OK, we've topped these up past 100%. Now let's start the FFS for something more important, IE, Fluffy streaking around naked next World Cup, yelling "Don't buy Monero!"

total supply of dash coin fixed? According to Evan, nothing in Dash is fixed. He may change the total supply any time he wants to. It's already happened once. Any changes to Dash will be voted on by the masternodes. The Masternodes did *NOT* vote on the Darkcoin to Dash rebrand. Darkcoin was re-branded to Dash before masternodes existedBless your heart, are you really this stupid or intentionally telling lies? May 2014: Darkcoin price jumps on eve of Masternode Ponzi launch - https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/darkcoin-price-skyrockets-eve-masternode-launch/April 2015: Darkcoin rebrands to Dash - https://www.coinprices.io/articles/darkcoin-rises-rebrands-to-dashYou assert Dash's 2mb blocks "will be implemented without controversy" yet fail to address the specific reason I provided for doubting that, as if you don't even understand what the phrase "quadratic verification times" means. If Dash were to suddenly gain widespread actual use it would need 2mb blocks, but would not be ready to implement them. Where is the code and testing for 2mb blocks? Do you actually think Evan can just find and replace the variable to upgrade? Where is his solution for quadratic verification? When will it be tested and ready for production? What is the point of voting for 2mb blocks and congratulating yourselves about Dash's DGBB when the votes have no meaning other than pure symbolism? You have conceded the Darkcoin-to-Dash rebrand happened without Masternode voting, but you are so profoundly ignorant of the basic facts you aren't even aware that Masternodes existed long before the rebrand. How sad that I must inform you about the actual history of the scam coin you are choosing to shill for using fake facts about the rebrand occurring "before masternodes existed." I'm going to concur with what MM said
So you also believe the Darkcoin-to-Dash rebrand happened before Masternodes existed? That's adorable! i never thought these shills would go this low..haha Have you seen this article about the new CEO of Dash? It confirms vertoe's accusation that Dash is a 100% centralized project. Before joining Dash, Taylor was a hedge fund analyst does this Ryan Taylor have a bitcointalk account? just curious....... I think he posts on /r/dashpay as Basilpop. He's a real piece of work who attacks any mention of the Instamine and bans posters for insufficient clapping. It was great fun watching Basilpoop have to put up with a high-profile guest from Twitter that he could not simply abuse and moderate. https://www.reddit.com/r/dashpay/comments/6dk7v8/why_does_dash_have_a_bad_reputation/https://www.reddit.com/r/dashpay/comments/6eiygi/dash_marketing_why_this_victim_mentalityhttps://www.reddit.com/r/dashpay/comments/6ev6aa/dash_claims_to_be_cash_so_why_isnt_it_private_and/EDIT: Here's the one where Basilpoop gets slapped around and #REKT.

That looks awesome. Guess the next few days are going to be exciting for DGB holders! Jared can't even keep Digibyte Market's simple DGB-based shopping cart working, much less be bothered to shut down the site when it starts stealing money. Yet he feels entitled to run Citi's identity project? LAAAAWWWWL G. T. F. O. That's never going to happen. Not in a million years. Don't believe me? Go to https://www.digibytemarket.com/ and try to buy something. You will spend your coins and get nothing in return. If you try to use the online Help option, it fails. If you email info@digibytemarket.com it won't even acknowledge getting the email. That (along with the abandoned and probably insolvent Digibyte Gaming platform) is the essence of DGB. This is why you should learn to walk before trying to run. If you don't, you trip and smash your face all over the sidewalk. The coin should be renamed DinduByte or perhaps DingyByte.

An articulate, social media-savvy spokeswoman can do wonders for a coin's brand awareness and market cap. Amanda BJ pumped Dash The Instamined Scamcoin to $1 billion with only a measly 13k Subscribers and an abysmal 3k-5k views per video. That is some impressive used car salesmanship, but nothing compared to what Lauren & Co. may do for Monero with her 260k subs and 130k views per vid. The Alt Right+Sovereign Individual+Ancap+Libertarian+Identitarian+Trad alliance who follow Lauren is coming to liberation technology like crypto in general and Monero specifically. Prepare your portfolios for a groundswell of organic demand for Monero's best-in-class machinery of freedom.

