1861  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Are you a developer looking for a promising project? on: January 12, 2018, 06:08:25 PM
We Want You!

Do puzzles and problem-solving intrigue you? How would you approach this simple CS question:

Quote
Given two 16-bit ints, can I interleave those bits to form a single 32-bit int? Let's say I have ABCD and abcd and the output bits should be something like AaBbCcDd.
Code:
unsigned int JoinBits(unsigned short a, unsigned short b) { }

We're a fully funded start-up looking for bright blockchain developers who are security focused. The developer should be familiar with Java, Python, Node 8, ES6, PostgreSQL, React, Trello and Webpack.

We are building a social development environment, and we want the best and brightest to help!

Send your response to casey@blockIDE.com with your resume / LinkedIn or whatever else that will win our hearts and minds.
To start with, the problem statement is not clear.Being a programmer I don't know Am I suppose to write a method or a functional module to handle the given question which again is ambiguous. Will you reframe your question with expected input and expected output use-cases ? That is how problems are presented.

Lmao you're the real deal.
1862  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: THE TRIBE - a revolutionary new cryptocurrency - PLEASE READ and PM for invite! on: January 12, 2018, 05:40:28 PM
The moment someone says 'centralisation' - I don't even bother reading ahead.
So you want to solve bitcoin's anonymity problem ?

 1.Bitcoin is not anonymous
2.People want to use a coin that is anonymous as it can get.

Your idea just basically involves 'legalising' bitcoin in a way which is acceptable by the governments.Cipher Punks don't like it.I don't like it.And with the global appeal idea, you're coin will forever remain worthless.
1863  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit Filling Pocket with peoples Money on: January 12, 2018, 05:32:20 PM
I hope that after this, Yobit will be recognize as a scam by the forum. Is there a scam exchange list?
YES : ALL OF THEM
YoShit has been flagged as a scam exchange since the dawn of bitcoin.First they lead the massive army of shit-posters ,got tagged for the same and several activities.I don't know why you new comers thing exchange is a government ran organisation which gives you maximum security for your bitcoins.
1864  Economy / Gambling / Re: When a Gambler/Player Dies on: January 12, 2018, 05:22:55 PM
Appreciate all your responses, but i like to suggest to gambling site owners to include the details of next of kin to gamblers registration should in case of evetualities they can reach out to such person, provided they will be faithful to do so.
I imagine a scenario whereby someone playing on his system and something just happened and the player is gone.
Most of the online gamblers rather prefer to  be anonymous due to location/government restrictions. So gambling sites will be least interested in providing such services as they will have a potential loss in the customers if they forcibly ask for personal details. Also the chances of a person dying in an online gambling environment with bitcoin lowers down the sample space of the events. So not worth taking an action just to take care of those cases.
1865  Economy / Gambling / Re: When a Gambler/Player Dies on: January 12, 2018, 10:37:39 AM
I have been thinking of a question but have not got a suitable answer, in case a gambler or player who has big money in his account dies, what happens to his money? If the family eventually get to know he has money in that gambling account, how will they claim it if they dont have a password to the account or email? Does the owner of gambling site have a way of handling that or is it a free money for them to claim? Your response please.
I am referring to gambling sites like: bitsler, primedice, freebitco, cryptogames, etc
- There is hardly anything the websites can do in this case.I mean anyone can come up with a fake case which wouldn't show relevant proofs until they have access to the supposedly 'dead' family member.

- Being a rich gambler one can always keep all their funds on a shared wallet if they think their death shouldn't destroy their holdings. And the global rule follows anyway : Don't store coins on an online service since you never know how vulnerable the website can be.

- Also I don't think any family member would want to know their 'dear one' was a gambler.
1866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg is looking into cryptocurrency ::) ::) ::) on: January 12, 2018, 09:33:36 AM
And here's what other top investors think
Top Investors ? Haha's

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook will be looking into cryptocurrency in the new year.
You know what follows with that ? Your bank accounts will be incorporated into their blockchain which will be periodically sent to the FBI and every other government organisation in the world which want to raid income tax hunters.

"There are important counter-trends to this — encryption and cryptocurrency — that take power from centralized systems and put it back into people's hands," Zuckerberg wrote in his 2018 mission statement, issued on Thursday. "But they come with the risk of being harder to control. I'm interested to go deeper and study the positive and negative aspects of these technologies, and how best to use them in our services."
You know it doesn't matter.Making money is their main motive behind everything and stealing user's data is their goals .
1867  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for blockchain developers, C++ good knowledge needed on: January 11, 2018, 11:57:24 PM
It will hit exchanges, cause it's one of the main reasons, without it, why I would state like this?
Because you don't know what tomorrow has for you.How can you predict that far when you haven't written a single line of code yet ? {I'm assuming}

There isn't much to work, more of a testing and executing testnets. And I can try to also manage some BTC for it, probably 1-2BTC, but maybe more, within time manner.
Yes that seems fair.Testing and executing test-nets don't necessary need a C++ developer.By saying this,do you mean you have the project ready ?

