301  Economy / Services / Re: ✅💰Why I'm tired of pump-channels💰 on: November 16, 2017, 07:35:18 AM
OK. What did you make so that 80% gain profits??

It's a pumping-and-dumping channel, the way I understand it. Basically, OP manages a chat in which he decides on a coin for everyone to buy in order to artificially make the prices of said coin go up and then once it reaches a certain point, the coin is dumped for maximum profit. If you are just a regular participant, chances are you will not profit from anything like this ever. The ones benefitting are usually only those at the top such as the owner and the admins. What they do is buy the coin before announcing a pump and then sell before announcing the dump. That way they will always be one step ahead of everyone else while the regular participants stampede over each other. A large number of participants is also required in order for the pump-and-dump to actually work. You should stay away from channels such as this one, as it is very unlikely that you will profit from this practice unless you are ahead of the curve.
302  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Cheap Hosting for your faucet! HostaFaucet.com. Bitcoin, Altcoin, Paypal Payment on: November 16, 2017, 07:30:58 AM
How is this any different than just a regular web hosting service? As I understand it, you are dedicating your service specifically to faucets, but... Why? It does not seem like there are any special benefits that could be provided to faucets by choosing your service over some other web host. Furthermore, do faucets even generate any significant ad revenue anymore? You would need a very large number of users using the faucet in order to even break even against the web hosting price. At most, I could see someone putting up a faucet on an already existing server with a different main purpose just for the pocket change generated from its existence. Dedicating an entire service to a faucet sounds like a way to never achieve ROI.
303  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS]Torrent Invites/Accounts [BitMe, Biztorrents, Empornium, Apollo, M-Team...] on: November 16, 2017, 06:59:41 AM
Do you have any private trackers with a good diversity of audiobooks specifically? I am not looking for actual digital books, but for the audio versions of them ala Audible. I assume that the trackers under the e-learning category may contain these, but at the same time they might be focused on something different such as online courses Udemy-style or digital versions of textbooks which I am not looking for either. Because I have no experience in any of those trackers, I would appreciate a recommendation as to what might be the best. Feel free to PM me.

I think that abtorrents.me would suit you the most since it's created mostly or the audiobooks. All other e-learning trackers have audiobook section, however, they don't have a huge database of files like abtorrents.

Is there anything I should be worried about when buying invites for this torrent? I assume it is technically against their rules, but I am not sure.

Is there any way I could know the rules of the torrent such as what ratio I need to keep up and their policies on hit-and-runs? Furthermore, how can I make sure that there is no possible relation from my account to being obtained from a sold invite? Thanks.
304  Economy / Exchanges / Re: List of bitcoin debit cards on: November 15, 2017, 06:52:37 AM
Are there cards that now support Bitcoin Cash?

The only card that somewhat sounds like a possibility of supporting Bitcoin Cash that I have heard of is Shift. Because the Shift Card is built completely on top of Coinbase's platform, all of the crypto-side functionality is on Coinbase's side rather than Shift's. Coinbase has also said that they were going to give people their Bitcoin Cash at some point. While it is not likely, it is possible that they extend this to full support of Bitcoin Cash, which would mean that the Shift Card would, in turn, support it, as it would take minimal effort to implement other than a couple more API calls done from Shift to Coinbase. This is all speculation, however, and I have not seen anything more promising for Bitcoin Cash as far as cards are concerned.
305  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Google Drive Unlimited 2$/Account .edu (support github student pack) on: November 15, 2017, 06:26:55 AM
ready google drive can claim github student developer pack for 2.5$/account Cheesy

What kind of verification is required for the GitHub student pack for your domains? I ask because in my experience, there are two different kinds of verification they can ask of you depending on the kind of partnership that GitHub could have with the school that the email is from. When it's a school with an established partnership, the verification for the pack usually only requires for simple email verification. However, in other cases where the school might not have figured anything out directly with GitHub, they might require that you upload your student ID card to verify that you are the person you claim you are. The latter would obviously be impossible here since the owners of the accounts would not have an ID card from that same school. In the former case, everything should work fine and smoothly.

I take it that each of the subscriptions that you are selling for HideMyAss are, as shown in the picture, valid for around 2 years from now, correct? If so, I am quite interested in this offer. Would you be willing to go first or accept escrow for this? There is no chance I will be buying straight from your Selly page without you having any previous reputation here or confirming that you are the same person behind another account at some other reputable forum at which you have a built-up reputation.

Feel free to PM me about this any time.
307  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] SELL EDU EMAIL Starts from $4 | GITHUB+NAMESCHEAP APPROVED! on: November 15, 2017, 05:02:37 AM
How long have you been selling accounts of the specific domain that you are selling from? If I buy I would like to make sure that it lasts a decent bit rather than getting deleted immediately. Furthermore, do you sell accounts from multiple different domains? I use the Google Drive to back up files with redundancy and would like as much redundancy as possible. Lastly, I do not know much about the Office 365 subscription included with these accounts. What is the time limit and does it include the 1 TB of OneDrive storage that usually would come with it? Thanks!

