@mullick
so if there was a breach and you were all contacted then why did you all commit to ensuring customers were told in chat there has never been a hack as you knew this was a lie? there was threats of lawyers etc on it particularly at coinfire...

if paul reported to authorities why did you not contact them after there was never a notice on the site about hacked funds as other businesses and sites do. many exchanges announce. 1.5 years later you never checked up on this and alerted. why the lie knowing it was dishonest and highly likely to be illegal?

also after knowing about the hack then seeing withdrawal problems escalating why not come out or put it together and act with authorities before being forced to?
503  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: December 29, 2016, 09:26:53 AM
what level of wallet access did you have on the exchange and could you have seen that the values of cold wallets didnt add up with all the support ticket queries?

there was mention of paul vernon being alerted of a hack in 2014. i believe at the time from pauls blog or an interview that it was a cryptsy employee and im running rough here but i thought there was mention of either mullick or jshock. if this is the case and it was you why was there no report done to authorities to limit loss.

as a wallet guy surely you saw many bitcoin leaving to coinbase. why was there no kyc on paul sending it and checks for audit when customers were subjected to worse especially when customers were told regular filings were made. if filings were done wouldnt authorities realise payl was doing huge withdrawals that didnt match revenue?

Till now byteball is very impressive only people who are mining are dumping the coin, byteball has great feature and it can regain it position in the market so that people will be happy in coming days. As dev is promptly promoting byteball in different sectors to make byteball as one of the best coin in the industry.

this is a standard template response for signature campaign. im reporting it remove byteball and insert another coin and look at the 70 posts

People don't actually believe any of that word salad nonsense, do they?

This is really amazing.These people are in this situation because none of them had the required brainpower to ask a very simple question (why would garza, amazon, target, walmart, anyone on the planet pay $20 for a paycoin) and now they are all in on a coin that has never come close to answering that question (and these morons still aren't asking it)

honestly i think its more hilarious gamecredits have integrated their coin and api with some actual games and game partners. that in itself isnt whats funny... whats funny is huey doesnt understand their business plan or coin. its sour grapes. id take game credits over ion any day. its scrypt, 90 seconds and no coin spitting masternodes. premine im not sure.... i dont like them but would have to check first. the main funny thing is they have games hueys coin doesnt and he doesnt understand them lol.

Well, I feel if someone had wallet access, and saw funds weren't there, they should be liable, yes. If with nothing else, at least for failure to report.

That being said, Coinbase isn't being sued because they saw funds weren't there. They are being sued because they had faulty KYC/AML, knowing Vernon had scammed people, and still allowing him to liquidate. They turned a blind eye to it. That's what the suit claims.

To be fair, if Coinbase did their job properly, they would have locked accounts, or not allowed it, meaning a good chunk of funds would still be there, or at the least, reported earlier, giving feds an opportunity to seize computers or servers early, maybe saving information. Who knows though, it is a what if scenario. Maybe if it was reported, feds still wouldn't have done anything in time, maybe they would have.

I agree, it doesn't directly catch or even help catch Vernon, but it does help make investors whole.

It isn't ideal by any means, but at this point, I do not believe any prosecution will reach Vernon unless he comes back to states, but at least it helps some people get money back.

Maybe if we're lucky, china will look into bitebi9 and get him with something there.

agreed and likewise what about that other cryptsy employee mullick or jshock that alerted vern to the hack? if they had of reported and performed their dilligence at the time vernon wouldnt have leaked 2 years more of funds? i still believe there are cryptsy employees other than vern that need prosecution. there is no bloody way everything is vern.

so to be fair as well those cryptsy employees with tech and wallet access if they did their job they'd know on support ticket response that people couldnt withdraw be ause the funds available didnt match up agreed? so and im not stating you but mullick, other wallet people etc didnt do their job and are liable. i understand mullick helping but i feel to an extent its a guilty mind trying to limited liability. he could of checked earlier but once names are out and silverlaw on the scene hes overly helpful compared to trollbox days. he had access to check. i asked him for a wallets cold wallet address in the past for big holder checks and he gave it to me. fair to say mullick knew cold wallet addresses too. when people support ticket queried he could check. i dont buy i didnt know.