Look at the posts on this page. Do you see the trend, where Dash keeps falling to new lows against Monero? Where is the Evolution whitepaper? Where is Dash's segwit roadmap? Are DashHoles really stupid enough to believe their vaporware is better than Lightning on Litecoin? It's adorable to watch the Evan's Gate cult get worked up over their horribly slow 2.5 minute blocks while Monero has 2 min blocks, not to mention that ETC and DGB have 15 second blocks.

The Citi hype is great and all but www.digibytemarket.com is taking DGB and (afaict) not giving the products ordered. Not only is the core functionality broken, the Zendesk Help feature is broken as well, so I can't even complain to the management! Doesn't look good for DGB when the Market and Gaming platforms have been abandoned yet persist in harmful failure modes. The platforms are not abandoned. At the moment we have limited resources but we are working to bring more on board, however, this does take time. Please let us check into this. Thank you, everyone, for your patience. I don't mind waiting but since DigibyteMarket is apparently stealing customers' money you should immediately verify whether it's working or not, and if it's really broken, shut it down. Leaving DigibyteMarket up and accepting payments while it does not provide order fulfillment (NOR EVEN HAVE A FUNCTIONAL FUCKING ZENDESK HELP THINGY!!!11!) is the definition of abandoned. Even contacting info@digibytemarket.com failed to provide so much as an automatic message received acknowledgement, which is completely unprofessional. It is dishonest to claim otherwise and spin this problem as "oh gee sorry we're just so busy please judge us by our intentions not real world outcomes, the platform just seems and acts abandoned but it's not Really Abandoned (for some definition of Really Abandoned incongruous with Functionally Abandoned)." I made purchases using two different email address, just to make sure the problem wasn't on my end. I paid $10 worth of Digibyte twice and got nothing in return. I want the new Caitlyn skin, not just the satisfaction of seeing how impressively quickly DGB tx are broadcast and confirmed.

LOL We might see it the other way around as well when Safecoin is implemented and domains can change ownership. Before that, there will be a hunt for all big domains I guess. Making the huge assumption the project will actually launch Someday, how will MAID prevent the domain landgrab and rampant squatting which ruined Namecoin?

It's actually an example of what an incoherent random mess looks like and of how to impose the most adverse of couplings at the wrong place in the design/development cycle, just so you've got "something to sell". I suppose we could test it out though. Try painting an online Picasso by letting everyone vote on where the next pixel goes. Could be interesting. At least it would be democratic ! That's nice. The point is Dash's future emission and branding are no more fixed than Darkcoin's were. That is to say, not at all. Darkcoin's emission was changed on Evan's whim. Then Darkcoin's brand was changed on Evan's whim. No Masternode voting was involved. No wonder you have to fling poo at Decred's scrupulously ethical blockchain democracy.

total supply of dash coin fixed?
According to Evan, nothing in Dash is fixed. He may change the total supply any time he wants to. It's already happened once. Just to let you know, your beloved Evan is not core dev anymore . Shocked? He is more like consultant/advisor now. Dash have 18 full-time developers, all paid from the blockchain, so your three years old FUD bus factor 1 is in the bin . Also there are ~4500 masternodes ready to vote for any changes. BTW you sound tired. I assume that trying to convince people that 80% anonymous, Pump&Dump, fluffyretardo, cultish, scammy coin-xmr is a cool coin, is very tiring Maybe Icebreaker wasn't 'in' on fluffyponys recent scam. Poor Icey, yes probably needs a holiday It's rather telling you all would rather discuss me rather than, given the fact Evan alters emission at will, admit Dash has no reliably/provably fixed supply.Any changes to Dash will be voted on by the masternodes. The coin supply is fixed and will not be changing. No changes that would damage the coins value would get voted in by the masternodes. The masternodes "voted" for 2MB blocks, yet there is still no fix for the quadratic verification issue and thus the change hasn't been coded/tested/deployed. Dash's "vote" for 2MB was merely an exercise in Governance Theater, with no actual purpose other than a creating a brief opportunity to sneer at Bitcoin and pump Dash as a viable alternative. The Masternodes did *NOT* vote on the Darkcoin to Dash rebrand. It was done via decree by the cargo cult's High Priest, not proven stakeholders. This: https://www.dash.org/news/rebranding-to-dash/is an example of dictatorial executive fiat, not on-chain governance. This: https://voting.decred.org/is what actual blockchain democracy looks like.
