1741  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice New Design Feedback Request on: February 24, 2018, 10:06:43 AM
I disagree investing heavily on the website's user interface will totally increase the user experience.
Why ? No matter how amazing your games are if your website looks like a blog hosted on Wordpress, customers will choose to skip your website and rather play at a website which has an interesting UI/UX.
Moreover, why would someone gamble on a website which can't take good developers on board to make user experience better ? My debate is about the speed and not the graphics entirely.
1742  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: A new website for tracking prices of cryptocurrencies on: February 24, 2018, 08:54:44 AM
lol how creative developers are these days! Literally 10 new websites are launched for price tracking of the cryptos every other day !! Like do you even do something called as a 'research' before working out the website ? I don't see your website offering a anything new just like the 100 other websites launched on daily basis.
1743  Economy / Gambling / Re: Want to buy your gambling site on: February 24, 2018, 08:42:01 AM
It should always be cheaper to build your own than to pay for the website of someone else, in order to build you own casino you only need a script and a server and that is it if you are building a small site, but when you are buying a site you are also paying for all the traffic the site gets and also for the brand recognition and this makes any purchase more expensive.
Who said that ? Building  a website from scratch is time consuming and more expensive! "You only need a script and a server" - Every non technical idiot on the planet says that.Just shut the fuck up if you don't know shit about building websites or gambling.

Even after buying a reputed site you need to build a trust from the community to attract more players so instead of paying a premium price to build a new site and run some good promotions to attract more players will work out cheaper. So try to come up with some unique gambling site instead of buying one.
Yep! Watch the value of a website go down once they declare they're being sold to some rich douche.
1744  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone host with coingeeks.io based in Utah? on: February 24, 2018, 08:37:59 AM
Hello, I am looking at hosting options and came across the coingeeks.io website. Looks like the have a good setup in Utah and also capacity. I couldn’t find too many comments online from people who have used them to host their miners.

Anyone here have any feedback?

Thanks
Not many people have used their service and hence there are lot of 'yet-to-be-decided' reviews. You can check their main thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2616884.0
(looks shady)
Some newbie randomly made an account to shill for them doesn't sound good either. Please don't fall for it and not risk your money on the website.
1745  Economy / Services / Re: Are you looking for bounty manager on: February 24, 2018, 08:33:44 AM
Hey All,

Anyone looking for bounty manager on forums? I handled almost 5 bounties on different platforms. Currently i am managing 1 bounty program and soon it will going to end. So, i'd like to know if someone looking for bounty manager please let me know via my blog https://www.dailyvirtualassistants.com/

Thanks

Never saw you managing any bounties around the forum.Maybe update the post with the list of bounty programs you have managed ? This certainly increases your chances of getting a job. Also I don't want to take a mick at you but your website's 'About Me' section cracked me up.Anyway, don't think you should be trusted with the bounty work considering your rank and time spent on the forum.

1746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bookie - The world’s first decentralized betting exchange on: February 24, 2018, 08:23:20 AM
Just wanted to  make something clear (excuse me if it comes off as off-topic)
Is there a way you could support bet matching ? For instance ,I run my own gambling site i.e. I'm  a bookie and I want to match bets so I look for a middle man who places bets for me on another gambling website like betfair.Do you support this model ?
This is how traditionally the system works, does decentralised modal change any of this ?
1747  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New site. Can you please give me some feedback. on: February 24, 2018, 08:18:10 AM
Feedback,

1.Get a favicon for your website.
2.Please fix all the console errors and other data mapping should be handled when there is no data ,also in your production bundle, use a plugin which removes all your console logs

Uncaught ReferenceError: getCurr is not defined
    at (index):39
/assets/images/favicon.png Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
(index):215 undefined

3.Please use loaders when needed. For instance, all your API calls needs to await for a response.Until the response is received, you can show a loader to tell user something is happening otherwise site looks unresponsive.

4.The site is not in an ideal condition to be launched. Please fix it,make it functionally work and the  re-launch it.

Maybe update just a few of them every second or so, and maybe real time update the one you hover your mouse over?
That's a bad UX example.Hover is not meant to fetch data over a network.Maybe he can show updated data when hovered.Again the data will be fetched asynchronously as the app runs.
1748  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Blockchain / Hyperledger consulting services? Any good places to look? on: February 23, 2018, 11:20:06 PM
I have been scouring the internet for the past week because I want to transform my existing business management solution into one that leverages Hyperledger or some other blockchain technology. My business has many different departments and I have highly sensitive information that I cannot share with anyone.
Please find the services near your location if it's totally a confidential thing. Most of the freelancers cannot be trusted with that sensitive information when you're taking them on-board to revamp your projects.

