Since Blockchain.info is about the least reliable explorer can we change it to something else?
Armory Online is in development but you should be able to use the block explorer. Didn't know this was in development! Great way to go Block explorers are more and more heavy and detailed, no problems in having a simpler and faster solution...

Does anybody use breadwallet and also mine at a pool like Eligius? When I mine there and have the payouts sent to my Bitcoin Core qt wallet, the earnings are noted as "Mined" and are not confirmed until a few more blocks have been mined. How does breadwallet handle those types of transactions?
Not sure the exact way on how that's processed, but you'd definitely get the funds after enough confirmations and you'd be able to spend them. You should probably post on the official thread to get visibility from the dev...

Cold storage for the biggest chunk and a mobile wallet for daily spending.

I've been using it quite frequently lately... Usually buy computer stuff with Bitcoin

I very recently started hosting a node with this promotion, pretty good host. I've also had an experience with HostSailor and they're pretty good too (they also allow intensive CPU usage). There are many other nice hosts accepting Bitcoin. You can see more on Low End Box

That's a pretty good offer already... Not sure if it will net you more if you sell it further down the road for blockchain related things. But if you can risk it, then do it. As for me I'd probably sell it now

Bitcoin is giving people what was already theirs. It's a way of reminding people that they're still in charge and they're the ones who control the money they have. without having to trust it to a third party to store them securely.

Amazing to finally see this going into production... The final product is looking great, this project took a really good shape... Keep it up

I have two around me, a food store and a phone store. Not much, but it's something Hope it will grow in near future.

Well, not much but it's offered so thanks Blockchain only allowed a withdrawal of about 7000 satoshi. The jackpot giveaway doesn't work... Considering that most faucets pay out >1000 satoshis and that this giveaway is 17653 satoshis, I guess you could say that this is a large amount of some users who work faucets. I guess yes... Never really had patience for faucets

Maybe you wanted to post on the Gambling subforum?

Still very vague. I can't seem to udnerstand how will this facilitate Bitcoin payment integration in websites, as it apparently does. Why should a merchant opt for this instead of BitPay, Electrum payment functionality, just giving out an address, etc?

I'm not sure I'm getting what is the point of this device... A Raspberry Pi with a small miner? And I don't understand why does it help app development. Didn't know the new Raspberry accepted 128GB SD cards

I agree with @satoshi. The blockchain should remain as low in size as possible in my opinion. Currently it's ~50 GB and I had to turn off several full nodes I'm running, because some of my VPS are unable to handle the disc space. I guess there are much more people like me who runs full nodes on low-end servers.
Space and bandwidth eventually get cheaper and VPS prices go with that... You can have a VPS capable of running a node for as low as 6$/month last time I checked... Doesn't seem too bad Satoshi also said we'll eventually stop worrying about how big it gets... I think we're starting to reach that point (unless Bitcoin acceptance goes through the rough from day to night!) Bandwidth does get cheaper but not for everyone and all of the countries. I know some countries where bandwidth is the same or even decreased in the last 10 years. Disk space yes, gets cheaper for everyone. Where I live (France) bandwidth is following and even exceeding Moore's law but I repeat, this is not as common for everybody else. Essentially this bandwidth problem is a backbone of the current block size increase problem. Exactly, that's why I was referring to VPS's. Even if it's not feasible to create a home node, you can rent a VPS on a place where network costs are small and run a node for the same price or even cheaper than you would at home, with the same specs as the VPS. France (and many other places in Europe) are good places to run nodes. people from other countries can rent VPS's here and go from there.

Downloaded Bread Wallet, and I like it because if my phone gets lost and the App gets removed from the App store, at least I can use the web version of Hive to get into my Bitcoins. ...
Not anymore. Hive is dead. At least the Hive wallet can be recovered within Bread Wallet using the 12 word key. Thank goodness for BIP32/BIP39. After recovery as a Bread Wallet, all Bitcoins and transactions were available. Impressed that Bread Wallet was able to do this. I don't think I'll ever consider a bitcoin wallet that is not compatible with BIP32/BIP39. Mike Hive is no more, but MultiBit HD can recover breadwallet seeds. Not sure if the opposite occurs, but it's probable that it does (at least partically it does, according to this)

There are quite a few mobile wallets already... I guess this is just competition. People are going to different/better wallets.

Seems like a useful app, ruined for being paid... It could be free with ads. I'd love to test it, but no Bitcoin ATM's near me

No, impossible. Syncing doesn't really have to do with mining and the mining algorythm.