I have been selling it since mid-June. I have four different domains ( 2 Gmail, 2 Outlook ). Only one domain expire within 1/2 months. The others are working fine until now. Recently I have added one more domain (Gmail) which works for GitHub but I am not sure how long it will last. All of my emails include office 365 subscription although you may need to register if it's Gmail. Two of them which are outlook, one has 20 Gb of free storage, and the other one has 1 Tb.

ps. I have 4 more domains but never test its features.

What do you mean when you say that your domains are either Gmail or Outlook? As far as I know, many EDU domains have access to both Microsoft's and Google's education benefits which might include the unlimited Google Drive and the 1 TB of OneDrive (and possibly Office 365).

Do you also know if any of them have access to DreamSpark? If any of them do, I would certainly be interested. My current university account has full access to it.
308  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Changelly isn't working on: November 14, 2017, 07:30:01 PM
True btcton,
Changelly have finally been in touch and offered to either refund the transaction or exchange it at the current rate which is actually higher now.  Absolutely can't complain about that, hopefully they'll be upgrading systems to handle this kind of demand when it happens next.  Hadn't considered them to be trying a scam as used before without any issues whatsoever - just get's a bit stressfull when you're funds are suddenly locked up and there's nothing you can do about it.

I completely agree. I was not too affected by the downtime of both exchanges because I did not have that much Bitcoin Cash left to begin with, but because the first transaction I tried through ShapeShift took so long and eventually got stuck in limbo, I decided to give Changelly a try instead for the rest. When I noticed that they weren't responsive either I assumed it must have been an issue with the network; or in this case, the mempool being completely saturated. At the end of the day, my few trades on ShapeShift went through, so there is nothing I can really complain about.
309  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: MSDN INVITES on: November 14, 2017, 07:24:42 PM
@btcton Thank You! for ur quick reply i really appreciate your concern.

I have already spoken with Skrill & Paypal customer support to reverse my money and they said they do their best to get my money back from this scammer, and ban him from their system.

But i don't understand why BitcoinTalk Admin is not banning such people, these scammers must not dare to this bullshit on BitcoinTalk again.

THANK YOU!

Scammers and other crime offenders are usually not banned from the forums because not all the evidence pointing out that someone is a scammer is available to the public. In this sense, to people external to the ongoing situation, this is very ambiguous as they have no way of knowing who truly is lying. Because of this, it is left to the community itself to decide who they believe is a scammer and who they believe is the innocent party. Usually this is not hard to tell once a few people have spoken up calling a service a scam.
310  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Changelly isn't working on: November 13, 2017, 04:28:07 AM
I don't think this is directly a result of them trying to scam anyone. I believe what actually happened was that the extremely high trading volumes yesterday were too much for them to handle. I tried to use ShapeShift yesterday to convert my Bitcoin Cash into Bitcoin and it took a while. At some point they disabled Bitcoin transactions completely, which I assumed was also because of the trading volumes. When I resorted to Changelly, I created an account and tried to initiate a conversion from BCC to BTC, but the website itself was extremely slow, and when I finally did get to the point where I chose what kind of conversion I wanted to make, the button labelled "Next" did not actually do anything. On my side, I was not even able to deposit anything into Changelly, which leads me to believe that the real problem at hand in this case was the sheer amount of demand at the time, which is understandable given the pump and dump happening with Bitcoin Cash.

312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Almost a $15 fee for a $29 transaction! on: November 13, 2017, 04:15:26 AM
Because of the entire trading mania going on between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin, there has been an extraordinary amount of transaction coming and going to and from exchanges. Because of this, the mempool is oversaturated even more than usual and there are more transactions competing to be included in each block. Bitcoin Cash forums such as the reddit /r/btc subreddit are having a blast with all of this as an example of how Bitcoin Cash is "superior," but they are basically ignoring their own problems (such as scaling) which make Bitcoin the more popular branch of the fork.
313  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-10]Bitcoin Classic Shuts Down As Staff Claim Bitcoin Cash Will Rule on: November 12, 2017, 08:52:11 AM

Well I've been wondering why altcoin cash is having a huge pump? $300 to $1100, it was a huge rise... Now I understand, some people are convinced that in a few months altcoin cash has become BTC, I think this is absurd and a very dangerous bet

On the other hand, it is a good time for those that have some Bitcoin Cash they still need to get rid of. I know of some services I use that only recently gave Bitcoin Cash access to customers which had been locked out as they did not actually have access to the private keys. For example, Blockchain.info created an interface to withdraw Bitcoin Cash. Because of this, I still had some inside. It is true that I could have accessed it before, but the amount was small enough for me to not care about waiting for a pump such as this one. Dumping it now will ensure that you get the most out of Bitcoin Cash in Bitcoin.
314  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [MSDN INVITES] Free Microsoft licence keys + $150 Azure credits/month (VPS) on: November 12, 2017, 08:46:16 AM
As the poster before me kind of hinted, getting invites is now a bad idea. Ever since the changes to MSDN and how accounts and invites work, buying invites even with escrow is a very bad idea because the owner of the admin account has full access to not only revoking, but also reallocating invites from one person to another. The way it used to be was safer because the sellers would have no net gain from revoking invites as they would simply just lose them, but now they can instead just scam as many people as they would like. I am not claiming that OP is a scammer, but just mentioning the possibility that he could be and making others aware that this is not at all like it used to be before the changes.

