help him with his transition.

P.S.
Love that Wiggins scored 40 points tonight but I didn't liked how Nerlens Noel got knocked out mid air by one of his drives and hit the floor with his head. Hope that he is ok and this is not a career-ending injury.

By the way based on his trust summary page saulzaents' email address had been changed recently so the account might belong to a new user already. You will also see that from his post history you will notice that from pages 10-50 almost all of his post are in the Turkish local board written in their language, it wasn't at the start of page 9 where he started posting on threads outside the local board in English which is an odd thing to see for a guy who who created most of his posts in Turkish.
2279  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM ICO "INDIGEN" fake team photo. on: January 08, 2019, 04:09:26 PM
OK guys, I understand, you have your right to your opinion, and we all have freedom of speech. We all have our own point of views on everything. Even Bitcoin has been dubbed scam because we can't control the scammers who use Bitcoin as mode of payment. So all crypto can be used by anybody any way they want. Anyway I will just leave you with your opinions and we will just continue to pursue our blockchain project, with or without ICO funding, whether you think scam or not. Time will tell, same to Bitcoin.
I'm with The Pharmacist on this one in all my experience here in the Scam Accusation board you ICO developers always comes up with an idea on how you will wash your hands and say this is just an isolated incident and your only fault is not verifying the legitimacy on that area. This trick never gets old as it is your only way for damage control.

By the way can you elaborate more on your situation in the Philippines? You just have been caught red handed last year by their SEC and it looks like your coin offering and promotion there is running illegally by a domestic company who pays their victims with INDIGEN coins, they won't even get the idea of offering this payment and promotion scheme if you didn't introduce your INDIGEN coins yourself. By the looks of it there is too many dirt being dug from your name to still consider yourself clean, so if I were you I'll just give up on scamming people.
2280  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM ICO "INDIGEN" fake team photo. on: January 07, 2019, 08:55:51 PM
That's quite crafty, scammers are taking faces from videos now Grin

I guess some of the other team members are likely fake too, even if names match the pictures.
This might be one of the most creative ways I saw on creating a fake identity they really tried hard on this Pavel Bobek guy, these people are starting to search unpopular celebrities and snatching up images of them where it is less likely to be found. I'm just glad that the Google search engine can screen grab videos as pics. The next thing they will do is they might grab some of their yearbooks and start producing a fake team from that point.
