2261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please! Let's get rid of those ICO scam!!! Use CIVIC!! on: September 02, 2017, 11:23:32 AM
I can't see it anymore. Last week another scam has happend with an ICO  Cry . Now let us help each other and do something about those ICO scam!!! What can ICO projects do to protect the people that invest? Now I know about CIVIC, ID verification. This will help us to make it more difficult for the scammers. A great project with a support of nearly 5000 people only in telegram app. I think we can call it a hype.
Care to elaborate more about the project ? ID verification is centralising the system which is against the motto of any crypto-currency project.ICO could be still listed as a scam depending on number of other facts such as a team, escrow and the efforts they put in to make it a success.

Now I think there is more. Maybe we can start the war against the scammers en combine our hands. Besides CIVIC, what else can we/ (ICO projects) use? And is it possible that CIVIC and other companies will work together?
I'm against "companies" working together to achieve something.I hate corporations generally..I don't support the idea, let the community decide what a bad ICO looks like.People are too stupid to fall for anything, not the ICO's fault.
2262  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortune Jack forced me to gamble even after I told them I had a gambling problem on: September 02, 2017, 11:09:03 AM
Day 2: FortuneJack still hasn't replied/gave two shits about the accusation.I don't understand what makes people think they're still reliable. If customer service is their least priority, they should state that upfront.

That's seems incredibly bullshit. When a user deposits money into any casino, real life or online he should be expected to be able to withdraw all of that money, unless he activated some kind of bonus which requires him to gamble all of his money.
As far as I know, there was no such bonus given to the OP and he deserves to get his coins back without a doubt.

Fortunejack is a pretty reputable site and member here. The fact that the user has a gambling problem is not the fault of the company. The user needs to work on fixing himself by not gambling.
And company needs to fix on their terms and conditions maybe ? A reputable site doesn't have a scam accusation opened against them every week or so.The user can do whatever he wants provided he is not allowed access his own funds.

Furthermore, Fortunejack explained that the user had a reason to be pent up with anger -- he didn't get his bonus. I think that's the real reason he made this post, not because of the 5x thing. Plus he should have read the conditions before putting money in.
So you're telling me one has to lose money to win money at fortunejack ? Utter bullshit! FortuneJack can come up with any rules to steal bitcoins from innocent users, doesn't mean they should.Only outcome we see from the case is,avoid the accused casino at any costs.
2263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have an interesting question. on: September 02, 2017, 10:59:45 AM
Okay, so you see, I am all about breaking free from all the chains of all the governments and their banks that are watching our every move and every asset we own so they can tax the hell out of everything they can. But you see, if I put everything i have onto an offline wallet or in drive wallet and put it in a vault, or anywhere you guys can think of, what then would i do if something happens to that place where i stored my drive containing almost everything i have? What if a fire happens? A war? A natural disaster? That would mean i would lose everything i have! And the worse thing is, i can also not go putting money on online wallets because i just don't trust them.

I would like to see some thoughts. Thanks.
If you are speaking in Hypothetical terms, even bitcoin isn't safe then.Like what happens if there is a massive earthquake which kills all the mining operations and there is no electricity around the globe  for a few weeks, what happens to bitcoins then ? Purely illogical, purely hypothetical.
If something happens to your place you lose access to your bitcoins and there is no ifs and but's or an "interesting question".I'd think twice, consider all the conditions if I'm that insecure about where I store my coins.

then think ahead and keep a backup! it really isn't as complicated as you may think.
Op would probably ask you what happens if the back-up wallet also sets itself on fire. Shocked
2264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [HALAL] HALAL Coin for 1.5 Billion Muslims.... [ICO just started ] on: September 02, 2017, 10:51:01 AM
The problem in my opinion is when you have people preaching these religions as truth and living in mansions. If someone is doing a crypto project connected to religion. It's understandable that people hate religion because of hypocrisy, but we should differentiate religious teachings and those who identify with it. Also we should not discredit individuals just because of affiliation with a group- rather we should criticize their wrong actions. Imho
Religion and Islam are two separate things. Not every religion is as biased as Islam is.I haven't seen anyone bringing religion in the crypto-space except Islam and the following coin.A coin could still serve a purpose without bringing a religion or only targeting a group of people.

This is really lame. You're using a religion to make money, like so many people in the real world do.
Not really when the people of the same religion are okay with it.I mean what issues should we have if their religion doesn't ? Typical radical Islam is all I can see.

