Balance doesn't seem to work for zcash. I have tried configuring with various blockexplorers and the addresses work on the web but not in AM. Would be nice if this was fixed.
It works when using this Block Explorer URL, which is the default since a number of releases back: https://api.zcha.in/v2/mainnet/accounts/[address] However, if you have an older entry you may have to update it to use the above. |

I've seen a bug multiple times where the Console view will flash between the currently selected miner and the previously selected one.
Please send me log file and indicate the time of the issue and also which mining software that was supposed to be launched. |

Hi all,
Is there a way to include xmr-stak 2.x in profit mining ?
I'm using an old GTX 480 to mine CryptoNight altcoins (275H/s 80W) and xmr-stak is the only GPU miner accepting this GPU so far.
I managed to add it as an external miner but I only get stats ...
For example can I add multiple user managed softawares to call a dedicated coin .bat (this .bat replace config.txt and launch xmr-stak)

Right now XMR-Stak is only supported as an External Miner (although I think some users added it as Managed Software and included and use it as a Managed Miner anyway). http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/managedsoftware.aspxThe reason is that XMR-Stak requires some manual configuration and has a little more complex setup. This is my third time asking for assistance, any help is appreciated...
When I run a benchmark, none of my results are saved. It used to save the results about 3 or 4 versions ago normally, but now it doesn't. I have ensured that I have the proper profile selected and benchmarks checked, and I click "Save to Profile" and the "Configured Hardware" column updates with the values that were received during the benchmark....but when I close the benchmark and examine the profile in the options dialogue none of the benchmark results were actually saved.
I can run the benchmark, record the results manually, and edit the values in the profile under the options dialogue, so I'm not entirely sure why my results aren't saving. I can provide logs, but I don't really see any errors - but I also don't know what I'm looking for.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and this is occurring on two systems now and I'm entirely unsure why.
Also - I threw this in initially a while back, but I don't think anyone saw it (or maybe no one cared? does anyone else think this would be useful?), but I would really like a "sustained" benchmark option so that I can selectively run an algorithm until I decide to stop it. I want to be able to get up and check my watt meter during the benchmark, but I don't really have a way to look at both at the same time - especially if i'm doing a remote benchmark on a headless unit. It would also be nice if I could edit wattage values in the benchmark section.
I've identified a problem with Benchmark save. I will release version 4.3.1 soon with a correction for this. |

Why is it that your BTC/GH/Day numbers for MiningPoolHub are always wrong / late / wildly-inaccurate? I'm looking at the MPH homepage and the numbers shown there bear zero resemblance to what's in your program right now.
In comparison, your numbers for ZPool.CA are spot-on, always.
Some of the numbers on MPH website are normalized for AMD and nVidia, please don't look at those. Zpool gets DDOSed a lot. Or they could be having an issue with that particular pool. It happened to me on MPH from time to time. That's correct. I just verified and today it works fine with Zpool Tribus. |

Double click on mining software to configure please  Happy New Year AM Team, keep up the Awesome Job you are doing !! In the latest releases you can double click on a miner to open Properties. Or was it another feature you were looking for? |

Hello. I recently purchased Awesome Miner license and also the cloud services. I recieved the confirmation emails, succesfully registered the software and all went well. Then, I tried to create the cloud service account and it will not allow me to log in. The website always tells me I have the wrong password. I have tried password recovery but never get an email. I also emailed support, but have not heard back. Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just stuck to wait longer? Thanks.

Same profit switching issue as well. I noticed under the View Details tab the profitable coin that it's not mining has disappeared yet under the same Profit Profile/Online Services the algo/coin that is most profitable still appears.
Re-adding and restarting seems to fix it temporarily but after a few minutes it disappears and switches to a less profitable option.
Hopefully this helps in debugging the issue.

