That's much hypothetical,which authorities are against bitcoin mining ? Until we have a communist government,they can't just ask people to stop mining as it doesn't break any law resulting in damage to the society.Electricity consumption could be a valid point but don't the miners pay for it ? There is no point in drawing the consequences when the probability of that event happening is zero. the sound not good , if Bitcoin becomes illegal , there's will so much people become poor again , lol
Bitcoin isn't legal that doesn't mean it's illegal either.Government just doesn't have strict laws governing the bitcoin as for now. |

Today morning i got an email from blockchain anouncing that they are now accepting ethereum.
Blockchain members now have option in their wallet to receive,send,transfer eth. What are your opinions? Have you interacted with newly added currency?

Extremely expensive piece of software for something as simple as ICO.
To be honest,I wouldn't take any ICO's seriously which are using third party websites to manage their ICO .What is the dev team for then ? If a team can't make their own ICO software,do you think they'll be able to develop a product ? No.
Only scammy ICO's with no serious intentions of running a project would buy it.

It is just going to be another litecoin(spiritually), low cost mediocre coin which is used for small transactions.
Eth is barely used for small transactions. Eth is still widely used to create crypto products and smart contracts. In theory ETC should never rise and slowly disappear. This coin is not supported or accepted by the real Ethereum community. But you never know, perhaps it will find some amazing developers to raise this coin up.
It won't disappear because it still stands as a strong platform to run your parallel chains.Even if they find better developers,the coin would still stand as a platform sdk than an investment opportunity. |

yes, it is better if the coin stays on a support line. just HODL for a moment because not every day coins are pumping. it takes time for some coin. some coin are pumping because of fake news but I belive in the ETC as this coin is not a PND coin.
Dude,think of it as if you were a investor.If I'm investing in a particular coin and it hasn't grown in last months,I would definitely regret because I could have invested in a shitcoin and made much more money. ETC has gone up almost ten times in terms of fiat in the last 8 months. What else do you want? Some people can be really impatient, a coin cannot go up every day, as long as the long term trajectory is positive then to me that is fine, if to you the growth is too slow maybe you should invest in other coins.

Yes ETH has been stuck at the same price for too long and I don't see it going anywhere in the near future as other altcoins are gaining an edge over it.I bought ETH for 0.13 and now I wouldn't sell until I make the margin.Same with others but too much dumping in the last month so the prices doesn't really change. Wow mate, how can you say that eth does not rise? It touched $175 in July 21nd, now it is at $300. The only thing that has not changed was the Ethereum/BTC price, only because bitcoin rised too. By the way, etc is not going to grow, it is an speculation coin, this is the result of the fork of ethereum, so the only thing that could makes it hype is the name And who exactly cares about the name ? People value coins in terms of trading volume and the amount in $$.I get it bitcoin prices have peeked but ETH shouldn't stay stable at one rate for long that makes us lose hope in the coin. Well the least convenient and most secure way to create your private key would be to flip a coin 256 times and record it as a 1 or 0 into a binary private key. I never knew such thing existed.However,I don't think it's suitable for a newbie to follow.The methods are quite complicated even though it's listed out in steps.Pretty sure an amateur wouldn't ever reach the last step. |

How do I develop a Blockchain based project? Does it make sense to use ethereum for this?
Yes and No.It all comes back to what you want to achieve.Eth is good for smart contracts or starting your own token but that's not what blockchain is limited to right ? Bitcoin has a distributed structure. Do private companies have to use a distributed structure like this when developing their own projects? For example, can anyone access the Blockchain records in the banking or finance sector?
They can run their own private chain but hey that's against what blockchain was developed for.I don't support the idea of private chains. |

Couple of ways, 1 -> Fork the existing project which matches your project idea and then you can modify it according to your algorithm. (Taas like you said) 2 -> Decide if you are comfortable coding in Solidity or JavaScript.Depending on your choices you can proceed with either Etherum or Lisk/Waves. I suggest you to go with Solidity as they have nice documentation and tons of tutorials online. |