This is thread is more of a religious coin, there are billions of muslims in the world, dev should focus on the usage of the coin than use it to fight isis I am not a pro isis but this is crypto currency not a religion or political project, of course this is just my two cents opinion.
I think dev has it all wrong. How can a coin possibly defeat the ISS ? There is no logic in it.You can of course convince me with the theories that it will but in real life it won't destroy a single ISS militant.
2265  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: September 01, 2017, 07:04:58 PM
Yes i agree with this idea for bitcoin bank. I think it is good for all botcoin users. Because bank is safe for all. So it is badly needed for all bitcoin users. Bit coin bank will give good service for all bitcoin users. So i agree with this idea. Thank you.
And the award for the best shitposter goes to...(I hope you are honoured)
Just so you know, the term bank itself is cancer when you speak about it so openly when you're a bitcoin lover.Bitcoin is against anything that controls your money for you.
But anyway, you're a shitposter, there is no point further clarifying the details.
2266  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortune Jack forced me to gamble even after I told them I had a gambling problem on: September 01, 2017, 06:58:16 PM
Well, I have a gambling problem too so I see where the poor guy is coming from.  But the rules are the rules about the rollover.  Otherwise, anyone could say they have a gambling problem and avoid the rules.  Natalie why don't you post your proof that the guy was lying?
The point is,what kind of rule is that ? Sounds like something a communist government would ask you to do.
It's his money,he sends to an address and now he doesn't want to use the service.Should a company give his money back or look for ways to steal his money ? And FYI,reputed casinos don't steal from gambling addicts, they help gambling addicts.
2267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 01, 2017, 06:56:00 PM
Yep, limiting in gambling keeps us mindful of our goal in gambling, that's to gain winning and not about how much we achieve that win but about pluses we get. However, i'm sure only a few gamblers can do that. In fact, i'm often lost in gambling. when won, i was always interested to continue game that ended up just wasting time.
So why do you still gamble if you know what your cycle will look like ? lol

I earn a alot of bitcoins every month but I didn't use it or spend it all in one shot. I always set limits so that my money didn't end up nothing. I always play gambling but not in a whole day. I set goals in order to become intelligent in playing. When I reach that goal I will stop and take a rest.
That is nice but are you really making any money through that ? I don't think so.Setting limits, setting goals all sounds good if you're making descent money off gambling.Other than that, you're just wasting time. You should be a high roller to make any strategy give lucrative returns.
2268  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: did I lose my BCC when I transfered my blockchain.info balance on: September 01, 2017, 06:48:39 PM
Oops..I used electron cash to sweep the uncompressed blockchain.info private key.  And I used https://www.bitaddress.org/ to uncompress that key.  Hope this helps.
Wow,sounds like you have complicated the process further ! Let me guide you to a cleaner way,

1.Do you have the uncompressed private key (scannable) from the blockchain.info address ?
2.You can download the coinomi wallet and scan the private key from blockchain.info there. They have a BCC wallet so you shall get your coins.

Seems less complex and trustworthy as I have did the same without any problems.
2269  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CREATE OWN TRUSTLY BTC SPORT BETS / ODDS SITE - WHO IN? on: September 01, 2017, 06:44:22 PM

Hi. I think about this idea many time ago. I dont know no one popular and 100% trustly bitcoin sport bets site. Great idea to create own trustly and popular site. Who have ideas how to start it ? Who wants to help and step from first to last step. Or maybe somebody want start and create future site together ?

This is the right time to do it if you have the right funds and great talent. There are bitcoin sports betting sites which are somewhere between 70-80% reliable but definitely not 100% after the end of directbet.I have suggested the same to a lot of casino owners but for some reason they stay away from the sports betting business.
Anyway,if someone agrees to start the business with you, what you have to offer ? I mean what skills do you bring to the table ? Idea doesn't count.
2270  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What if you could predict coins movement? I found a way! Need python programmer on: September 01, 2017, 06:40:08 PM
Hi there!
I'm working on a project and looking for a python programmer. I did few months of research and found a way to predict the cryptocurrency movements.
My goal is to build at the beginning a trading tool that will help traders to understand when it's a good time to buy/sell coins.

I've already start to work on this project and got more than 200 traders in a pre-sign list that waiting to test the product.

PM with your whatsupp/telegram if you're interested  and let's chat:)

So you just have an idea but no feasibility of the product ? That is ,complexity of implementing it ?
It would cost you a lot of time to convince the python programmer to implement it the way you want to.I wonder how have you come to the conclusion that your idea/product will act efficiently in the real market.Crypto-currency movements are completely unpredictable when you have pump and dump groups especially to bring down the value of a coin.
2271  Other / Archival / Re: Skilled Dev for hire on: September 01, 2017, 06:31:30 PM
Lmao I didn't even bother to read that list to tell you,you suck as a developer.Man,it takes forever to become a C++ Ninja and you surprised me with your big list of NO NO's.
I'd like to see your github and stackoverflow to know how much you have actually contributed to the programming world.

If you can, please stop with that 'skilled dev for hire' bullcrap.
2272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Board games on: September 01, 2017, 06:24:43 PM
Any websites out there that let you bet on board games playing against actual people?  I know there used to be one but it was shutdown quite awhile ago.  Let me know if anyone has something out that is similar!
You mean sports betting on indoor games or like you said board games, yes there are a couple of websites that take such bets. However,I checked with both of them, neither of them provide bets on same games. You gotta specify which game exactly you're looking for and I should link you to a appropriate website.
2273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortune Jack forced me to gamble even after I told them I had a gambling problem on: September 01, 2017, 06:14:40 PM
Ridiculous ! How can they be so mean ?
It's your money, you have an addiction and they are asking you to not move over your addiction because they want whatever is deposited on the website ? Either way, fortunejack isn't a small time scam. They have involved with shady behaviour in the past and they continue to do so.