I can disclose more about my company in a way that won't disclose everything, but I was thinking the amount of information I provided was most likely enough since blockchain is a consortium of consensus algorithms we all agree on so only a few business attributes need to be known.. That is what I am hearing people say, at least.
Please use google and get to know as much as possible about blockchain and think weather you really need it ?
1749  Economy / Reputation / Re: I am new to this forum. I don't know what I did wrong? on: February 23, 2018, 12:21:59 PM
They gave me negative trust, and they thought I was impostor. I didn't do anything. When I created the user name, I didn't know about DannyHamilton. Because I am a newer, he is a legend. So they thought I was an impostor.
I was very angry about it. Who can restore my trust.I don't know what to do now.
What a coincidence ? You literally used the same word, same spacing and same letter case while choosing that username only changing the last alphabet from "n" to "m" so people might just not notice. When hilariousandco started that thread,I couldn't notice the difference between to two names until he pointed out the "m".This was a smart move to scam, steal as pretending to be the real Danny.
Go away, you deserve the negative trust.
1750  Economy / Reputation / Re: DannyHamilton imposter? on: February 23, 2018, 12:14:49 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1639324 DannyHamiltom

Should this user be tagged? The name is pretty deceptive and not really a parody account or anything so could be used for shenanigans in the future.
I didn't want to be imposter. I simply created a user name, I didn't do anything to cheat anyone, why give me negative trust?
'Simply a user-name' - This is the most creative you have got in life when it comes to choosing a user-name right ? You're correct you don't deserve a negative trust, you deserve to be banned for being so creative.
I often see members with user-names like 'Sat0shi Nakam0to' etc which should be banned as well.
1751  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice New Design Feedback Request on: February 23, 2018, 11:27:28 AM
BitDice is looking for feedback on our new design:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ke7uq0ekti7mcl4/home%E2%80%942.mov?dl=0

Keep in mind there is still placeholder text so we only looking for feedback on the look and feel of the design itself.

What do you like or not like about the new design?

-  The animations you think will make initial loading of the sites low ? Could be a turn off if on  slow internet connections website loads extremely slow.
-  Honestly,on opening the website it doesn't give the feels of a "Gambling Website".On the first visit,it kinda looked like a games store.
-  The theme is based on some anime characters, does that have anything relevant or just random stuff ?
-  I feel there is too much on the same page.

Old design is way better, this makes the site look like a scam, more than a actual bitcoin casino :/
Idiot.
1752  Economy / Services / Re: Need bitcointalk thread promotion on: February 23, 2018, 11:18:16 AM
Need ICO thread prmotion in bitcointalk.
telegram @amidatonga
Thread Promotion == Pumping the thread and keeping it in the front-page throughout the day == using shill accounts for bumping == against the forum. Please go away from the forum. If you mean 'thread promotion' as in something else, elaborate it further.

Are you looking for community manager, or only someone who will post your announcement thread?
No,he needs someone who can help his thread stay on the top pages by promoting it through newbie shill accounts.
1753  Economy / Gambling / Re: Watch me gamble with your money, (possibly) naked! on: February 22, 2018, 07:53:26 PM
I think this is a great idea! If it were not for my current situation I could see myself going for this.. Like, why not.
Because there isn't any 'strategy' to beat the house as OP claims to be ? I could be proven wrong though,I'll totally be convinced if the 'martingle' crap is shared with some kind of relevant proofs to show that it works!

Don't care for the shitposters, could be that they don't have anything to gamble and thus they are jealous?
Sure ? Or maybe they're just smarter than all the people mentioned in the quoted post ?  Undecided

Either way, keep up the good work!
{Stripping_On_Cam && Gambling_Soemone's_Money !== "Good Work"} (my holy book says that,I don't.)
1754  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What to do when you have a great idea and nothing else? on: February 22, 2018, 07:48:20 PM
Idea on their own are worthless.  Almost any idea you have has occurred to someone else as well.  Unless you can execute them, you're not the one who will profit from them.  And that's fair...coming up with a good idea is maybe 2% of launching a successful business.  Whoever does the other 98% of things necessary for success deserves to get the rewards.
Correct.History proves that one who executes the idea turns out to the winner under the hood. However in 2018,if you have an idea, you have all the resources which will convert it into a reality if you manage to raise money from some investors who again will do if your idea is great.

