581  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences between an investor and common man! on: September 20, 2019, 08:41:01 AM
I'll share my thoughts. I wasn't an investor until I came to crypto. Why did I become an investor? In order to receive a percentage of income. And I had the opportunity, desire and means for this. In principle, these are all the differences.

Being an investors has always been there, even before the beginning of cryptocurrency.
Just that cryptocurrency exposed it and made most people understand that one can save and input money to gain and not spend unnecessarily. So, it does not have to be on cryptocurrency, you can choose to spend recklessly or save wisely.
582  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Bulls Celebrate Too Early? on: September 20, 2019, 06:30:18 AM
By the down price of bitcoin yesterday, it seems triggered some altcoin to increase, and we saw that the altcoin has started to rise. If the situations are like this, then the altcoin season soon will come and who knows, we will see it happen in the next month. Today, bitcoin is back to $10k but some of the altcoins still trying to rise so we have a chance to see some surprises from the altcoin. Or the other scenario is bitcoin price will break $11k and will jump to the higher rate. We will see it later.

I doubt if we will see altcoins rising next month, next month can't be the time a lot of investors have been waiting for, though I think that time will be next year.
Positively, by next year, there will be a major rise is altcoins, so don't be surprised if we see more red from altcoins, next month and towards the ending of the year.
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of gamblers are rich or poor? on: September 19, 2019, 09:36:24 PM
Gamblers is a rich people (biggest part), have money for gambling. They not have problem to loses on gambling. And poor people play gambliing, but very smaler then rich, they play with small risks. Poor people know that they spend a lot of gambling, for example, leading a salary. Countries in transition have a problem with gambling, because when the poor spends their salary on gambling, they decide to kill because of all that not have money, but have lot of problem.

Both rich or poor people can gamble with small or big amounts and it has to do with the amount of risk the person is willing to take and how sure he/she is about the game. A poor person can take all their last saving to gamble because he is certain he will win that game, he might win or loss all, same goes for the rich too. In some cases, some rich people tend to even gamble with small funds and they are sure to let it go without regret.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 19, 2019, 05:59:18 PM
In total its about four in total.
However, I am frequent in just two, and as  if  I am using the same gambling strategies, it not always.
Sometimes I tend to use it but sometimes it proves abortive and requires changing.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CHANGE, the only thing that's Constant on: September 18, 2019, 11:59:14 PM
Exactly, change is constant and that's why recently some big cap altcoins which dipped badly are now experiencing an uptrend. Take a look at XLM which did over 20% increase, ETH and XRP also doing great. Everyone is now excited to see if this is the altcoin season we've been waiting for. There is hope in crypto.
Sure.. there is sure hope for cryptocurrency in the future but the little price increase we are experiencing in altcoins recently is not the long waited one. Next year will definitely be the year of altcoins but bear in mind that it is only the coins which will create impact in the digital currency future. Others will be a waste.

Moreover, OP where cryptocurrency especially altcoins seems to be at a still is because no developer is willingly to create something unique this days, it seems all the crypto ideas are gone.
586  Economy / Economics / Re: At which price will loose Bitcoin the dominance in the Crypto Market? on: September 18, 2019, 10:48:37 PM
I don't think it has to do with price but trust, most crypto investors trust Bitcoin so much that they believe that any dip price it experience will surely pump up in a matter of time. The day Bitcoin will loose it dominance ability is the day people have lost trust in it.
Not sure what might trigger this mistrust, but it will be a time Bitcoin will cease to exist.
Probably, another cryptocurrency or altcoins will dominate or go down the drainage with it.
587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lets think Bitcoin as an investment not payment system, is this right? on: September 18, 2019, 09:58:44 PM
Guess this Chinese reason was true and it could have contributed why they tend to frown at it when most of it citzens us it as a payment system.
But as at that, Bitcoin has always been both an investment and a payment system and it depends on what each users wants to regard it as or use it as.
For the Chinese, i guess they don't like the idea of having an external payment system interfering with the internal system they have set up.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of gamblers are rich or poor? on: September 18, 2019, 11:20:51 AM
Gambling is one activites that don't discriminate, as both rich and poor can play them. What is expected of the player is too check their pocket or what they can afford.
But then, another thing is that I don't think that someone who has not eaten should take his/her feeding money to gamble. Whoever does this is purely addicted to gambling.
589  Economy / Economics / Re: Which currency will dominate the crypto market? Please vote! on: September 17, 2019, 10:10:06 PM
Your question is confusing, OP.
And to make it more confusing, you don't have Bitcoin listed in your poll.
If you are asking about which fiat currency is dominating, then we all know it's Bitcoin. And if you are asking about that of cryptocurrency, of course, Bitcoin will be leading.
However, if you are asking which fait is mostly used in the purchase of cryptocurrency, then it's mostly the USD but many people are using other altcoins to purchase BTC when available .
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Have An Exit Plan In Playing Gamble? on: September 15, 2019, 02:25:25 PM
It's not impossible to leave gambling cause if one is determined to quit, then it should not be an hard task especially when one is not addicted to it at first. If you find yourself finding it hard to fully call it a quit, then you are addicted.

As for your question, in the future, I may not continue gambling and it has nothing to do with addiction but more of life or interest changes. Even now, I don't play continuously instead I play, take a major break and play after weeks. It's just my way of keeping my sanity.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still excited when there is news about the real Satoshi coming up on: September 13, 2019, 10:13:12 PM
i don't really care who the real satoshi is. And who know if he is the real satoshi, many news lately that claim the real satoshi, but at the end they just can't prove anything. Bitcoin will still stand with or without real satoshi.

Trust me you will care when the real satoshi emerges, if not for anything at least to know what he looks like.. Lol and of course the many conspiracies which will follow it.
I guess may people have already lost interest because of the numerous imposters coming up every now and then.
Moreover, OP should have used the word curious instead of excited.
592  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I almost got scammed on: September 13, 2019, 09:23:59 PM
Wow! I most confess, I don't also notice the difference too till you mentioned it, I had to check twice. Just a dot and a (.) and (,) would have cost that amount!
I guess he have played this same trick on others and got away with it, he caught up with the wrong victim.
Moreover, I still think using escrow outside this forum means taking risk. There are reputable members here who would have offered such services in good condition.
593  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2019-09-12] Bobby Lee Suddenly Makes $200,000 BTC Price Prediction on: September 13, 2019, 08:19:08 PM
So he is setting up 'a new cryptocurrency startup that will make it easier for the average Joe to spend crypto' , then he suddenly made a $200k Bitcoin price prediction; sounds to me like a marketing strategy. Just his way of stiring up interest and bringing in more investors as some investors are losing hope in the price of Bitcoin

I'm not saying that Bitcoin can't reach that price, it will certainly do, glad he didn't say it's the ending of the year like others did.
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: September 13, 2019, 07:34:02 PM
yes, it changes the image of a person in society, especially people who have strong religious knowledge,
Gambling is not allowed, and when it is done it will change the image of someone who looks good to bad,
but if we do gambling online it will be safer, because we can hold privacy and avoid crowds.

I think that whether online or offline, gambling is not met to give a person a bad image or reputation if there is nothing negative associated with it.
Though, expect the religious beliefs of a person term it as a sin or evil. Then I think a person who pays huge respect to their religion shouldn't involve in it if their conscience won't judge them right.
595  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: tell us 3 mistakes you do when you start trading on: September 13, 2019, 05:57:13 PM
I'm not a constant trader but with the few times i have traded, there are few things i have learnt and the most important are;
1) Jumping into real trading without testing out in a mock or trail account. Most trader believe that watching YouTube videos or reading articles merely helps but not true. Nothing beats real -life practicing.
2) Watch the market closely. this helps a lot in monitoring the direction of the market.
3) Last is, like others have stated, do not trade with emotions. That's the biggest killer.
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Marketing And Religion on: September 13, 2019, 01:49:37 PM
seems straight forward that the money comming from promoting something illegal, is in itself illegal...
Same thing would be if you were promoting drugs, but not directly selling them... think about it
We can agree with Islam view or not, nevertheless if anyone wants to follow it, it should not search for backdoors...

I think you are missing the word here.
When it comes to religion, what makes it not acceptable is that whether it is considered as a 'sin' or not. And has nothing to do with being 'illegal' which is mostly use for non religious unacceptable activities.

That been said, OP, I feel one should do what is considered right by one's conscience.
597  Economy / Speculation / Re: I bought a bitcoin today for 9K and sold when it hit 10K should I Of left it? on: September 12, 2019, 11:55:53 PM

You are just being greedy and that is why you are asking for more which is wrong if you are a day trader.

Greedy? I will say more like lucky cause not every day trader will make this gain as a starter. Some don't even see the opportunity or knows when to grab it.
From his tone, the guy is just excited and he asked a question anyone in his position would have asked though which is, contemplating to continue or take a break.

OP, you have to be really sure if you can continuously do this day trading. Remember, it's not mandated to buy 1 btc before trading.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust the market or the business owners? on: September 12, 2019, 11:44:08 PM
I would probably trust the business owners of course, they will create the msrket and when you have a good community just like what happened to btc. Market will be automatically created and for sure it will soar high. Though you have to consider some factors such as negative things like FUD, market manipulators and pros and cons.
This will be just like entering to a business where you know there won't be gain yet still going in.
Though, sometimes, good developers contributes to the growth of the coin if they are working hard to present or
market it well but trust or following them just for their name makes no sense. Some of them have big names yet nothing, I think the market direction is just the best. The market activities and flow of the coin is it growth.
599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Friends & Family adoption - Share your experience. on: September 12, 2019, 10:59:10 PM
Most of my family knows about cryptocurrency particularly Bitcoin.
But one thing they seems not to understand is why the prices keeps fluctuating.
To them, they expect the price of Bitcoin to always increase in a constant flow, even when I have explained the reasons behind it to them. They always ask me about the recent price of Bitcoin sometimes and won't hesitate to tell jest me when the price dumps. They are very understanding though.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to earn crypto without investing or mining on: September 12, 2019, 09:49:26 PM
if I think of getting bitcoin by not investing and mining for me, participating in Airdrop, joining karuni and joining social media like Twitter and Facebook.
Instead of participating in airdrop for penny, why not use that strength and time to learn a skill which can even pay you more when charged in cryptocurrency.
Even bounty participation is becoming more useless this days. After many months of promoting an ICO you end up with shity coins not even paid.