FYKI fortunejack is not a scam gambling platform, The condition of withdrawal must be met, its your problem if you have a gambling problem, no one is your well wisher here, FJ here is to make money and they have set rules for it, You must had looked at the wagering condition before deposit there.
Are you retarded ? How can their terms and conditions be more important than someone's life ? OP should really sure the casino!

Are you trying to say that you registered at fortune jack casino just to tell them that you have addiction problem?
Maybe his instincts kicked in when he tried to gamble ? Whatever the problem,it's his money and they should refund him!!
2274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler destroyed on: August 31, 2017, 04:49:51 PM
@Patatas : THIS IS THE POINT ! "The random number generation algorithms are very hard to crack". Yes, is very hard, but it is possible. In my opinion my strategy is working. Yes, it's a type of martingale, but with special algorithm.
If you say so,if that's the case I'd like to see your method in action ? For example, you can take any gambling website and maybe show a winning steak of 10 times in a row with high odds ? If your method works for website 1,you can try the same for website 2 and convince all of us whatever you are saying is indeed true.
2275  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbetbet.io And Bitcasino are stealing balances and exit scamming on: August 31, 2017, 04:22:52 PM
Either create proper scam accusations against them with enough proof or just show how you can prove that they are moving bitcoin from their hot/cold wallet to make an exit rather than just to process withdrawal requests made on site.
How much proof are we talking about here ? Doesn't their negative feedback on bitcointalk convince you ? It's not an obligation anyway, you can continue losing money to shit sites without having to promote it.

Sportsbet.io have strict and confusing KYC policy and it is known from long time ago so I personally don't prefer them too but this doesn't mean that I am calling them another scam.
KYC policiy should apply when deposits are made and not when winner requests his withdrawals. What surprises me is,there is absolutely no policy before a player makes an account and deposits the money, everything comes into picture once they make a huge profit and they aren't a shill account.Fuck outta here mate.
2276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler destroyed on: August 31, 2017, 04:17:57 PM
I mean, I think I found the perfect formula to win constantly. I made a simulation in dicebot and always go out in profit. In the pictures you can see 2 simulations of 35,000 hands and both went on profit.
That is just not possible.Let me tell you why,
1.Gambling sites don't use newbie programmers or algorithms which are easily predictable. They consider all test cases before deploying stuff to production. The random number generation algorithms are very hard to crack, sometimes not using a single computer.
2.There is a word for your technique which exists since forever it's called martingle. You can put it they way you want to,there is no way you can only profit from a gambling site.
2277  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchair wallet transaction doesn't appear on: August 31, 2017, 01:30:47 PM
Hello

i sent 0.003 bcc to my blockchair.org wallet but it doesn't appear on my account.
anyone know how to solve this? did i lose my payment ?

Thank you

I don't know there is a thing called blockchair lol
Anyway, instead of using an image of the wallet,do you mind providing the transaction id where you sent 0.003 bcc to another address ? Sometimes it is not reflected on a particular pool but does appear on another.Have you cross checked with another bcc explorer ?
2278  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Web wallet difference (full control vs shared, Vulnerable ..) on: August 31, 2017, 01:27:44 PM
Thanks. I'm current reading about Jaxx, and some people are concerned that it's not open-source. What do you think?
It is a big concern if the wallet is not open-source as you never know what happens behind the graphical interface.Of course people wouldn't trust closed source wallets as much as they are happy with the one's they can verify the source code for.Again,it is totally subjective.

Electrum vs Armory?

Any thoughts on Strongcoin.com? Is it HD Wallet?
Electrum anyday! Open source and with multiple layers of security they bring the best out of a desktop wallet with easy of use.I don't have any idea about Stongcoin.
2279  Economy / Services / Re: Looking banner to be made in HTML/CSS. Few hours work. Pay - 0.0025 BTC (~$115) on: August 31, 2017, 01:23:04 PM
Hi,

My project is looking for someone to give a couple hours time to create a banner for us for Bitcointalk. It must be designed in CSS/HTML and max size 51200 bytes. It must not have any images. It must appear 3 lines tall (firexof 900 px wide).

If you look around the ads on bitcointalk you'll see the correct style. If we choose you, we'll explain more of what we'd like and send a mock up of what is should look like. If you don't have experience - don't apply! We're looking to choose someone today and have this finished today and paid.

Thanks!
Could you tell us an exact deadline when you want the banner to be finished ? I have done similar ad designing before but I don't have too much time on my hands so I 'll only be able to finish the project if you can spare a couple of days.Anyway send me a PM with further details let me see what I can do.Also you don't have to waste a lot of time specifying the details since I know the conditions for the forum add.
2280  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ENKO - again a sketchy Sex ICO on: August 31, 2017, 01:14:39 PM

Also the new pictures are from Webshops/Fashion Sites ect.

HOLY  FUCK I'M DEAD LMFAO
Just..just look at the photo of their Indonesian representative,he's a Afro-American Model lol Nice catch! These dumbasses are really a special kind of dumbasses to pull up a cheap scam as this one. This is how slowly my faith is departing itself from the ICO's and I don't regret it.