So the judge decided that it will be reimbursed 66,6% from our coins?

66.6 % of whatever is recovered. Right now the number of coins recovered doesn't equal number of coins lost.

If the coinbase suit is successful, it will be a much better payout.

People actually have to sign up for the suit, as Paul wiped records and servers. They don't know who all had accounts, or what was in it.

So you have to contact them them and do some paperwork.

Only those that are part of the lawsuit will get some of the funds.

the lawsuit against coinbase while making investors whole doesnt address the real target vernon. whilst people will be happy to be whole justice isnt done. i consider coinbase to be as legally liable as cryptsy employees. employees with wallet access etc should and would have known the situation to be true. if you have wallet access you can surely see the funds werent there. was it mullick or jshock that knew of the theft with paul vernon? that person should be facing the courts too in my opinion... your thought on that persons liability horus? deflecting to coinbase is a big of a cop out. they failed in their checking but no more than any bank doing the same... they however didnt commit the ultimate crime nor lie about it.

no
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: December 27, 2016, 04:44:01 AM
Woah. So I missed the deadline of Dec 25th. So does this mean that in Mid-February I will only get  62.5 ByteBalls for every 1 BTC of proven balance?

not sure that value is concrete but yes. you will also get 100mb per 1gb of byteball you have so you could get some otc or from exchange in preparation. if doing otc use a trusted escrow you both agree on. never let a seller or buyer dictate which and only which escrow to use incase of collusion. agree together.

@cryptobuds

nah wildshark just prefers to cut your response down in quote to what he wants it to sound like. he wont answer it because he knows he was caught out. it shows how one sided his comments are and also what little substance it contains.

he just wants you to buy ion. he'll be your friend and dealer as long as you dont ask questions. more like a jellyfish than shark.... no spine

But I do hope you get your answers and I do hope that you know what to ask to get the right ones. Hint: masternode addresses alone won't tell you shit.

Please consult the latest version of  Suchmoon's Bitcointalk ION FAQ for the "real" answers to her latest Ionomy agenda...

Please consult a doctor, whatever you have seems to be getting worse.

rbecause hes gutless.
None of your trash talk affects the Ionomy community... Did you give a friend some IONs for a present??? It is never to late to share some IONs

trash talk? didnt you say any sane investor would look to quarterly and yearly financials? as s whale can you please direct me to ionomys lodged financials? they dont appear to have been lodged.
seems i hit a nerve... you cant back your own statements up and ignore the requests. you are untrustable until you can.

Selling my byteballs.

1,500,000,000 bytes for 1 btc.

so 1.5GB for 1btc? might be better to list in gb so not to confuse

lol, this is insane.

there is 1million GB right?  this price makes 1 million BTC market cap?

the problem of distribution is the holding weight.  whales take it all.

i think they listed in bytes to make it sound like a lot for 1btc. basically they were saying $900 usd for 1.5GB

he thinks hes being smart and trolling. superiority complex. im still waiting for him to explain why he doesnt ask for quarterly and yearly financials. wildshark said any sane investor would look to those but ionomy has none. he goes all quiet and never responds so hes not that clever. he'd address his own statements before attacking others if he desired any credibility. just keep asking him that suchmoon. he'll never answer it because hes gutless.

1GB = 1BTC  Grin

prices here are low. everyone trying to get in cheap desperately. e.g offers of 0.01btc per gb or less. to get 130GB you needed to link 100btc no small amount. holders are being offered 1btc for all that or 1/100th of the worth.

a 100btc holder gets approx 0.2% of the initial market. if the coin is successful they are asking to buy from you 1% of all the available coins for 5btc which is a big chunk. since waves and lisk are distributing and waiting a few months id wait for market prices i believe it will be higher.

remember 1GB is a lot!!! there is only going to be 1000TB or 1PB in total.

each 1GB you own now in a few months will give you another 0.1GB too so you are not only cheaply selling your byteball at this price BUT also your second round share too

current second round is 100MB per 1GB byteball and 62.5MB per 1btc
