like many I got paycoined scammed.. then, i signed up for the lawsuit.. and i guess it was revamped and i missed the sign up for that. yikes. is this lawsuit going anywhere?   all damages paid out should go into paycoin

If the lawsuit goes forward and gets certified as a class action (chances are not looking good though) you will have the opportunity to opt in, so you haven't missed anything yet.

And no, it should not go "into paycoin"... you can gamble it away if you hate money

No nothing can or will be done until the agencies line up the ducks properly and present the case(s).

Please refer to a case such as this one - you will see how extreme / long / slowly the wheels of justice really grind over here.. Do not worry, he will be done in the end, my point was that it takes A LONG time.

Wish someone would dox him.  Wonder what sham business he is involved in now?  Seems like it would be difficult to make a living with such a record unless Uncle Stu is still writing checks for him to keep his mouth shut or open depending on how you look at their relationship.

Must say I am rather surprised another delay wasn't injected but it seems too late. Court closed today:

U.S. District Court of Connecticut will close on the following days:Christmas Day/Winter Holiday Monday, December 26 

Unless they squeeze it in somehow tomorrow before the hour deadline whenever that is. Then again what would be the point, it is now either game on or game off. They need to counter Uncle Stu's last monster defense "control" sob story, they either got the ammo to move forward or they don't. Not like they would need more time to gather more bullshit out of Homero's mouth to counter that.

Still waiting for the plot twist in this one  has to be a catch somewhere somehow down the line. Maybe the whole thing was a ruse, go after both guns blazing, scares the shit out of Homero, he jumps ship pays them to leave him alone, charade continues with Uncle Stu until Homero's funds clear, now tomorrow, they merrily drop the case against Uncle Stu and bid him farewell. 

Let's wait and see what transpires next!