Where would you try to seek devs?
I'm a Dev Smiley
1868  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bounty list update everyday without any miss on: January 11, 2018, 11:44:15 PM
Even though you have a broken English,I wouldn't mind people like you getting paid for the signatures instead. How keen are such people on making life of other's easier ? Smiley

That's a nice service started and certainly helps to see things together at one place. However,I noticed your website sort of looks like it was developer in 1995,please use some styling to define your table container.

Also, you wouldn't want to add scam coins on that list so better do your research before posting things there.
1869  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How some people here add transactions to ViaBTC? on: January 11, 2018, 10:40:06 PM
We see several people in this forum can push transactions to viaBTC without getting this constant error message:

Submissions are beyond limit, please try again later.

As far as we know they use a software or something like that, can anyone please shed more light and/or explain what type of software do they use and where others can get it?

 Huh
Yes you're correct. They use bots or automated DOM processing software's like Selenium which overload the servers for others but keep constantly pushing their transactions into the pool. You can't officially get the software but it is not that difficult to make yourself one if you know how to wrote simple automation scripts.
1870  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for blockchain developers, C++ good knowledge needed on: January 11, 2018, 09:59:03 PM
Hi.
I'm looking for a blockchain developers, for open-source project, who would like to contribute.
We have a small team now, but it would be good, if more people could join in.
They will be rewarded, with token/coin, which we're going to make.

Exchanges will be informed about it, so they should add us to a lot of markets, for trading.

Any propositions, please PM to me.
I 'll tell you why you would have a hard time finding good C++ developers on an open-source project who would work for tokens :
 - > C++ developers are not cheap
 - > The rewards guaranteed after the work load will not always be promising.
 - > Who knows if your coin will ever hit an exchange ?

Rather, hire someone on freelance basis and if they are enthusiastic about the project, they will become part of your team.
1871  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaign tutorials for beginer on: January 06, 2018, 03:04:21 PM
Going rude is not an option, helping and sharing is.
Help ? How ? Why are you suppose to help anyone who is going to turn forum into trash ? Aren't enough of them already ?

My question to you: Did you actually share or make them learn something?
My answer for you: Yes. You actually shared "hatred" and made them learn how to behave with everyone over here.
According to you, it's people like "us" who can make this a piece of shit or a place where they may really know anything about Bitcoins.
If the question was regarding anything related to bitcoins or how cryptos work,I will definitely post my opinions with or without the signature.Sorry but I'm not too keen on helping people with that mind-set.

When you admitted OP may be a spammer's account, don't you think the forum itself is filled with so many "spam" threads where same questions have been asked 100s of times? This is what I said earlier already, so for them (a newbie or an actual learner) to learn becomes more and more fragile. If their intention was to spam, wouldn't they just join an ICO's bounty campaign and do it? Why are they doing it for free while you and me, we both are getting paid for all our posts?
I agree we're getting paid for it but don't you think we actually put efforts into whatever we type ? Like I said signature payments are just an advantage or sort of tips for your efforts to "help" others in a way.If you're posting just for the signature, you shouldn't post anyway. My point is,I hate it when newbies happen to the forum with only one intention in mind : Make money from signature campaigns.
1872  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Trading bot on: January 06, 2018, 02:57:14 PM
Thanks for message.

Wex.nz is the first exchange I remembered. I have jbot for poloniex too, but there are some problems with trading. There are maximum of 6 connections per second from one IP at Poloniex. And if more connections than IP will banned. I cant grant access for anymore. You must to install web server on your local machine and download jbot for poloniex.
There are other poloniex bots which I guess are doing perfectly fine even with the API ip call restrictions. You sure you have tried their latest API out ?

Next days I rewrite a part of code and will try to transfer execution of program from the server to the client's browser.
But still the bot has to be ran on the client's server right ? I mean how would you plan to execute on the browser without it being hosted anywhere ?
1873  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin ATM software on: January 06, 2018, 01:41:34 PM
I'm really trying to wrap my head around this... Is it software for the ATM? You do know, most ATM's have software built in already right? What does this software do separately that the standard software does not? What advantages do I have over using this software vs. using the stock software?
Nope. The ATM's I suppose come with a PLC that is Programmable Logic Controllers if not CPU's.Any company can manufacture just a machine which can be made to do various tasks depending on the program that controls it.