Many thanks! Upgraded my small test rig and noticed that it switched to Skein and dropped my profit from $6 per day with Equihash to $0.000016 with Skein. It appears that sgminer-5.6.1-nicehash-51-windows is being executed for Skein and for some reason that miner is trying to using the onboard Intel video instead of the 2 RX 5xx series AMD cards this small rig has. According to profit details though Skein is more profitable than Equihash right now so the problem doesn't appear to be with Profit Switching but maybe the miner app or how the miner is being executed through AM? - I have set up my own pool group which consists of 10 coins across 3 different algos, do i need to priority for each coin or just leave them default (all 0) & the software will jump between coins based on profitability? I have the switching interval set to 10minutes but i have never seen it switch in the last few hours, it seems to just mine XMR even though WHATTOMINE says ZCLASSIC is the most profitable at present? I think i am doing something wrong here? I have already benchmarked my gpu & entered the power/hashrate for each algo.
- Is there a way to display "balances" via the cloud service dashboard? I'm often not near my mining gear & it would be super awesome to see all the info from the one website?
- I'm using a RX580 card & setting the below commands via PROFIT PROFILES>AMD GPU>Claymore XXX, whilst it is allowing me to set clock speeds & underclock i cannot get the fans to respond to -fanmin 60?? It seems the only way i can do this is via Sapphire Trixx?
- Is there a way to see how much AUD$ worth of coin you have mined for the day in total?
- I notice in OPTIONS>PROFIT SWITCHING it asks for power cost in USD? I am in Australia, do i need to convert my power cost to USD first or just enter the cost in AUD?
- I have also tried creating my own pool group with 10 diiferent coins in it but it still doesn't seem to mine the most profitable coin when compared to miningpoolhub or whattomine.com??

The plan is to improve the web interface during next year and Balance is one of the features that will be made available via the web as well 3) Awesome Miner can pass this parameter to the Claymore mining software, but Awesome Miner cannot resolve the scenario if the Claymore software isn't reacting correctly on this parameter. 4) Not supported. Awesome Miner currently only show you the estimated profit per day and month. You can also set AUD as display currency in the Options dialog. However, the actual payout information (how much you earned) is not available in Awesome Miner. In the future Awesome Miner will try to get this information from the pools, which is the only source for this information. 5) Power cost is always specified in USD. On zpool online service, i have added Blakecoin algorithm. It seems there's a problem as it display a very high revenue, like there was a mistake regarding MH/GH.
Could you check this please ?
You need to edit this pool you added as a user define Online Service, and specify the Profit factor like 0.001. For the user defined entries Awesome Miner will not know which unit to use as the API's from zpool doesn't indicate this |

I've posted before, but can someone please help me figure out why my benchmarks will not save?
I can edit configurations just fine under options, however whenever I run the benchmark with the proper profile selected and algorithms checked... I click "Save to Profile", the configured hashrate column changes, but no changes are made when I go back into options and look at the profile.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software, ran as admin, etc. and I cannot figure out why my benchmarks will not save. Is there a log somewhere I can submit to have further troubleshooting assistance?
I've made some correctons to the profit profile in v4.3 that soon will be made available. Can you please try to upgrade once availale and reproduce again? If you run into any issues, please send the exact steps to me via mail (info at awesomeminer.com) |

Lost all 17 of my miners configurations after reboot. Running Premium Edition 4.2.7 and now AM boots to defaults with no miners or any configuration (just like a clean install). How can I recover my miners configurations?
Awesome Miner keeps 3 copies of the configuration file to reduce the risk of any file getting corrupt and resulting in lost settings. I have received maybe 2-3 reports in the past where all configuration files have been replaced by NULL characters, due to file system issues. The most common scenario is however if someone uninstall Awesome Miner and install an older version that is unable to read a newer configuration file. I'm not saying that's the case here - but it's good to know. If you send me your log file (via the toolbar: Tools -> Log File) I will probably be able to recover the configuration for you - and also see why it was failing. Thanks! |

I'm currently on the v4.2.4 which is somewhat old. The AM detects the new version and when I try to update it, after the installation procedure, it still says I'm on v4.2.4. I tried downloading the latest v4.2.9 from the website and installed that. Afterwards, it still says I'm on v4.2.4.
Is the latest version misreporting the version number, or is my app not getting updated? I have setup the exclusion in the Windows defender already - no warnings during the installation.
