481  Other / Off-topic / Re: The effects of the kind of music we listen to on: October 23, 2023, 04:36:11 AM
Well I like to listen to Classical music when I am working. I just feel it makes my brain work better, but not that it makes me any more smarter.

Mozart, Beethoven, and Bach are to name a few. I use to believe in the 'mozart effect'. But now I do not think it is a real thing. This types of music just help me.
482  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: October 20, 2023, 06:28:19 AM
Well now Elon Musk is consdiering to take Twitter out of the EU because of the investigation in compliance. It has to do with the new rules created in August called the Digital Services Act (DSA).

I think Elon Musk just is upset with EU watching his moves. I do not really think he will remove it from EU. https://www.reuters.com/technology/musk-considers-removing-x-platform-europe-over-eu-law-insider-2023-10-18/

484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: October 20, 2023, 06:14:26 AM
Well the big news from yesterday is that SEC has now dropped claims against 2 Ripple employees. XRP is up more than 6% in just the last 24 hours from hearing this 'bullish' news.

485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: October 20, 2023, 05:56:03 AM
Well now Binance is signing new partners for European deposits and withdrawals in fiat. This will make it easier for more users around the world to have better access to fiat channels.

I think this is a 'bullish' signal. https://www.binance.com/en/feed/post/1418808

Well starting on October 27, Floki will launch its new token and staking program. If someone wants to earn the new tokens, they will need to lock and stake Floki tokens for 3 months up to 4 years.

488  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: October 18, 2023, 09:51:07 AM
Well now Elon Musk is going to fight bots with the 'Not a Bot' program he is starting. It will begin in countries of New Zealand and the Philippines for price of $1 each year.

New accounts will be allowed to tweet, reply, quote, repost, like, bookmark, and create lists. I think this is a good start to fight off the bots.

490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: October 18, 2023, 09:06:08 AM
Well even with rumors going round about Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, he still says he hasnt sold any of this ETH since 2018. I believe him but do wonder why he did not sell when price was $5,000.

492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: October 17, 2023, 05:25:12 AM
Well this does not make any sense for me. The former Alameda CEO and ex girlfiend to SBF Caroline Ellison says they wanted to keep price of Bitcoin down below $20,000.
...

After his girlfriend's testimony, I think SBF is doomed. I don't know if SBF has some trick up his sleeve, but for now, it is not going very well for him. It would probably be good for him to start thinking about the deal with the prosecution for a lesser sentence...

It's the second week of the trial, and things are getting more interesting. I doubt that SBF can get out of this, so the only question is what punishment he will receive. What do you think about that?

Yes I think this is true you are correct. And now more she is talking it is only getting worst for him and his chance to be innocent.
She now has said SBF tried to unlock $1 Billion of funds using Thai prostitutes identities. He bribed Chinese officials with $100 Million.

Well this does not make any sense for me. The former Alameda CEO and ex girlfiend to SBF Caroline Ellison says they wanted to keep price of Bitcoin down below $20,000.

I do not know why they would want to do this.  They had so much customer funds now makes me want to think they did all this on purpose now.

494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) on: October 16, 2023, 06:13:05 AM
Well with the news that Ferarri is going to accept Bitcoin for payments now there is 'bullish' news for Doge. Co founder Billy Markus says it will accept Doge for payments too because they already use Bitpay for payments.

495  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dreams without goals are just wishes on: October 16, 2023, 05:44:33 AM
Have you ever had big dreams and wondered how to make them happen?

Dreams are like the stars in the sky, shining, brightly, and full of possibilities. By setting valuable goals, you're not only turning your dreams into reality, but you're also giving yourself a clear path to follow. So, what are your dreams, and how will you turn them into reality with valuable goals?

Well yes I did have some big dreams when I was younger. But it does not make me good to say this but I did not accomplish that many of them.

This is why I try to pass this down onto my nephews. If we want to accomplish something we must work very hard from a young age. There is nothing going to come early for us in this world, we must work hard and do it more then other people.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats Your Favourite Meme Coins? on: October 16, 2023, 05:01:30 AM
We should be very careful with our investing in the meme coins. I do hodl some meme coins in my portfolio but so far in this year 2023 it is not a good year for investing in them.
Because now there is data to say more then $3 Billion has been lost from investing in them just this year. And this includes the most popular one Doge down $2.46 Billion. I will still hodl my meme coins but just going to be more careful with investing in them.

497  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you play while listening music? on: October 16, 2023, 04:54:31 AM
Well when I am playing online solitaire I really enjoy listening to music. I do not mind to hear my cards shuffling and for them to move, but I like to have some relaxing music playing in the background.

When I did play some online poker during Covid I always had my music on. There is just something so peaceful with card games for me and music.

498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 7 ways to earn free cryptocurrency on: October 15, 2023, 07:09:14 AM
I strongly oppose the use of the term "free" in reference to cryptocurrency airdrops. You cannot acquire any rewards without some form of activity, whether it's minimal or substantial. While I wouldn't describe it as inexpensive, it certainly isn't free; there's no such thing as a free lunch in this context.

Yes I agree with what you are saying here. Some times we will earn rewards of free cryptocurrency but we still must do some work to get them. We can not just flip on our computer and then we earn free cryptocurrency.
And then many times the tokens we earn are not worth any thing. They can be for a failed project or a scam coin project. So then we only did waste our time for these free tokens or cryptocurrency that we can now not use.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Need Satoshi? on: October 15, 2023, 04:23:06 AM
Well I have been talking about this alot so lately. And I do think it is now a topic we are all talking about is cause of the recent 'satoshi' spotting on twitter.

But if we are being honest here then no I do not think we satoshi. He has already been a honorable man for what he did for Bitcoin. And this is not something that any one can ever take away from him or his legacy.
500  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keep my family in your prayer! on: October 15, 2023, 04:08:42 AM
This is really sad for us to read. And that this horrible accident did occur on your wedding anniversary does only make it worst.

I am sorry your baby is in so much pain, no child needs to feel something like that. But you can not feel guilty it was not your fault. I will keep your poor 2 year old daughter in my thoughts and prayers and your family too.
