Now India have just 4 wickets remaining and 57 runs to be scored. Chahar and Yadav are in the crease, the batting order have come to an end.
Deepak Chahar is batting brilliant and now India just need 21 runs in 24 balls, i never thought of watching the match and since it is becoming a close one, i started watching the match. The tail end is exposed and South Africa can still pick the 3 wickets left and take the team to victory.

Jasprit Bumrah is reviewing an umpire decision now, the match is really close and DRS helped India now as the bat was not involved. If India could pull this victory it would be great. Deepak Chahar playing a special innings.

Edit:

Deepak Chahar is gone, India need 8 runs in 13 balls. Cheesy

I can't believe that India lost his match when they were so close to a win. Even if Deepak Chahar was out and could not finish the match for India but what about the rest of the batsmen.  Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal should have scored 8 runs in 13 balls but unfortunately, they could not do so. Quinton de Kock played some great innings in this series and he deserved the man of the series.

South Africa vs India

It's 3rd and the last match of the series. India won the toss and was elected to field. I don't want to bet on India's victory anymore. Batsmen are not regular, moreover, Indian bowlers are not doing well on such a pitch.
South Africa has scored 42 runs in 8 overs, but they have already lost their 2 wickets. However, opener de Kock is still at the crease with 27 runs. If he stays at the crease, South Africa will be able to give big targets.

South Africa's collection is now 130, of which Quinton de Kock is scoring 78 runs. The batting of today's match in South Africa looks like the batting of India in the last few matches. Top 3 batsmen have been out, none of them could play well. If South Africa could somehow score 260-280 runs today. Then, as usual, India will lose today's match.
Quinton de Kock scored 78 off 83 balls, and Dussen scored 22 off 26 balls.

If was no 1 and 5th batsman that have done the job for SA, kock scored brilliant 124 before getting out. Dussen is not out on 52. Seems like SA will comfortably cross 300 as they have scored 217 runs while 78 balls are still remaining. SA must try to cross 280 from here on to whitewash weak Indian side.

South Africa has lost 5 wickets and if they lose one or two more quickly, it will be hard for the South Africans to reach 270+. I will not under estimate this Indian team especially when they have already lost the series and have no pressure on them. Indian can chase any target in this match as they will play freely without the pressure to win the match.

We all witness a big market crash yesterday but look what happened in the BNB/AUD pair. How can the market dumped to 5.7 AUD. I think this was another manipulation by the exchange or do you think it was a mistake only ?

With that said I also think that the Indian team also needs a break. At least until they fix these problems. And with the rise of 'omicron' cases all around the world, there should be a stoppage in cricket for quite a long time I suppose. So it's in their best interest is there fix all of the insidious problems during that time.

There is no stoppage of cricket recently because of the outbreak of omicron. Don't expect the world to be shut down so that Indian team gets a break from their poor performances. By the way, next season of IPL is near where you will find all the Indian players again at their peak form. Let the Indian team play the league cricket, in where they are best at. The outside world's competition is a tough one. Cool
Nonetheless, it's not great news that several key English players are pulling out of the IPL. As a result of Covid, Omicron could lead to another shortage of overseas players. What if the rest of the overseas players followed this trend in the future and focused on country cricket and domestic cricket? At least, it would be nice to see Indian players regain their peak form after the IPL.

There is still a lot of time for the next IPL. By that time, the situation of covid variants will be clear. If the virus is outspread in India at that time, most probably it would be better to delay the IPL rather than to play it without the international players. Secondly, i am not worried if the Indians were not able to play well in this series. They will regain form in the next series for sure.
506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 22, 2022, 05:05:21 AM

Nowadays people don't have enough time to spend an entire day to watch ODI or test matches. The traditionalists will be aghast at this, but the only way for U-19 world cup to attract the fans is to change the format to a shorter one (ideally T20). You can compare the views they received on their live streaming page, to the viewership figures they had in the previous tournaments. It shows a continuous decline. Changing the format to T20 will lessen the workload for the younger players as well.

