Not only Dhoni I think many people really deserved a farewell match but couldn't get one. For example Rahul Dravid being the greatest example. Yuvraj Singh? Suresh Raina? Gautam Gambhir? Apart from BCCI the rest of the cricket boards usually give a good farewell series for their top players and we only got that with Sachin Tendulkar. Regarding playing with the current team against veterans will not be a fair match. lol "Sentiments" BCCI is a board that governs cricket in India, sentiment do not work for them. I guess BCCI might be trying to avoid the chaos considering the present pandemic situation. Also they need to first take permission from the local authorities in order to conduct a match out of their regular schedule. It would be nice if they are able to do something to honor the legend.
I don't think that getting permission from the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) is a big deal, considering their good relationship with the BCCI. I would say that this is the ideal opportunity to conduct such a match, since almost all the star players will be in UAE at this time. Scheduling a match at a later period may not be feasible due to the ongoing pandemic situation. Even ICC posted tribute video for MSD but I don't see anything from BCCI so they are not much interested about anything other than the revenue from IPL.Even if there is no farewell match for him everyone know he is legendary player and comes from nowhere and still holds the record of winning captain of all the trophies from ICC and still no other captain got it. BCCI is focussing more on the month-long IPL I guess, they might do something after the IPL. A farewell match would have been great to honor this legend. A lot of fans like me are expecting a farewell match from BCCI I hope they look into this matter and take a decision soon. |

It is true that Pakistan could have won the series if they won that 1st test, but most people including me wouldn't consider that a legit win since rain helped Pakistan survive 2 losses in a row. It is actually embarrassing that he feels that it would have been a legit win. You really cannot blame the captain as he might be under immense pressure loosing a series and luckily for him two matches was a draw and in the first match they could have won the match if they could have put a good second innings and he needs to convince himself and the team to have the confidence. The positive aspect is that the bowlers bowled some good spells and the captain was able to make a crucial century when the team needed. Find of the series was Zak Crawley for England, i did not expect him to be selected and he played a wonderful innings. First test is really solide opportunity for Pakistan to have some good advantage but they lost just in last day and this cost them all series now they have to go in New Zealand and its also not good for them but they have some time to prepare about this series and check mistakes which they done here in England Zak Crawley is really good in last test match and now he can enjoy for some more in near future. Does not matter anymore what the captain decided or what happened on the last day of the first test. A loss is a loss for the records. I don't really follow polkadot but I do think this project will be the toughest competitor ethereum, moreover, there have been many tokens that use polkadots blockchain and have great success and also I have tried tokens from polkadot even though currently most of them have ui wallets that are not good but I am impressed with the fee and also the transfer speed of Polkadot because it is very fast, even in just a matter of minutes the coins we transfer can enter the exchange, if Ethereum wants not to be competed by Polkadot I think they must immediately fix the problem of upgrading ethereum 2.0

I have seen such projects in the past and non were successful. In my opinion it is not easy to integrate crypto with any real world scenario except banking and finance.
Those projects have been always a failure. I mean there is no practical usage of this token as per the website. In my opinion you should avoid this project.
