Dash is attracting the attention of the Dutch government and The Basel Institute on Governance, specifically with regards to its Masternodes' ability to mix/tumble coins (IE, launder money).

The Evan's Gate cult is hilarious.  First they screech knee-jerk denials that the new anti-mixing/tumbling laws apply to Masternodes, then try changing the subject to other coins, and finally just run over the inconvenient facts using their pet mod's sensor ship.

The DashHoles' panicked, immature response to changes in Dutch law making Masternode money-laundering illegal is messenger-shooting tu quoque, that is the accusation of hypocrisy (or in kindergarten terms, 'I'm rubber you're glue').

Rather than explain why Masternodes, which exist only to facilitate coin mixing and other (unlicensed) money services, are not effected by the new Dutch law, they deflect by changing the subject to some ridiculous unsupported theory that Monero is now illegal there.

Never mind that Apple's expensive top-shelf lawyers said Monero is OK shortly after they banned Dash from iOS, because tu quoque is spatula's go-to deflection mechanism.  EG, he used that logical fallacy as his primary talking point during his epic defense of Dash's Instamine.

When Monero launched in mid 2014, he was pumping all kinds of shitcoins, none of which ever went anywhere except into the great dump of history.

I'm not sure "technically" is enough to keep you out of Dutch jail for money laundering.

Dash buyers/holders paid a lot of money to have a real actual lawyer consider whether the law will treat Masternodes like tor nodes or like Bin Ladin's terror funding network .

It would be nice to know their professional researched conclusions, rather that what you feel about what will "probably" happen.

Of course that lawyer isn't specialized in Dutch law, and that potential risk should be disclosed to Masternode operators and Dash buyers.

Disclosing risks is what sets legitimate investments apart from blue sky rip-offs.

The Dutch authorities aren't going to be impressed, much less mollified, by some shady self-serving deal with nobodies such as Coinfirm.   

It sounds like you already know the unannounced results of the Legal Research that Minotaur is refusing to share with the people who funded it.

Do you really have any specialized insight into whether or not Masternodes will run afoul of these new Dutch laws against mixing services, or are you just talking out of your...whatever?

Isn't facilitating DarkSend and InstantX transactions the entire point of Masternodes?  How are those functions not prima facie examples of money-laundering operations and unlicensed money services?

Where is the Legal Research Dash paid to have done with regard to ATMs (IE unlicensed trading) and Masternodes (IE money-laundering operations)?

Is it really the case that insiders like Minotaur are going to keep that valuable information for themselves, despite it having been paid for collectively by the community?

This project was funded last September.  It's ridiculous there is nothing to show for it so many months later.

Even more asinine is the claim that the findings cannot be shared with the people who paid for them, because that would "breach attorney-client privilege."

Someone should inform Minotaur that attorney-client privilege may be waived.

I think the NeverTrump Hillary supporters are very tetchy and salty today, and it shows through in their dour, bitter posts.   

Monero is not a "business" so that is the wrong paradigm in which to evaluate fluffy's activities.

As an aside, Dash's structure as a centralized business/organization with CEO/CTO/Chairman Duffield is exactly what will bring down the hammer of regulation on THE DARKCOIN FOUNDATION INC. (a fraudulent non-profit set up to financially/materially benefit the Instamine Crew and promulgate their Masternode HYIP and unlicensed money services business).
