That's probably a lot of work and maybe there isn't really that large a need for it? I'm good with just having additional URL available so that I can manually enter under Customer Download URL. Something like this will be made available in the future. Since the last release of Awesome Miner, it will show the nVidia driver version information in red with a warning text about CUDA if you are running too older drivers. For this reason I'm also planning to include T-Rex for CUDA 10.0 in the next release to see what the reactions will be. If all goes well, Z-enemy and other mining software could then also be CUDA 10.0 in the future. |

Thanks for info..  only https://www.phi-phi-pool.com/ has some new algos (X22i, Sonoa, BCD ) so maybe it can be added to Awesome miner instead of Zergpool, right Patrike? the rest looks worse with algos than Zpool.. Yes, this looks like a good candidate. I will add it in one of the next few releases. I've also reached out to IceMining about BTC auto exchange so if they implement that it could also be supported. |

I've looked a bit more at IceMining now. From what I can see you cannot mine with BTC as payout. Is that observation correct? If you need to specify different payout addresses for each of the pools it will be a bit more complicated to use as a predefined profit switching pool where most users expect to only enter a BTC wallet address. |

They are the owner of the coin statistics data and we need to play by their rules. Another solution to this would be if I could work out a deal with these providers where they allow me to request their stats every 30s via the Awesome Miner cloud. Then all users of Awesome Miner would frequently request the data from the Awesome Miner cloud instead - not putting load on the servers for the coin statistics providers. However, as I'm not owner of this data I'm not sure a setup like this would be accepted. |

The hashrate displayed in Awesome Miner is what the mining software is reporting. Depending on the algorithm used it should be possible to find out if the number shown at Nicehash really is realistic. Thanks - I disabled the nicehash pool for now but none of the others will work with my cpus/gpus - I get the error that there are no available pools configured blah blah blah . I was curious if it could pull the power usage of my ASICS. lol I know that would prolly be impossible but had to ask. Your question about ASIC power usage is good, but no ASIC miner is reporting this as far as I know. There are other hardware devices that can measure power usage, but there are no specific support for those in Awesome Miner either. |

Is there a way to change the default version of a particular miner that is being downloaded? In particular, Z-enemy-1.22 is still defaulting to the CUDA 9.1 version instead of CUDA 10.0. I'm familiar with the "Upload custom software" tool, but the 1st time I used it, I had to RDP to each miner to add an exception to the virus scanner for ..\AppData\Local\AwesomeMinerService, in addition to the exception I previously added for ..\AppData\Roaming\AwesomeMinerService. This can be a pain with more than a dozen Managed Miners. I looked under Manages Software Z-enemy nVidia Miner, and noted the download URL is https://s3.amazonaws.com/awesomeminer-download/z-enemy.1-22-cuda9.1_x64.zip. So I took a look here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/awesomeminer-downloadBut only the cuda9.1 versions of Z-enemy are there, so I figured putting in a custom Download URL reflecting the CUDA 10 version would not have worked. Anyway, just curious if there's a better way to accomplish this than having to resort to using the Upload customer software tool. Thanks for your feedback. My understanding is that CUDA 10.0 is supported on quite old GPU's as well. The main issue is that everyone is not running with the latest driver versions which is a requirement. I know from the past that if I include a later version of mining software with latest CUDA, I do get at number of upset support messages about the new version is breaking the mining - even if it's stated in the release notes. Already today Awesome Miner supports displaying the AMD and nVidia driver version on the Summary tab. Maybe the solution is to highlight this even more and give more visible indications if you run with too old driver versions. I used this script and set a notification as an action. When I do that, I immediately get 72 notifications from the rule. It's always the same miners that trigger the rule. When I check my list of miners, everything says it's online and working fine. How can I use this so it only sends me a notification if all the miners have been off for 10 minutes or longer? To only get a single notification, instead of one per miner, the notification action can be configured where you uncheck "Notify for each individual miner". However, the scenario to only trigger if offline for at least 10 minutes in combination with triggering only if at least a specific number of miners have this problem is currently not possible to do in a good with with how the rules work today. I will have to come up with a new concept for this where you can add certain restrictions to the rule to only trigger in case the conditions are true for a minimum number of miners. |

after last update, my GPU's will not mine - they are nvidia gtx 1060's
I am now getting this error - the pools are set up - I have made zero changes to the profit profile - I am not sure what else I need to do. When I first added the GPU's they worked right after I set up the pools - I had to do nothing with the profit profile.
There can be changes of the available predefined pools between versions. In general, the issue is that for the mining software you have enabled for the profit switcher, there are no pools made available for the profit switcher in the Options dialog, Profit switching section. If you still run into this issue after reviewing the configuration you can find more information in the Awesome Miner log file (toolbar: Tools -> Log File). You can for example see entries like below, that can give an idea why certain algorithms are being excluded by the profit switcher. Anyonne notices Afterburner remote server stopped working after 5.7.1 upgrade ?? or just coincidence..
I've not received any other reports on this. Is it the Afterburner Remote Server itself that isn't starting/running correctly? Yes.. just starts (shows icon) then stops after 2-3 seconds... (icon dissapears) It sounds ilke the MSI process is crashing on startup. Please make sure .NET Framework 2.0 is installed for this software and you might also get some additional details about the issue in the Windows Event Viewer, Application logs, where any application crashes show up. |

Update on the Avast/AVG issue that started about two days ago:
I've been in contact with their support team and they have promised to whitelist Awesome Miner based on its digital signature that is used to sign the installer and all binaries. They also stated that Awesome Miner didn't contain any threats (well, I knew that already).
This should be part of their next virus definition update and I hope this will resolve the issue with warning dialogs from the Avast/AVG software when downloading Awesome Miner.

Looks like miningpool hub online services using algo V7 and now profit profile switching to MPH XMR and resulting in rejected shares.