Yea I get all this and know it just trying to feel the seller out, but one thing invites can no longer be resided they are lost for both.

Are you sure about this? I talked to one of the sellers somewhat recently (about a couple of months back) and they were completely able to move around the invites with no problem whatsoever. They could simply go around reassigning them to people with completely different emails and names. A couple of years back I know this was not the case, as I was the legitimate owner of an MSDN admin account and I was not able to reassign invites. As you said, they just said that they would be lost if the access were to be revoked.
315  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin drops to lowest level this month as price falls below $6,300 on: November 12, 2017, 08:32:17 AM
The notoriously volatile cryptocurrency bitcoin has fallen to its lowest price this month after rallying in the first week of November and then crashing by more than $1,000 on Thursday and Friday.

The price of a single bitcoin is down 4.53 per cent at $6,272.24, according to Coindesk's aggregate index, a level it hasn't reached since the end of October.

Bitcoin surged to an all-time high of almost $7,900 on Wednesday, before dropping by more than $1,000 in 48 hours.

The surge was prompted by the suspension of a software upgrade that could have split bitcoin into what's called a "fork".

The most recent slump came as some traders dumped it for a clone called bitcoin cash, which has seen its value soar in the last few days: it's price is now up by 54 per cent to $1,247.

OHHH. What is the happening to the bitcoin price ? 6,300$ is not the bitcoins lowest level for this month. It drops more than 1,000$.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2391371.0
Me too, I also wonder why there is a big dump? Then someone also said in the thread BCH is now pumping. From 1,247$ you have said today it is already 2,800$. So quick. What a lucky day for those who invested it. I hope bitcoin remains on top. Bitcoin drop is normal and will recover from this. But with the bitcoin drop, it already affects lots of people.

Actually, it seems to be bouncing back after having reached a much lower low of somewhere around ~$5800. It also seems on the other hand the Bitcoin Cash is now going back down after the huge pump that it had today. It originally was much higher than it currently is. This position movement really makes you question the moves behind the rise of Bitcoin Cash over the past few hours, as it seems that a big part of the market for Bitcoin Cash originated from Korea and might have been orchestrated. It must be quite significant given that Bitcoin took a huge hit in price against fiat, albeit to be fair, correlation does not necessarily equal causation, so maybe it is all just a coincidence, but I highly doubt it. For those of us who are not day traders, it is best to just hold.
316  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase in a nutshell on: November 11, 2017, 07:00:26 AM
whatever they do they are based in US, you will have to deal with everything that comes with that. the least they are going to do is reporting every single thing you do to the IRS and a couple of other 3 letter agencies. that is why they are offering a bitcoin wallet on top of an exchange service anyways. that is actually how they caught the kickass torrent owner too! they had all the reports of all the bitcoins he ever received and spent through KAT website thanks to coinbase Wink

I am not trying to justify a breach of privacy or anything of the sort, but we are talking about extreme edge cases that are overly illegal. If you are just casually using Coinbase to trade and are not involved in any of the fishy illegal online businesses such as pirating everything known to the world or running a massive drug marketplace (Silk Road) then you should not be too worried.  It is true they could very well lock you out until you prove to a government agency how the Bitcoin were obtained, but for the average person, this should be no problem and could be worth as an alternative to the bunch of inconveniences that other USD-BTC exchanges require of their customers as well as subliminally large fees. Of course, you should look elsewhere for a long term wallet if you have significant Bitcoin holdings.
317  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-10]Bitcoin Classic Shuts Down As Staff Claim Bitcoin Cash Will Rule on: November 11, 2017, 06:06:54 AM
I just looked this up through separate means as I had never heard of the term Bitcoin Classic before. I read that it was a planned fork (or one that already happened?) and that it had the same purpose as Bitcoin Cash. Is this even considered news given the fact that they made up less than 1% of running nodes? Their influence went down over time since 2016, so can they even be considered relevant anymore? That being said, Bitcoin Cash has increased in value quite a bit in the past couple of days, but most of the trading volume I read came from Korea. I say nothing is certain for Bitcoin Cash until things stabilize at one point, just like Bitcoin's current price. Whether it is better support or just a correction for these events remains to be seen.

Have your prices been updated in accordance to the levelling changes that happened with the coming of the Pre-Season 8? It is now much faster to level from 1 to 30 in the new system. Additionally, with the level cap of 30 removed you can now level infinitely. What will the system be for levelling past 30, as provided by you? How will lowered XP gains plus the added higher first win of the day bonus affect current prices?

Hello there. I can't seem to find the specific details of this server. Is it a dedicated server/VPS or is it just an RDP account that does not have administrator privileges in its machine? I am currently interested and looking for a Windows host to run a couple of services from, but it requires the installation of software which is not possible unless I have full domain rights over the machine. I also do not necessarily need a dedicated VPS but would need to be able to bind certain ports, which might be a problem if the VPS is shared. Looking forward to a reply.