Main reason why football is so hit is because its played in short duration. You just need 90 min to complete a game of football. Cricket is slow to progress just because it take complete day to play in case of odi. You are right if we want to see cricket in more countries then introduce shorter format of the game.

Every format of cricket has its own benefit. It will not be fair to say that people only want to see the shorter format of the games and do not watch one day or test matches. In fact, sometimes the test matches give so much entertainment which T20 format fails to provide. Also, there is no need for everyone to watch each and every series. People can watch series of their interest only.
507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People claiming themself satoshi on: January 19, 2022, 08:29:37 AM
Actually, the goal of those who recognize themselves as Satoshi Nakamoto is only to seek popularity. They are just wasting time. I think those who recognize themselves as Satoshi Nakomoto are very stupid people.
although stupid but it will greatly affect their popularity even though the reputation and popularity is bad in some circles.
on the other hand there may be some advantages because they think they are satoshi although I don't really care about that because indeed they are free to make whatever they want including claiming they are satoshi and I am also free to do what I want including not trusting people -people who claim to be satoshi Cheesy
Many people try to claim they are real Satoshi Nakamoto by giving many proof but I think they try how to make public look at him, not real Satoshi Nakamoto want to proof his identity because he has many bitcoin assets in his wallet and try how to be careful. Exactly when any body know about him he not safety again because many people try to get access his wallet and many criminal cases happening when public know his identity. Not only for assets safety but also Satoshi Nakamoto try to hidden his identity because he want live without any entertainment publish about him.
maybe because he really wants freedom that's why satoshi keeps him anonymous, apart from security he might not want to be exposed to what he created.
and that's perfectly natural because people need freedom and keep their privacy and security as you say.
On the other hand, when many people claim satoshi today with a number of facts, it certainly makes us think why not from the beginning and why only now. Of course many people don't believe in that even though they stubbornly claim they are satoshi

This is very clear that Satoshi is a anonymous identity and he may never come in public. All those who are claiming to be Satoshi are fake ones and should never be trusted.
What make me sad is that there are some famous personalites who falsely claim themselves but they all are fake or making public fool
Satoshi identity will always remain a mystery.

West Indies bad days are yet to be over rather they are getting worsen day by day. Ireland is a team that can do upset against test playing team but cant beat it in a bilateral series. This win clearly indicates the level of West Indies team these days. Very soon they have to give up there test playing status.

To their defense, West Indies squad was very inexperienced. The only experienced players were Nicholas Pooran, Kieron Pollard, Roston Chase and Jason Holder. Most of the other players had experience of less than 10 ODIs. But then, the Ireland squad was also quite inexperienced. Their captain couldn't play because of COVID. And the way West Indies batting collapsed in multiple matches, there is no justification. The future of West Indies cricket looks doubtful for me, given their inconsistent and poor performances against weak teams.

I was shocked to know that ireland won the series againist west indies. I never expected this result.
West indies had some great players in the past like Chris Gayle  but there are no one in the current team who can be a threat to the opposition.
509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 13th Birthday, Bitcoin. You are a teenager now! on: January 18, 2022, 06:17:06 AM
For this important milestone you have achieved many things...

You have more than 100 million owners.

You are a legal tender of a country (El Salvador).

90% of Americans have heard about you.

Your market cap is around one trillion USD (it is close to the biggest companies and only 10 times less than the market cap of gold).

Your price has increased about 50 million times (from 0.001 USD to 50 000 USD).

Not bad for this short time period (3 January 2009 - 3 January 2022).

True talk, bitcoin is a well known currency, many countries embraced it, bitcoin will be a great valuable in future and government may  accept it as official currency. Happy birthday bitcoin.

That's another reason why you should invest in bitcoins and at the same time you should have more than fifty percent of your portfolio in bitcoins. Some newbies in crypto only invest in altcoins as they think that altcoins can give better returns. This is not 💯% true as bitcoin gives more return in the long run.

Happy birthday 🎉 bitcoin

Where are you watching these U19 cricket matches? Do you know any youtube channel or any site showing these matches live?

