I think Apecoin will start to face its drop and will be out on the top ranking because of what its major project BAYC might face against SEC.
Just take it for example when XRP faced a lawsuit by SEC, even if we've been through the bull run, XRP stayed stagnant and never broke back to its former ATH. And that's why I think Apecoin will also have the same fate if this thing against SEC and its main project BAYC will not be solved.
If that would pass and SEC ruled that Bored apes would be securities, it would blow my mind. Because that would mean that most likely every nft project would be security.
