Fair to point out from an earlier discussion that the IRS does not have the proper funding to audit rich people due to budgetary cuts over the past decade or so. Plus the fact that Trump is the president. No one is going to try to audit him.

I disagree with that, because a lot of audits are a routine request for info or correction. Computer generated, seemingly. Others are a valid question on the appropriateness of a certain tactic. Just don't really see why this would all stop if someone was president. Another issue would be the nature of the deduction. Say a taxpayer was wealthy and did a totally inappropriate deduction. Let's say the fat cat deducted a 100M yacht, expensed it. He's got a dozen girls and ample supplies of various chemicals those his "customers" would like. We know they'd pounce on you or I if small guys tried to deduce a boat for entertainment expense. I can't imagine them not going after this clown. Maybe there's a loophole, but I have not ever heard of it. Granted there are explicit loopholes for aircraft, that's a different issue. So this guy tries to deduct his pleasure palace, and the IRS objects. He says I'm deducting it, take me to court if you like. I double dare you. That guy is going down and going down hard. He's not criminal, mind you. This is just a dispute about money. He's moving in the direction of criminal if he listed the boat expenses fraudulently say as cost of goods sold. But even then, they'd want their money and penalties, more than to get him in jail. Now if the clown was a drug dealer, they'd want jail. |

I have and will never be a fan of cemeteries, they just take too much space, if the loved ones wants to visit a dead relative, why dont they just cremate and store the ashes in a container and keep them in their houses. The problem doesn't seem to be the virus itself, that seems to be fairly mild by virus severity standards, although it may well be very contagious. The real epidemic seems to be the false and manipulated reports of infections, and the distortion of the effects. All this seems to be designed to persuade large numbers of the population to accept unnecessary. dangerous and crippling vaccines. It is also a good excuse to create vast quantities of worthless fiat currencies that can be used to purchase real assets for the bankers, and to destroy small farmers and businesses to expand the scope of the globalist corporations.

The bolded above is incorrect, the primary court would be the IRS tax court, which is neither state or federal district court, but a "US Tax Court." I think you're confused. The IRS conducts criminal investigations. If they build a strong enough case they refer it to the DOJ or District attorney for prosecution. It's not me that is confused. It's always been you. Your confusion is that you want a criminal investigation, and to get that, you need to get any matter related to Trump OUT of the US Tax Courts. To do that you pre-define Trump tax activities as "Criminal," because ORANGEMANBAD. |

But almost all tax disputes are resolved by the taxpayer paying the disputed amount, or a negotiated settlement such as half the disputed amount. That would be a "civil" issue, not a "criminal" issue. If we can accelerate it to light-speed (such that we are travelling at light speed relative to the BADecker), the expanding universe takes care of the rest and moves it beyond our frame of reference. Technically we need to consider a couple of additional points. One, the universe is expanding. Two, space is not a perfect vacuum. In order to propel our BADecker such that it moves beyond our light cone, the first point (space is expanding everywhere, all the time) means that a slightly sub-luminal velocity would be sufficient. However the second point works against us: the BADecker would not achieve light-speed-in-vacuum due to its interaction with cosmic detritus. So whilst with a huge amount of energy we could propel the BADecker at sufficient velocity, it may be, if the first point does not outweigh the second, that at times when the BADecker is traversing a particularly thinly populated region of the interstellar medium, we still catch a tantalising glimpse. The other option is that we somehow fold space around the BADecker, such that we can move it beyond our light cone. -- Edit: Also, be careful where you point that thing. If we fire a BADecker at near light speed away from us but directly towards the sun, then its huge relativistic mass m relBADecker would mean the kinetic energy it/he possesses could conceivably be sufficient to blow up the star, and atomise everything out to the orbit of Mars. Watching the NBA final's last night, and listening to everybody (Adam Silver, Lebron James... etc) speak about the game and what this season has represented, I realized how radically different this season was, aside from the every game taking place in Disney World. It was impossible to watch an NBA game without seeing a message for racial justice, and a push against police brutality, as that was their goal! I think it's a great thing that they've done, whether it's the changing of names on jerseys, messages painted on the court, pins worn by the head coaches and staff, advertisements... etc. However, a part of me feels as if they may have gone down a road that they cannot turn back on. What will it take for a team, or an entire organization, to bring things back to normal? Once one team decides to revert to their old jerseys, for example, will the other teams follow suit? Will they face criticism? How will other sports react next season when the NBA continues to integrate the BLM movement into their games? Personally, I'm surprised to see that leagues such as the MLB and NFL haven't faced any heat in terms of keeping up with the precedent the NBA has set this season in terms of how involved they are with the movement. NBA Comish Adam Silver said on NBA Countdown last week that... in terms of the messages you see on the court and our jerseys, this was an extraordinary moment in time when we began these discussions with the players and what we all lived through this summer. My sense is there’ll be somewhat a return to normalcy, that those messages will largely be left to be delivered off the floor. What do you guys think about this? How do you feel about what was done this season in general? I think becoming an atheist in a time where religion is still the majority definitely takes some capability for free thinking, but it isn't the only important aspect to living.
