2721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impulse gambling on: April 15, 2017, 05:43:25 AM
Anyone else here impulse gamble?

After a bad day of trading, I sometimes hit the dice and try to go positive. Most of the time I end up losing even more. I can't control it.
I can relate to this!
I end up impulsively betting on sports with an urge to get rich quick scheme if I see crazy odds. The impulsive behavior is due to either bad that at work or most of the times its just trying to recover previous losses. This is not good for life anyway, first indications that you're allowing yourself to get addicted to gambling.
2722  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kraken has BTC at $1186.54 USD at the same time Bitstamp is $1170.88 USD. ???? on: April 15, 2017, 04:18:08 AM
Do you mean the demand and supply not decide the bitcoin price at the moment?
Nope that;s what exactly opposite of what I said. It's only demand and supply that determines the price of bitcoin. My point being, some exchanges determine the prices of bitcoin due to the statistics of trading volumes on their sites instead of depending on other major players like coinbase.

2723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kraken has BTC at $1186.54 USD at the same time Bitstamp is $1170.88 USD. ???? on: April 15, 2017, 03:41:58 AM
How can this be?

I confirmed the numbers as I posted.

I'm lacking some basic fact, as otherwise arbers would knock these prices to the same figure in an instant.

Please help me understand this.

Thanks.
Since you know bitcoin isn't centralized or operated like other currency like global value of dollars would be equal wherever you go.Case isn't same with bitcoins. All the regulated exchanges don't depend on any solid means of central hub to determine the prices. It's the major exchange like coinbase acts as a buffer between other price comparison apps, while it may work out for them but other major exchanges don't reply on coinbase since they speculate their value in terms of trades happening on their exchange.

To make it even more simpler, you decide the price of bitcoin.Demand and Supply does!
2724  Economy / Reputation / Re: Some sort of Conspiracy going on here on: April 15, 2017, 03:35:21 AM
on what proof you have added the feedback?? Cloudbet sending funds to nitrogenbets account??

If you own a wallet address say XXX and YYY on cloudbet and nitrogenbet , can you make transfer funds specifically from XXX to YYY??
can you? What if someone with wallet ZZZ makes a withdrwa from cloudbet to his address , and nitrogen bets send them funds from YYY wallet. so are you and the other guy same??
are you a logical man??
I'm sorry for the miss-understanding.Seems like I should have actually tried to verify the connections.Anyway,OP has take down the post,I have re-considered the feedback and also requested the DT member to void the message I had sent them. You can lock this thread now since there isn't any 'conspiracy' going on.
2725  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are signature campaigns really working for gambling sites? on: April 14, 2017, 05:38:26 PM
I really wonder this. I never clicked a signature ad and am wondering if it works for gambling sites. I need to be enlightened in this topic, because it looks like a waste of money to me.
It is just not about people clicking the links in your signature. It's more like a bitcoin gambling culture where most of the popular gambling sites need to keep themselves always ahead of the game.Signatures play a vital role.People don't actually click it but they can read and they know there is such site called crypto-games.net which is running since a long time.
2726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain powered internet? on: April 14, 2017, 05:24:07 PM
I'm not sure if this exists yet, but if it does, it would totally decentralize the internet. Being blockchain powered, its content would become immutable, making it difficult for any government or nefarious organization, to take control over it and shutdown the websites living under such system.
Decentralize the internet sounds vague.Any better way of putting it ? What does a decentralized internet do anyway ? Allow child porn distribution freely ? Open up websites about hiring hitmen openly ? I don't really understand the context here.

I've heard about Maidsafe, but recently found out that it was not blockchain powered. Still, it has interesting technology that might become useful once released.
Blockchain kinda makes sense here but where do you think internet comes from ? Government. It's inevitable.
2727  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Official Thread] BITPLAY - Get free bitcoins for playing games on: April 14, 2017, 05:19:34 PM
-> You don't wanna show pop-ups
->You don't wanna show adds.
->You don't wanna take bitcoins for playing games
->You give out bitcoins for entertaining ourselves.

Mate, how do you make money ? What is the purpose of your app ?
2728  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What trading platform? Poloniex/Alphapoint on: April 14, 2017, 05:14:50 PM
Did Alphapoint provide the trading engine for Poloniex?  If not, does anyone know which engine Poloniex is using?
Poloniex probably runs their own engine. If I'm not wrong,Alphapoint doesn't provide a lot of core features which anyway increase the additional costs. The best way to find out is to go through their dev documentation.
2729  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coindroids - On-chain strategy game with coin payouts on: April 14, 2017, 05:04:26 PM
Good question! Funds sent during an attack (or any other action) are sent to addresses controlled by Coindroids, not the actual defending droid wallet. Coindroids then processes the game logic and redistributes funds accordingly.
So basically, coindroids acts as an automated escrow during a battle ? Any fees involved during the transfer ? How does the game make money ? In-game purchases or only transfer/service fees ?
P.S. : I'm signing up!
2730  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.17 btc loan request on: April 14, 2017, 05:01:32 PM
Is this the same phone as you lost a couple of months ago or are you just looking to sell your new phone at an inflated rate?
That's ridiculous lol I'm sure he is can't sell a lost phone.Guy seems rich, keeps losing phones  Tongue