There are two ways where you can watch these matches live. Firstly, you can search opn sports live on facebook. They show almost every match live on their facebook page. Second option can be to download the app ICC live app from https://welcome.icc.tv/. There you can watch live streams for cricket matches.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin payments decline as other cryptocurrencies grow on: January 17, 2022, 04:04:20 PM
Bitcoiners avoid BitPay because of unreasonable requirements for KYC.
I wrote about it because of the news and because it can slightly indicate how people are using altcoins with low fee and stable coins for making transaction when exchanges and custodial wallets are confusing people that bitcoin fee is high but not high like they said.

I use electrum, I have used it to buy, sell, shop online. What else do I need? I know payment processors can help  stores like online stores and many like that, that is why they use it, but as for me for now, I am good with electrum.

Many people avoid bitcoin to conduct transactions if they have the option to transact with other cryptocurrencies. I would rather prefer to make payments with litecoins and avoid bitcoin/ethereum because of their high fee. But that does not mean that i would not accumulate them.
People will keep on accumulating bitcoins but they spent other crypto's. Hope this makes you understand how valuable is bitcoin  Smiley

It's a strange occurrence but most of us tend to face this after heavily advertising. They somewhat "died" after joining; no clicks whatsoever.
Incentives don't always work if they only want quick and easy profit.
Most of the people join freebitco to earn free BTC. And the main marketing tool is ‘earn upto $200 from faucets every hour’. Many newbie crypto user join through the affiliate links with a hope of winning big amounts from faucets. Eventually they leave the site when they loss their interest by getting the lower tier prizes. Among my 38 referrals only one user is active now. I had only 4-5 referrals who used to play the multiply BTC game. But none of them are active now.

Exactly, they get attracted by the hopes to win 200$ every hour but most of the times you will only win 4-5 satoshis and after that they will stop. A couple of years ago, I managed to get 700 referrals on 1 GPT site. Only 10 remained active; most of them stopped either immediately or after a couple of days.

As the bitcoin price has increased over the last one year, the free satoshi reward has decreased too much. People see no intention to collect 5 satoshi every hour and hence their interest in faucets gets lower. I think that people should keep on trying the faucet because if one is regularly claiming faucet 10-12 times a day, it's very likely that he/she may also get lucky to win bigger prizes.

Under 19 World Cup ODI is in progress but I think no one is watching those matches. Today Bangladesh will take on England and there is nothing special about this match. The reason i am posting for this is that if you remember last year in 2020 U19 world cup, the Bangladesh team defeated the Indian team in the final and won the WorldCup. That was a historic match and i ugre everyone to watch this match highlights on youtube and refresh their memories.  Smiley

Past results are useless if the current team is unable to perform well.
I Just checked the score on espn and found that bangladesh are all out in this match against England scoring only 98 runs. Although they won the last world cup but the current team does not look any special to make any significant performance.
514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting or casino? on: January 16, 2022, 03:01:35 PM
In this thread I share my opinion. I know 2 types of gambling. Sports and casino. I have both types experience. At first I started to play casino like roulette, dice, ludu. Roulette was my favourite casino table. One day I won 7k usd on roulette table. But I couldn't retain it. I lost all the usd in 10 minutes and day by day my lossing amount increased. Sometimes casino table was so tough. Whatever I bet all lost. No sequence maintained. If I won a day, I would loss 5 days at a stretch. It seemed all was fixed. I shifted to sports betting. I started to follow biggest football league like English premier League, la Liga, french Liga etc. Researched the teams statistics and placed bet. Gradually I covering my losses. What's your experience?

Even I started with casino games like dice, hi-lo game, crash etc... and no doubt the long term results were in a loss.
But I used to play for fun and hence I am not sad with the losses. I have tried betting too but not sports betting.
I mostly bet on crypto prices and so far it has been good for me. I was able to make profits in most of my bets.

Which platform do you use to bet on crypto prices ? As far as i know freebitco.in gives you the opportunity to bet on Bitcoin and Ethereum prices. Don't know if there are more platforms to bet on crypto prices.
Usually, people do future trading which is also similar to betting on crypto prices.