I don't think that you should waste time selling Bitcoin ATM software since you can actually gain profit if it is really functioning you can be a millionaire thou, next time you invent is the HARDWARE of ATM, then you can use BOTH. Cheesy There Should be detailed Specifications.
That is plain stupid if you mean he is wasting time making a Hardware to function to it's fullest.Maybe he doesn't want to be a millionaire ?
1874  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaign tutorials for beginer on: January 06, 2018, 01:33:18 PM
I can't teach very well but I'll tell you what things that u need to know. First, don't post a single sentence and miss from the topic (min. 3 sentences). Second, you need to know or learn the topic before you post a reply to a discussion. Third, Find a signature that fits your time and limits. Fourth, don't spam because it will cause you get a ban.
Wow that is what everything wrong with the signature campaigns and bubble headed idiots like you.Who said making a sentence 3 lines minimum makes you a better poster ? You can also not know about the topic and yet post your questions if you're curious enough.
Remember : Forum is for learning, sharing knowledge. It's people like you who make this place full of shit.
1875  Economy / Reputation / Re: Crook in "Services" on: January 06, 2018, 11:52:30 AM
Someone really needs to do something about all these bitcoin acceleration services. Its ridiculous and scammy. Maybe theymos or the moderator there should make a sticky post at the top of the services board to access all known 'free' bitcoin acceleration services without getting scammed by everyone else.
I don't that is happening anytime soon. There is no point even bragging about it because there is no action from the forum staff at all.The services section is filled with Acceleration Threads out of which 90% of them are filled with scammers and account farmers. And it is not even a less known fact, most of seniors in the community would admit to it but then again what's the point ? A thread in Meta dies without any action taken.

Global Mods try to do their best but certainly a stricter action from the admins is expected.
1876  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Cryptocurrency Lover]Multiwallets transaction track change for BTC,ETH and more on: January 06, 2018, 11:41:06 AM
Appreciate the effort and the well 'described' thread but my first question is,

- Why would you need to use an app to track an address when there are multiple block-explorers that do the same thing without having to install anything ?
- I know it involves a bit of work to check it every-time you have to track the changes but still better than using an App,isn't it ?  I can track any other coin in the similar fashion.
1877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My casino bankroll investments diary on: January 06, 2018, 11:01:11 AM
Information is going to be backed up with screenshots so all the details are going to be legit.
Why not just share the google-doc/spreedsheet with view only rights instead ? I mean how often would you keep updating the screen-shots.

I have an active investment on BetKing too, but since I think they're full of shit, I will not be posting any updates from their website.
LOL Why ? There are apparently the 'most trusted ' on bitcointalk.I gave up when I think the founder put up the website for sell with insane amounts.I'd like to know though what made you come to that conclusion ?
1878  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice - One of the largest casinos in the world? on: January 06, 2018, 10:57:37 AM
Go Bitcoin! Hopefully Primedice can help rise to the top and show everyone why Bitcoin is so amazing.
PricemDice has nothing to do with the success of bitcoin. :/
I mean I don't get the co-relation between a website trying to make money using one of coins and the coin succeeding itself.I wouldn't be surprised if a new Casino does the same with BCH.Taking advantage of the opportunity really.

With all due respect, sir you're wrong.
1879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: January 06, 2018, 10:54:42 AM
Don’t ever stop even if you still don’t own btc for this year. Always aim a certain amount for the next couple of years.
By the time one "makes" BTC,the transaction fees will skyrocket as much as the Bitcoin's value. It wouldn't be feasible to hold '1 BTC' when you will be spending like 0.10 to get it confirmed within a hour or two.

**Waits for someone to talk about 'Lightening Network'

Yes this year 2017 is absolutely amazing since the value of bitcoin rich $20,000.00 in just almost a month.
Unfortunately I owned only is a partial amount of Bitcoin. Even though it’s not 1 BTC still I am looking forward to have it since I am dedicayed to get it.
You have an amazing year mate.Don't forgot to make 0.10 extra so that your 1 BTC reaches your wallet in time.  Grin
1880  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Trading bot on: January 06, 2018, 10:48:50 AM

What is in it for the testers ? Some kind of monitory reward ? Also does the bot only work with the website mentioned in the post ? I have never heard about the exchange and pretty sure no one uses it on a larger scale. Why target such an exchange ? I will be enthusiastically testing it had it been for Polo or BittRex.