Shark-Tank is a nice example how start-ups can start low or with a blue print model and impress the end customers.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins Income in every Campaign on: February 22, 2018, 07:28:03 PM
For every campaign ends, how much do you earn? You sum it all like in facebook campaign, twitter campaign, telegram campaign, signature campaign, translation campaign, media blog campaign and some social media campaign.
Somewhere around null to a few satoshi's.For someone living in a First World country, the time and privacy given to shit-coin bounty campaigns is not even worth buying a burger from MacD.
Most of these bounty whores come from the shite holes where even a $1 can buy a nice meal for a family.Gave you the most realistic implications, hope you're clear.
1756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee down to $0.11! SegWit works! on: February 22, 2018, 07:20:36 PM
Post some proof, edit out some of the data that would DOX you.  Wink A lot of the BCrash supporters is going to say this is FUD
You meant Bitcoin Cash ? They are special kind of trolls living in their own imaginary world.Checking out r/btc to know more.

I presume that this was from a SegWit to a SegWit address...right? The MemPool is almost empty, so most of these tx's with
Obviously! It's good people have started to use SegWit addresses. However  mass adaption is required to get everyone used this eco-system which is only possible if services like Blockchain.info/localbitcoins etc start activating SegWit.
1757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fees are a tax on BTC on: February 22, 2018, 07:13:31 PM
No,I don't think so
Goverments not get anything from BTC
Transaction fees not a tax!
Tax doesn't necessarily have to include governments or democracy.OP implies, the fees are for transactions are just like the service taxes paid on purchase/delivery of goods just like the real world ecosystem.
Less does he know that without miners, network wouldn't exist. Here 'tax-paid' is to continue using the currency of the internet.

Well, everything in the world has to be paid. For fast, secure and anonymous payments using Bitcoin too.
In 2018 if you mention 'Bitcoin is anonymous',you're wrong.
1758  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Forkcoin price difference between exchange with or without accepting deposits on: February 22, 2018, 07:06:35 PM
I opened this thread in Altcoin Discussion 2 days ago, where it only lasted about 20 minutes on the first page. It was read 6 times, including my own views. That board is spammed too much for any serious discussion, so I moved it here.
Any constructive mind-boggling posts are not the appreciated on the forum.Within a few minutes they're sent 7 feet under the shit load of useless threads.Roughly the ratio of smart thinkers to shit posters on the forum would be around 1: 50.

Coming back to your question,
-Most of the traders who trade on Binance are newbie crypto fans who heard about crypto the day before they made an account on Binance.I was added in one of such telegram groups where no one knew about Core Wallets or Nodes. So Bianace was their only source for everything.Lack of knowledge could be one of the reasons.

-Are there are country specific restrictions that you came across ? Maybe either of the exchanges don't accept people from a certain country and one of them is the only source of trades ? Doesn't sound logical but could be a possibility.
1759  Economy / Gambling / Re: Watch me gamble with your money, (possibly) naked! on: February 22, 2018, 06:43:03 PM
--snipe--

That's an interesting way to sell your cam-shows considering the usual marketing didn't work out.

I think I've developed a strategy on a certain gambling site, because I seem to be performing quite well.
Look who we have, another martingle novice, claiming they  have a "strategy" to beat the house. Might as well share your secret to 'magical wand' so other idiots can use them intensively.

Warning : Money sent to the OP of the thread should be considered as a donation in the worst case scenario.Fall for this shit on your own risk. (There isn't any risk involved if you consider fapping to naked girls on cam,win-win situation it is!)

You guys are totally missing the point; the stripping is just a side benny. It's not intended to be the main product - that's the gambling. Add me on Skype, I'm online and doing orders!

Gambling is just the side benny * FTFY
1760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins vs Tokens on: February 21, 2018, 07:56:55 PM

The main difference between Alt coins and tokens lies on their structure. alt coins are separate currencies with their own separate blockchains while tokens operate on top of a block chain.

The main difference between altcoins and tokens is in their structure; Altcoins are separate currencies with separate blockchain, while Tokens operate on a blockchain

That is a terrible way of copy-pasting.Reported.

@kaeluxdeuz : You gave a very nice explanation which is understandable without getting into too much complex stuff.I have one doubt (if you get the pleasure of answering). Can I fork other chains from a forked chain ? For instance,I have derived a token (smart contract ) from ETH and I wish to further start a new chain from my derived chain, how feasible is this ? Technically,I'm not running on my own chain so I must not be able to derive chains right ?
