EDIT Damn, what an ending, just perfect goal from Galeno.
What a steal from Porto, exactly the kind of motivation Arsenal needed after failing to be on the scoresheet, hope when the game comes to the Emirates we shall see a more hungry team that wants to win...but this being the champions league if Porto plays their cards right.. they could actually get Arsenal knocked out in the second leg if they don't go parking the bus but attack to defend the 1 goal advantage.

Let's go Porto, I can't lose twice lol

I thought I had a good run in this round but today's games are something else...Barcelona should have held on with that 1 goal lead which should have gifted me an exact score and bagged me 3points , but because of Barca's poor defending they allowed Victor Osimhen to make his mark and bring the game to a tie. And if it's Arsenal the hot favourites of the day, let's just say it's a boredraw !!!

At this point top 10 is slipping away, well played for those that have scored some points today Cry
465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don’t play gambling with drugs or in half sleep on: February 21, 2024, 08:37:41 PM
This is something that has been discussed, but I totally agree with you.. gambling while being intoxicated is a bad idea as this makes you make bad decisions without putting any thought into it which will cost you money!

Same thing as gambling while feeling sleepy and tired, very bad experience I have had from this as this is as good as forcing yourself to gamble when the bookies don't have good games to pick from...and the worst part about all this you usually warn yourself not to gamble but ones stubbornness leads to do it anyway and you lose your balance.

This Double game week didn't go as planned. First, Jota and Nunez got injured.
You can say that again, bad day at the office!!!

Btw, just wondering how will this be settled if a player plays one game from the two...does the other part get points from the first sub??

Otherwise not feeling confident for Liverpool assets today.

Next, Man city assets underdelivered in both games. I was hoping that Nunez with start today since what he experienced on Saturday was not considered serious only to see him and Salah are not even among the Liverpool squad to face Luton town today.
To put it in simple writing, this double game week for Liverpool and Manchester City hasn't been rewarding when we all those they would score high...
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need more influencial women in crypto to help the gender embrace it? on: February 21, 2024, 02:38:37 PM
I understand the idea behind this is to have someone communicate this whole crypto language in the same wavelength as them, but honestly I think it all comes down to interest of the user's... if women don't get hooked by the digital age of crypto, let them be time will come when everyone will be forced to learn...btw my google search in terms of population of men against women shows there are more men than women which means naturally more men will be involved in this digital ecosystem.

Then again culture differences can be the cause of less women getting into crypto as some are pretty much taken care of 100% without them needing to work, for other's probably because they don't have the time as they are busy with family duties and don't have the privilege of being here... honestly it all comes down to interest.

Like your other competitions, this one doesn't allow a user to have more tickets to their name if one wagers more $$$ to increase ones chances of winning??
First, As per the description, it seems you can earn tickets for every 20 EUR betting amount not the bet placed. My translation is for every 20 EUR wagering you will receive a ticket.
Thanks for the answer...

Does this have to be an exact amount?? What happens If you wager higher??

Quote
No, we do not exchange winnings for cash. We will cover all costs of delivery of the winnings.
Thanks for the clarity...

~Snip~

Hi! You get a ticket for every €20 of amount of your bets. So you can make for example 2 bets of 10 euros and get a ticket.
You can find out all the details here https://megapari.com/en/promotions/gadget-mania.

If you don't use euros, the currency is converted automatically in your account from euros to yours.
That two 10Euro bets to get lottery tickets has lost me...and the rules aren't clear cut especially that somewhere in the general terms $5 is mentioned as minimum yet you don't get any lottery tickets for using this denomination!!!

Just for clarity, I have betting tickets which aren't counted and am wondering if am doing something wrong here...and btw am using USD..so does the amount have to be exact to be a valid entry to get me a lottery ticket ?? Anyway check DM you check account Wink

Champions league night and am caught in between watching some kinda not so entertaining games in CL versus watching Manchester City still trying to break down Brentford and it's a boredraw going on at the moment..

But coming back to Champions league football, was watching the PSV- Dortmund game which looks evenly matched, though bookies favourite should have got a goal but they are too playful busy looking for yellow cards but I believe they will come back stronger in the second half.

Inplay prediction: PSV 2-1 BVB

474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 19, 2024, 05:22:17 PM
The news about Mbappe's transfer is very confusing at the moment. maybe the media also creates too much speculative news which confuses readers.
The most appropriate place for Mbappe is Madrid. that's what I see. but there is also news regarding Liverpool and Man City also approaching Mbappe's agent. we don't know the truth, but rumors like that continue to highlight the player.
I know that because he is a young player with extraordinary talent. If Madrid really gets it, it will be an achievement that Madrid really wants. because they really need it.
Totally agree with you, this whole Mbappe news is very confusing....I have already seen some bookies here give some details of how the deal will happen, stating he will move to Madrid in July & that he has signed until 2029 and also going on to give extra details that he will be paid €15-20 million per season plus €50 million in bonuses...

But what I don't understand is why the big media houses aren't reporting this development, and on Twitter/X I expected this to be trending news but it's all quiet, tried YouTube but it all looks like all clickbait and I don't know what to believe now...will keep an eye on this one.

Am pretty sure you are now on some special watchlist just to make sure you aren't doing some illegal dealings, which means the government will be on you, they will be checking your tax compliance and obligations a citizen in your country needs to do.

By the way, I also feel you were caught up in a situation that put you under duress to force an answer out of you with all those people in que...I think you could have found a better way to answer their questions without drawing so much attention to yourself Roll Eyes ...

Just hope everything has cleared, btw with the account upgrades this means higher maintenance fees to be paid I guess  Tongue
477  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK SHADY/SCAMMY BEHAVIOUR. WATCH OUT GUYS on: February 18, 2024, 01:49:34 PM
With these deposit bonuses, I have learnt the hard way with other gambling sites and am not a fan for such whenever I have to risk my own coins just to activate them, and funny thing is that these guys are aggressive with their email marketing forgetting people(customers ) do read them and buy in on these deals .

@hopenotlate just for clarity of what's happening, did you try to reach out @ FJ here on the forum just to try get over this huddle... because giving up your privacy for $50 is a bad tradeoff and on FJs side am sure they are preventing any abuse of this promo which is understandable if I put myself in their shoes !
478  Economy / Economics / Re: Save money today so money would save you tomorrow. on: February 18, 2024, 12:41:17 PM
I think as of the 21st century, every investment or financial playbook out there encourages saving as a means to take care of you and your family when you can nolonger work because you grow older or retire early ..but the problem with this model is that it does not shield you from inflation, or generally loss of buying power of a currency.

And besides keeping money💰 in a bank is loss of opportunity to grow your bank account as its gaining little to no interest at all while banks themselves  make money off your deposits, which is why business minded people never let it sleep there but invest it in other ventures that can make so cash for you whether big or small profits they can make a huge difference.

Tough day at the office for City, and for most fantasy team managers  that went with a Halaad Captain, am pretty sure they should be feeling the pressure and with less shoots at goal or on goal this surely makes Chelsea comfortable as they run down the time.

Am regretting at the moment for having not gone with a Saka captain who technically had a better fixture for sure..

Come on City you have done  a comeback before...cant let Arsenal and Liverpool to celebrate !!!
