Yep, I'm still here. I'm only in for 1, so looks like we're at 9 (Dobs PM'd). SO, 11 more.
363  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] BU 1996 American Silver Eagle (THE Rarest Eagle) on: October 08, 2013, 03:28:34 AM
Not ever in my possession...and it shows no signs of it. This coin has virtually no wear-considering all Silver Eagles are packaged in tubes and sent out in Monster Boxes.

how can you sell something that is not in your possession?
Lol it was never dropped while in my possession. I have possession of it now.
*EDIT: And it is still considered "BU" as a guy (who kept it out of circulation) sold it to the shop I work at, and I jumped at the opportunity to buy a '96. Obviously Silver Eagles do not ever really enter circulation. Although, some become pocket pieces for people (like a lucky coin) and get trashed. Those you can still call "uncirculated" but not BU, or Brilliant Uncirculated.
364  Economy / Goods / 5 Grain Gold Assay Cards on: October 08, 2013, 03:12:20 AM
Hey everybody,
I have two rather interesting pieces. They are "Katchy Kards" from the American Numismatic Association convention in Los Angeles in 1975. They both contain a different California Gold Centennial Stamp along with 5 grains of 24k gold each. What's really interesting is they tell the history of gold ownership in the US and mark the first time in 41 years that it was legal for Americans to own gold. They are foldable and have the ANA seal on one side, with the story of thee history on the other. I am asking for each card, including shipping (regular mail). If someone wants to take both, I'll ask .

Thanks!

366  Economy / Goods / [WTS] Australian (Perth Mint) 1990, 1993, 2001 Kookaburras on: October 08, 2013, 02:44:44 AM
Hey,
I have a 1990, 1993, and 2001 Kookaburra all in mint condition that I want to sell. I have them listed elsewhere so unless someone is interested I'll refrain from posting all the pics. But if you are, let me know!

Thanks
367  Economy / Goods / [WTS] BU 1996 American Silver Eagle (THE Rarest Eagle) on: October 08, 2013, 02:27:41 AM
Hey everybody,
I'm selling a BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) 1996 Silver Eagle. Mintage of Eagles in 1996 was by FAR the lowest ever, making them more of a collector's piece than bullion. I am asking which includes trackable shipping anywhere in the US. I am willing to ship internationally-just please send me a PM.

Thanks!
368  Other / Off-topic / Re: Was the Silk Road Arrest Tor-Related on: October 07, 2013, 05:57:34 AM
I read "Dread Pirate Roberts" was caught based on general carelessness. Like, he posted advertising Silk Road on these forums early on, with username "altoid" (which he registered with his real email). Other mistakes like that, as well as trying to organize hits on business associates (the "hitman" was an undercover cop). It could be tor, but "DPR" seemed a little careless for what he was doing.

Still available, happy to entertain trades for silver, too!
371  Economy / Goods / Re: 0.1 Silver Casascius Coins USA Group Buy on: October 02, 2013, 12:59:32 AM
I don't see any other threads about this.  I've ran a few group buys in the past and would be willing to run a USA only group buy for this if people were willing to pay 0.55 BTC per coin with free shipping.  Just offering.   Wink
I'd be happy to organize this...at no real premium. I'll just create an address (which will be made public) that you can send payment to (AFTER you tell me you're going to make a payment and give me the transaction ID). As far as shipping prices go, we would all just pay our share of Casascius's shipping fee, $2 for me to ship you your coin or coins (via USPS trackable) and .015 BTC I ask for materials and handling/organization otherwise.
If anyone wants to verify my trust I could put you in touch with a few people. The first person I'd tell you to talk to would be DobZombie (he has said its ok to reference him publicly). I am sent his goods domestically and I forward them onto him in Australia. This has included Silver Casascius Bitcoins and 20 OgNasty rounds that he was given for designing the round (if you didn't know he's quite the designer).
If anyone is interested, please post on here. I'm really only looking to do only one order of 20. I feel like I can manage the logistics of that fine-any more I wouldn't want to do (unless I was compensated). I want to set this up so everybody who wants a coin can get one. Depending on the response, maybe we could/should limit it to 2 coins per person?

OgNasty has taken this over. Check out his thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310226.0

i took two 750 vicodyns and am sitting her taking a shit and cameupwith a epic movie idea of whcih i will team up with DanK and make it. the main charator is this guy with a girlfriend, she's th actress, and they do stuff. but in th emdiddle ofthe movie they do something else {i thinks that callled a red fish or something like that}. anyway, wright when yo thought you knew what was going to to happen next, something next happens. it'll be like "woow" "I ddin't see that doming".

anyway, i just thought this up in five minutes but will go in production is 5-10 years.

what do u guys think? should me adn Dank get an address to strat getting funded of this epic ideal?

full discolosur: i have the hots for dan'ks mother thus teaming up with him. if that no pan out, then his brother. and if that is no go, i just get dank stoned, then...
What I want to know is how you can be on Vicodin, on the toilet. I don't have to go for a couple of days after I pop a couple of those.

375  Other / Off-topic / Re: Reddit User Running Safe Needle Exchange on: September 29, 2013, 03:02:01 AM
My government already does this for free, and provides a shooting gallery with nurses so they don't OD, and they prescribe heroin to the worst cases instead of methadone which doesn't work.

It eliminated millions of dollars in police/ambulance calls, cut HIV infections in half, and got 12,000 people off heroin permanenlty and now my streets aren't covered in used discarded needles because they go to Insite to shoot up. ~7 years ago you couldn't walk a block without navigating past piles of bloody needles it was pretty nasty.
not even, Canada does this
here we are fighting the eternal "War on Drugs"-which was lost before it even begun

In case of dispute, money will go to party who presents a stronger case. Please feel free to PM

Hey everyone, I have a HB Pencil which I would like to sell. The pencil is relatively un-used, I guess you will get a good couple of months use before it starts to run out. You can mainly use it for writing and drawing but on occasions it can come in handy as a ruler (providing you have a second pencil). Feel free to make your offers, if I don't get any decent offers I will sell on eBay instead.

Nice set you have here.
Thanks! I was excited to find a set in-tact pre-1960. I had never seen one before.
380  Economy / Goods / [WTS] Proof 1957 Coins: One complete set, and individual coins (in packaging) on: September 27, 2013, 11:29:37 PM
Hi everybody,
I recently traded with a guy who had a bunch of '57-'58 proof sets. I sorted through about 100 sets and took the 2 best looking ones I could find. Even with 10x magnification I did not notice any blemish on any coin. This could be a big money-maker if you send them off with some other coins to get graded-I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were graded PF 70 (perfect). They are in their original packaging. Proof sets before the '60s are hard to come by, as the mint didn't do much advertising before then. It was mostly Treasury Dept workers and their families who bought sets in the '50s and early '60s.
Anyways, here's what I have (prices include shipping in the US-I will ship internationally and for a low price-just PM me if interested):

*I have the coins listed elsewhere for sale so they are subject to changes in price and unavailability, but I will do my best to update on here.*

1. 1957 CHOICE Proof Set:
2. 1957 CHOICE Proof Washington Quarter:
3. 1957 CHOICE Proof Roosevelt Dime:
4. 1957 CHOICE Proof Jefferson Nickel:
5. 1957 CHOICE Proof Lincoln Wheat Penny:
