561  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling 8 BITMAIN ANTMINER S1s ( 8 x 192GH/s = 1.5TH/s ) from US to US only on: February 02, 2014, 07:19:50 AM

Are these different than the 1.5BTC ones selling new elsewhere?

These are the same. These miners will ship on Feb 4, 2014 from US (no customs delay etc.). If the buyer pays on Sunday night, I can ship these on Feb 3, 2013.

I have no idea when 1.5BTC miners from BITMAIN will ship and how long it would take for the units to reach the buyers.

not coming to say anything about your authenticity mate but i just wanted to point out that you can refund a shipping label if you havent used it so its not really a proof as a standalone

But I believe my reputation is solid enough on this forum to preclude escrow.

hey all. sorry i seem to have gone dormant with this project. I've been dealing with a bunch of shit in my personal life i dont mind sharing. Main thing is the lovely lady in the white dress in my avatar (my wife) recently started having seizures/convulsions 2-6 times a day and doctors cant find a damn reason. along with taht is the medical bills from not having insurance (thanks obama ~:[ )

saddening story aside, I'm slowly making progress when i find myself a few minutes of peace.

yes thats me in my avatar, and wife, and daughter :,)

Is she having enough sleep. I know a close person whose seizures are triggered due to lack of sleep. I hear you man. Hope she gets well soon.
571  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: THERE IS NO TAX and there NEVER be any Tax on Bitcoin on: January 31, 2014, 02:26:38 AM
Yeah! Fuck Government! I don't want my bin collected weekly, or my street lit at night! I don't want a clean maintained park to give my dog a safe run in, flood defences, the roads gritting when its icey, schools, or any of that useless shit!

I thought government can print at will, and most govt programs are funded that way. taxes help prop up the gov money. Correct me if I'm wrong.

IIRC Keynesian economists do suggest that the govt should keep on printing money and use it to fund programs finally leading to full employment.

Mid 80's temperature is pretty hot isn't it?
R9 290, 290X are HOT running GPU. the default BIOS is happy with 90C to 95C before underclocking / undervolting automa

577  Economy / Economics / Re: Most pathetic Bitcoin-hater article of all time on: January 24, 2014, 02:18:37 PM
How is this possible ?

For example, suppose a customer attempts a purchase from an online merchant, and enters the Bitcoin number. Alas, a hacker has broken into the system, Target style, and grabs and spends the Bitcoin number before the merchant even sees it. Even if the compromised system was on the customer's end, it may be hard to prove and the merchant still ends up eating the loss or facing a lawsuit.

Someone bought $5million of DOGEs. No idea if that person sold some BTC / LTC first.
This week, transactions worth a total of $US14 million were made, including one Chinese investor who bought $US5 million worth of the virtual currency.