Australia vs England

Is England going to win the last Test match in the end after 3 consecutive defeats and one draw? What do you think?
Australia scored 303 runs in the first innings. But Australia lost 8 wickets for only 141 runs in the second innings. I think they will finish their innings in 10 overs in advance. However, Australia is already ahead by 256 runs. England will not be able to win if Australia gives more than 280 targets. They do have not that ability right now. However, if England can stop Australia by 260, then England can fight to win.

What an unexpected performance by Australians and England in the 2nd innings. Australian scoring only 155 runs but then England all out at 124 runs. Look like both teams have forgotten on how to bat in a test match.

Anyways this Ashes was good for the Australians and a tough one for England. Travis Head is the man of the match and also player of the series.

Unfortunately, no one can help you in this case. If you play at the scam site, what else can you expect from them? You should bear this loss and get a lesson from this incident. Before playing and depositing on any casino, kindly check its feedback and views from people playing there. A little time invested in knowing the credibility of the gambling site may help you from financial losses.
517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2022 bear market? on: January 16, 2022, 01:51:31 PM
As we have seen the bull market of 2021, history has shown there to be a following of a bear market in the next year (2022). What are your thoughts so far and how do you believe it will play out.

I think the bear market is still just starting, btc should now be around 16-22k on average price until 2025.

Your thoughts?

As per the on chain data and analysis by many experts, no one is willing to accept this as a bear market. Everyone is of the point of view that we may be another big bull run before the start of the bear market. Some people say that cycles are extended. I think that since the marketcap of bitcoin is so high, it won't be easy for bitcoin to either pump hard or dump hard. Bitcoin may move in ranges and movement will be slow.

~
This series was a big blow to India's stake for sure. In first test they played like they have no competition and in rest of two they played as if they can't give competition. I think team India has faced such bad phases for a lot of times now already, suddenly all the best players go out of form and then BCCI brings in some new players from the bench who play really well but then the older folks come back in form to fill the slots, a few are able to get back their slots while rest are dropped.
Too much experimentation might be the reason, in the first match, KL Rahul played a wonderful innings and that is the reason India was able to score a good total and win the match, in the next two matches there were individual performances but the batting failed as a unit and the bowlers cannot win matches from impossible situations  Cheesy.

Ravichandran Ashwin did not bowl that much in the entire series because the pitch was not spinner friendly either, since the batting was struggling they should have added another batsman who could bowl a few overs of spin.

I think you have a valid point. A year back, India were untouchable in tests and they were winning every game as they had a solid and fixed lineup. But now they are experimenting too much and rotating players a lot which makes them inconsistent. Kohli's off-form is also a factor. He used to get a big percentage of the whole runs India made but since he is not consistent right now, as a result, team India is also suffering.

This means that all those wins were because of the one man show, Kohli, who was in supreme form. Now that the India team is experimenting and find the right combination, it is hurting them. No team can remain on top forever as different phases come on every team. I hope the Indian team will soon settle down to the right combinations and we will see another strong Team India.

The accounts associated with the 1xbit scammers signature campaign (whether joined or applied to join) all have negative feedback, most of them from multiple DT members. It shows the level of clients 1xbit are willing to entertain and it also shows the greed of forum members that would happily promote a scam for the sake of pocketing some cash.

All of them who have supported 1xbit signature just for their greediness are now at the mercy of the 1xbit team. No other campaign will ever accept them because they have negative painted. Also, 1xbit every now and then lowers the campaign rates because they know that they have now hired the slaves who have no option but to stay here.

You shouldn't worry about it, this is just a glitch/bug that will soon be corrected. There is also no need to also contact their support as they will be flooded by mails. This bug already happened also in the past and was always set right in a short amount of time, so just be patient.

I was indeed flooded with emails this morning. wetsuit is fixing it right now. It'll run twice today.

Was anyone worried at all? I wasn't.  Cheesy

Bugs do happen, nothing weird about that. It is important to know that freebit.co.in has one of the best management in the industry. Keep up the good work!

Yes, many were worried otherwise @TheQuin inbox would not have been flooded with emails  Wink

Anyways, i already knew that this will soon be fixed by the team. Ever since i have been playing at FreeBitco, i did not encounter any error or bug which remain unfix for a long period of time.