If you sell this phone what will you then use for 2fa?
2FA works on the phone number if I'm not wrong regardless of the phone you're using. Not sure about telecommunication plans in his country though.
2731  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Decentralized Anycast Enabled VPS on: April 14, 2017, 04:56:19 PM
Not sure why you choose to post this here when you haven't announced your service yet.Either way,I like the project. Here are certain things you should work on,

->End to encryption - Cool,which algos ?
->How many network hops before joining the destination ?
->Planning to extend for IPv6 addresses ?
->Data is encrypted, where are the private keys stored ?
2732  Economy / Gambling / Re: suggest me top beting site??? on: April 14, 2017, 04:52:25 PM
Advertising for the campaign you join is a good thing, no one can blame you for that. So, naturally, with all your actions. And I also feel that fortunejack is a nice casino to join. However, I'm concerned about its stability, probably because of the browser I'm using, however, I frequently can not access it. We should prioritize sites with high speed and stability, Bitsler, yolodice, primedice are one example, you can try them.
Regardless, fortunejack had too many scam accusations in the past and they still continue to do so.They have been accused of cheating giveaway's by not paying the winners.Other sites like Bitsler continues to shill around the forum with fake newbie accounts. Please don't misguide rookie players as they might end up losing money due to some random post giving wrong information.
2733  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coindroids - On-chain strategy game with coin payouts on: April 14, 2017, 04:48:23 PM
Correct me if I'm wrong but does the money from one's wallet is sent automatically to the other person's wallet on successfully damaging their droids ? We've a security concern here then...
2734  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Seeking Legal Action against Yobit on: April 14, 2017, 06:55:05 AM
Excuse Me
The wallet is perfectly file.. says updated to (current) block
The blockchain is fine too
and when I click In process... link
It Says Undefined... etc error
Btw the coin is none other than LISK
If you are using legal accusation as threat just to make sure they solve your problem as soon as possible, please don't mind giving false hope to the supporters. If you want to take an action just because they're running a scam exchange doesn't make sense. If your case has a strong proof that they have indeed scammed you,you can take legal actions directly instead of giving them chances. At the end of the day,you should be concerned about the yobit community as a whole and not just your case.
2735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ethbits? any review on this? on: April 14, 2017, 06:35:15 AM
Seems like an well organized project. The Core team also looks  well experienced.
However, personally I don't like the project or their concept. They've derailed too much from the core of an 'alt-coin project'.According to their white-paper their end goal is to
Quote
t allows users to easily
convert fiat into any cryptocurrency. Buy or sell your favorite cryptocurrency in just a few clicks
with peace of mind, knowing that your funds are safe and you are dealing with a trustworthy
organization.
They want to make it commercial since the beginning.I'm not ready for this yet.Not until we see a paradigm shift in terms of tech and security.
2736  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CryptoGrabber - A physical arcade claw machine converted to accept Bitcoin on: April 14, 2017, 06:24:30 AM
Wow that is impressive indeed!
How come this is your side project when you can actually dedicate yourself and make some good money from it ? Japan does have automated vending machines which sell fancy stuff for bitcoins but don't they will be your competition in the United Kingdom!
Maybe a take video to demonstrate how it works ?

Just curious : How long does one has to wait for the bot to start working after sending bitcoins ? It needs some confirmations right ? If not,how can it stand against double spend attacks ?
2737  Economy / Services / Re: Earn 5$ for app install (ios/android) on: April 14, 2017, 04:37:57 AM
Interesting. Can you tell me what app this is? By validation, does this require personal details or documents?
That's the default conclusion here. Why would you think it would take several days for verification otherwise ?

Honestly, not worth $5 to give out your personal information which can be used for further data analysis.I still don't understand how can the data be  anonymized when it's already in the hands of the third party you don't trust.
2738  Economy / Reputation / Re: Some sort of Conspiracy going on here on: April 08, 2017, 09:30:25 AM
The Feedback you left on my account shows your reasoning. You didn't had to retaliate as said my feedback was temporary until matter is fully resolved.
Let's take a minute to read what your feedback says on my profile,

Quote
Troller , uses his shill accounts to harm my reputation.
he is old conman , and has history of trading accounts over the forum.

1.Please list all my shill accounts that I used to harm your reputation.

Don't be an idiot. The matter is still in process and my feedback will stay until we jump to the conclusion.
Your retaliation really shows your credibility as a member of the community.
2739  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: YoBit.Net Trading bots on: April 08, 2017, 09:12:09 AM
Are there any good trading bots out there, on YoBit.Net, using the Api key? If possible free, but i would be willing to pay for it aswell. Or is it more lucrative to make my own?
It is always lucrative to make your own bot.If you have a strategy on your own, more smarter than the general crowed, either take a open source bot and modify according to your requirements or write one from scratch (the later sounds fun!)
Also, most of the free crap you get on the internet botting world comes with their own risks. You know it's not like everyone who uses that bot always profits.
Good idea, are there any old open source out there which are easy to recode? Or should i just start off from scratch, which could be a bit time consuming in my case, I'm an extremely sloppy coder  Roll Eyes
If you're programming basics are good, you can start here : https://automatetheboringstuff.com/ it needs python basics too.
Not sure about the good open-sources but I found one which is kinda okay.
