3043  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: denationalisation of money on: May 01, 2015, 10:50:41 PM
I say yes. I think that's what Bitcoin is all about and it's the reason we're all here...
3044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Bitcoin wallet that gives interest upon deposit? on: May 01, 2015, 10:47:46 PM
These Chinese guys give interest, as far as I know: https://www.jua.com/
Don't know any others...

Obviously such wallets are not recommended Smiley

There's an English version, just select your language on top right Smiley
3045  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: [ANN] breadwallet, first bitcoin network client for iOS, first BIP32 SPV client on: May 01, 2015, 10:42:23 PM
I'm trying to restore my breadwallet wallet on MultiBit HD, since it's now compatible... But I'm having some issues. MultiBit asks for a "timestamp". What timestamp should it be?
3046  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS; Iphone 5; 32 GB (0.5?) on: May 01, 2015, 05:01:45 PM
If your iPhone 5 was built between Sept 2012-Jan 2013, then go to the Apple store and they will for free replace the battery. Its under a replacement program, they were all faulty.

i didn't know that, there's no Apple stores in sweden tho :/

You can go to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, they can switch the battery. New battery would definitely increase resale value Wink
3047  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anybody notice the 100btc transaction fee on 27th April? on: May 01, 2015, 04:58:12 PM

Not sure what they want either, but it's always good one big companies start accepting Bitcoin, I guess..
3050  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS; Iphone 5; 32 GB (0.5?) on: April 30, 2015, 10:30:16 PM
Yeah, thanks for the big pictures, it just confirmed what I thought. The back picture on the first post didn't show any dual flash. And the phone is in a pretty rough shape Smiley I'll pass on it, thank you anyways.

its not in a Rough shape, picture is bad, there's not a single scratch on the Display Smiley

Obviously not referring to the display... Smiley Anyways, I hope you have good luck and manage to sell it Smiley
3051  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-04-30] Coindesk - Remove Satoshi As Founding Members says BTC Foundation on: April 30, 2015, 10:26:25 PM
Yeah, go ahead and remove him, and all others who make Bitcoin go ahead and take the time to update it... We definitely don't want good names associated with such an awful group.

hey, yes i could. i'm the first owner, but i've never had any problems with ''could'' I've nevr used that function, i've sold other Iphones here swell which have never had any problems what so ever with icould

Since you were the only owner, how did the battery die? Can you ship with the battery replacement you used?

And I'll be waiting for pictures, thank you Smiley I might be interested if the phone doesn't have big scratches or something like that.
3054  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS; Iphone 5s; 32 GB (0.5?) on: April 29, 2015, 08:31:04 PM
Could you upload bigger pictures please?

I might be interested but I'm not getting what's up with this phone, did you buy it with a dead battery? You say it's your phone and the battery is dead, but you also claim it's not iCloud locked and that you never used it...

3057  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you were to recreate Bitcoin to be better and more secure. How would you? on: April 29, 2015, 06:58:09 PM
I think Bitcoin is really well thought out, and changing things as the halving rate wouldn't make it better or more secure in any way... I'd just leave it as it is Smiley
3058  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Beta][Seedbox] Free "cloud" seedbox on: April 29, 2015, 06:19:16 PM
While we are not 100% free a similar service is offered at https://untorrent.me

Your first 500MB are free and from then on it's 0.0005 BTC/GB

Nice service Smiley You could add seeding to a bigger ratio for a fixed BTC/month...
3059  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Introduction to DualMiner USB (could mine both BTC and LTC) on: April 29, 2015, 06:15:37 PM
I keep getting the error :

 cgminer.exe: -S: unrecognized option

Any help?

What command line options are you using? Maybe you're just imputing them wrong, have you checked the help file?
3060  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mtgox claims and Yubikey - help! on: April 28, 2015, 04:16:42 PM
A friend of mine is trying to login to gox with a yubikey, so far without success.

She enters her username and password, then touches the Yubikey which changes the entered password and nothing much else seems to happen.

I'm assuming the process should be enter name and password, hit login and then get a prompt for the Yubikey but that doesn't happen.

Can someone please give me step by step instructions for this?
My 2FA was de-activated, so just the password works now.

That's actually really lucky for me, as I lost my phone about 6 months ago with Google Authenticator on it, I have managed to get resets on most of my accounts, but I guess it would have meant losing my Gox money if they had kept the 2FA in place!

Be nice to be able to send in your yubikey to kraken as proof if you've forgot password like some people have, any word of if thats possible?

Even if it was possible I don't see anyone sending anyone such a sensible device Cheesy
