421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 15, 2019, 12:31:06 PM
Woops! Sounds like the same deal with Dwight Howard if I am not mistaken.
A daily contract? What is happening with the NBA? Why are they doing this kind of deals with professionals.
Is Melo really that bad for him to be in probationary period?
I dont think so. The guy is being too underrated. There are more players there which is not better than him and yet then have yearly contracts.

But as you said, it may be his last chance for redemption. Time to practice more and let them see what he is capable of.

Those guys are kind of in the later stage of their careers and these type of contracts benefits both to management in case they want to terminate immediately and to the player who wants to prove himself again. I think this is also needed to bring some players who once had an inflated ego back to earth.

I wasn't expecting the signing to be the honest since both Dame and CJ are good to play. This may turn out good for the Blazers since they're struggling at the moment.

423  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Payasian.co - Fake team members - Stay away from this project! on: November 14, 2019, 04:12:50 PM
Aside from having fake members, it's also another ponzi. Any informed investor will not fall into these kind of schemes but it looks like they were able to entice and deceive many of these so called "investors" around Asia. Recently, the Philipiine SEC has issued an advisory against Payasia and it's Philippine counterpart.
424  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: [DISKUSYON] PayaCoin x Payasian SCAM o LEGIT on: November 14, 2019, 03:59:50 PM

Quote
However, the Certificate of Incorporation of PAYASIAN PTE. LTD CORPORATION expressly provides that, “This Certificate DOES NOT AUTHORIZE INVESTMENT SOLICITATION AND INVESTMENT-TAKING WITHOUT A SECONDARY LICENSE FROM THE COMMISSION.”

425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis ATP Finals 2019 on: November 13, 2019, 03:18:08 PM
Medvedev is up by one set against Nadal. Let's see how Rafa will respond on the second. The first set was close and it could have gone either way.

Federer is looking sublime, the man is a legend playing at 38 years old still world number #3
He continues to reinvent himself and adjust his style of play as he ages. He's become more crafty through the years and these younger players, even Nadal and Djokovic, are definitely learning from him.

Straming? or is that supposed to be streaming?
There are some people earning from their escrow services and there are also those offering their lending services.
Visit the marketplace and you should be able to find more ways to earn crypto.
427  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Custodial vs Non Custodial vs Browser Based Wallet on: November 13, 2019, 02:23:36 PM
Was reading some replies in this topic,
The same topic I was reminded of when I read the title lol.

Browser Based Wallet
These are some sort of application which is compatible with your browser. You will hold the credential like private key/seed key etc. You are the controller of your fund. For example- Metamask.
Maybe a "browser extension" is a more appropriate title but since you provided an example, readers should be able to get it.

At the end, I would like to remember one more time- "Not your key, Not your crypto."
Some custodial wallet provider will try to dispute this and say that they are more secure since they can take care of your funds for you and protect it from getting stolen by hackers  Cheesy
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid falling into a FOMO trap on: November 13, 2019, 02:10:06 PM
Now that you know how to avoid falling into a FOMO trap, you’re prepared to take on the world of crypto trading. Bitcoin trading and altcoin trading can feel incredibly daunting to start, but once you’ve got the hang of it you’ll find yourself flying in no time.
This is obviously not quite true. Learning how to distinguish a FOMO and avoiding it is just one step. We all know there are more things to learn before we can really say that we are "prepared" to trade bitcoin and altcoins.

If you’re new to crypto trading and want to learn the ropes in a safe and encouraging space, check out eToro, the world’s leading social trading platform.
Are you being paid by etoro to advertise their platform? Please clarify so readers will have an idea who they are dealing with.

If the OP is knowledgeable on crypto like what others have observed, maybe he/she is asking how his/her account here will be deleted?

432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters do not need to wait for altcoin season on: November 12, 2019, 02:13:41 PM
Doing bounties despite market being down and less new legit projects is only for people who have nothing else to do or have no other source of income. I agree with few comments that I read here about time being essential and you should do or find things that will bring you more income.

Out of 100 bounties here, how many will be have a successful IEO and be listed on an exchange? I would guess it's more or less 10. You see, there is no point spending your precious time promoting projects and then wait whether that project will turn out to be legit/scam/success/failure.

434  Economy / Reputation / Re: Account-Selling Bounty Manager on: November 11, 2019, 05:13:41 PM
sdmax2018 is a bitcointalk username not a telegram username.
You are reading too fast.

and the post you quoted above shows that the user is telling him about a telegram pm he/she sent.
What I'm saying is that the connection would be clearer if the @sdmax2018 bitcointalk account also mentioned @sande123 as his telegram contact.
Is Andruu the only admin on that bounty group? If so, I guess that should be enough to conclude that they are one and the same person.

435  Economy / Reputation / Re: Account-Selling Bounty Manager on: November 11, 2019, 04:12:50 PM
He posted about the account sales in his telegram group and here is the link to the message
https://t.me/shtbounty/3290
https://t.me/shtbounty/3393

Don't forget to archive those links since it is easy to delete them. I think DT's here don't rely on screenshots.

I tried searching if the bitcointalk user @sdmax2018 is the same person Andruu on telegram (username: @sande123) but I only saw this post from another member.

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 11, 2019, 03:38:28 PM
@Greatchu if you have an issue with the bounty manager allowing tagged users for previously cheating campaigns, it is best to bring the issue to the project team. Usually, they just give 100% authority to the campaign manager since they hired him for the job in the first place but it's possible that they may intervene if they found out that the bounty manager could be damaging their project by allowing red-tagged bounty hunters.

  • During this period, you must make a minimum of 5 Posts per Week and 1 Post per week in the Announcement Thread .
I wonder what the mods thinks of this particular bounty rule. Doesn't this fall under incentivized posting?
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FINALLY- we can now exchange coins between different blockchains on: November 11, 2019, 03:06:44 PM
I thought I was seeing a lot of shits flying around in your website. It took me a few seconds to realize that they're supposed to be jellies  Cheesy

We start with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tron.
I only see Eth and Trx as options, there's no Bitcoin as you mentioned.
Can you also explain to us how your service is different than what Changelly is already offering?

I would like to ask also if we can connect wallet at the same time? Metamask for Eth and Tronlink for Trx for example.

438  Economy / Reputation / Re: Red Trust Manager? on: November 11, 2019, 01:38:57 PM
He did promote some scammy projects then later took it down after feedback from several members here. That suggests that he doesn't check projects carefully before accepting and then promoting them.

I checked the guy "Wapinter"s account and it is in one of those messy situations.

The pharmacist says he is legit, suchmoon says he is not to be trusted. Yahoo says he is ok too. :/ Too many different opinions...
Those feedback left by the pharmacist and yahoo were personal trades though and has nothing to do with managing bounties. I think the op is more concerned with how wapinter chooses and manages bounties.
439  Other / Meta / Re: Open letter to bounty managers on: November 11, 2019, 01:03:20 PM
@jessyj48

Instead of looking at the bounty managers and their weekly post requirements, why not look into yourself first? Have you ever thought why you are struggling to make 15 posts per week?

I look into your post history and checked your last 60 messages. From what I observed, you are only posting in Altcoin Discussion board and that's probably why you cannot find other interesting topics and forced to post in mega spam threads.

Why don't you explore other boards and expand your knowledge? There are plenty of things to learn in this forum. Don't cage yourself to pure altcoin or bounty topics.
