7561  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Dashboard Empty on: November 18, 2017, 04:48:14 PM
I just checked it right now and it's working for me, but I already got the same thing before, It was when they were changing the user interface or the site was overloaded (like it happens with several exchanges with the same problem) Nothing much to do from your side other than just to be patient and try again later.
7562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the average fee you guys are paying for transaction these days? on: November 17, 2017, 09:12:10 PM
Sorry to ask but are you aware how the fees work and that basically, you can set the fees yourself with Bitcoin. You could have pay 4 times less and still receive the transaction at a decent time. I don't know blockchain.info wallet but to avoid such situation, uses a wallet that let you set the fees you want to pay. (Bitwala, for example, as it look like you prefer we based wallet)
7563  Other / Meta / Re: when are you going to grow up this forum? on: November 17, 2017, 05:34:27 PM
What the transaction cost has to do with "growing up this forum"
Mods can be fixed on anything they want, they don't make the forum they moderate it. Everyone is eligible to have his own opinion no matter who you are
7564  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin debit card With Atm limit >$4000 on: November 17, 2017, 01:15:15 PM
There isn't any because of laws/regulations about money laundering etc, especially in Europe and because of Visa & Mastercard.
The highest currently is Wagecan but the limit won't be enough for you as they have a $2500 daily/ $25000 yearly limit.
Even with your bank they won't give you such limit unless you earn like $30,000 monthly
7565  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken members need to generate new bitcoin and tether addresses for deposits on: November 17, 2017, 12:38:01 PM
Nice to see I find here the answer to what I asked them in a support ticket.... 5 days ago without a reply. I don't remember that I received this email or maybe I missed it. First time I see this happening with an exchange, hope it will be the last time because it's quite annoying to the say the least.
7566  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Don't send sepa transfer from bitcoin based platform like bitpanda to payoneer. on: November 17, 2017, 10:41:38 AM
@mobnepal
If you check the User Agreement/TOS from Payoneer it is written that Payoneer is not accepting transactions related to digital currencies. It is included in their forbidden activities. I am pretty sure it is the reason they rejected the transfer.
Becarefull with them because once they terminate your account you won't be able to create a new one
7567  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think economical condition can be develop by the help of bitcoin? on: November 16, 2017, 05:46:30 PM
Different people have different opinion but I think bitcoin is new part of  strong currency. We need some help from government or national security for monitoring and providing strong  security for those people who are working into this sector. Even more people are affected by various criminal attack that  reduce  and demotivated to work in online earning.
Now times are changing by the help of different online currency trough which people can earning money and invest these money in different sector for the purpose of getting profit.
In future proper security and more effectiveness of virtual currency  can contribute economical development.

I am not sure to get your point but:

We don't need and we don't want any government or national security for anything with Bitcoin. Bitcoin has been created to give us a freedom from governments and full control of our money, etc. It has not been created to allow the governments to fuck us more.

What kind of security are you hoping for? There are "criminal attacks" without Bitcoin and it doesn't reduce people to work online. Besides this, Bitcoin has not been created to "work online" It's a currency using cryptography, not a job center.
7568  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken - Account temporarily disabled on: November 16, 2017, 05:03:38 PM
The site is buggy these days for a lot of us and several problems are occurring. Someone posted here having the same problem as you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2396547.0 So I think it's one of their bugs. They told us they are trying to fix all their errors, I hope it will be done this year. Roll Eyes Maybe you should try later and check again if the error is still here (considering it is a bug)

7572  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [LIST] Free EU bank accounts that you can be opened directly online on: November 16, 2017, 10:43:50 AM
And I can't, I have an ID card, of course, the card is valid but the date is expired, our gov. made some changes while back about it, so a lot of us have an ID card considered valid by the gov but the cards are showing an expired date.
What country? I doubt this is the case in any country, maybe you're right about some shithole like Haiti though...

Not necessary, I am a European citizen
Every country can make this type of change, for example when they are introducing a totally new card design, or implementing a new security on it, for whatever reason they have.

7574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Robbery in Istanbul on: November 15, 2017, 08:54:02 PM
Yeah, don't tell anybody this kind of things. Even to your friend and family. Don't make yourself a target. It's how people owning gold get robbed at home. They tell it publicly, for example, a friend. Then the friend will repeat "oh I know someone with gold under the bed"

BTW, I don't get it with the private keys. The guy keeps the keys in his pocket or wallet or it's hidden in the car? lol
He surely was talking publicly and makes himself a target. It is something that needs to stay private.
7575  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [LIST] Free EU bank accounts that you can be opened directly online on: November 15, 2017, 05:01:10 PM
Yes, and those restrictions/verifications shouldn't bother you if you are really using these services for legitimate uses, such as remittance, salary and such.

It can bother people even those who are using those services for legitimate uses. As I said, It was less strict before and over the years they add verifications of all kind, up to take selfie or video call and so on. They don't invent new rules/laws for fun. They do because of abuses/misuses/frauds. And some are not able to meet their requirements.

I can give you an example. There is a service that I was using and all working fine and then a day they decided to add a new verification stuff. Need to send again ID card. And I can't, I have an ID card, of course, the card is valid but the date is expired, our gov. made some changes while back about it, so a lot of us have an ID card considered valid by the gov but the cards are showing an expired date. Hard to explain this to foreign companies, some countries accept and some not. In some countries, you can be fired back to your country for an illegal situation, like a refugee!

You can say: So what, get a new card. Yes, the problem is the gov doesn't want to provide us a new card as the old is still valid, so there is no need for their point of view. The only solution is going to the police and lie to them telling you got robbed and inventing a fake story, which no one, including myself, want to do.
It's just an example but I can give other examples as well. So you see, people with legitimate uses can be affected for all this
7576  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Which name would you chose ? on: November 15, 2017, 03:41:30 PM
I voted for Bitruby but after thinking twice I prefer Bitelk
Not easy to choose a good domain name, I don't know if those domains exist but as suggestions
Cryptoswap
Cryptotrade
Cryptoly
NeoTrade
CoinEx
TradEx
CryptoMarket

Good luck to your friend for his/her project.
7577  Economy / Speculation / Re: And We Are Back In The Game! on: November 15, 2017, 02:53:36 PM
Hope for the best. I knew it was better to wait for this week to see the price coming back. Now the question is how far will it go, or at least reach the ~$7800 that it had before this. In case it stabilizes to what it is currently, I am still happy with it. At least it's less volatile. Bitcoin becomes stronger and stronger with time. Like a good bottle of wine. xD

The price of bitcoin is not fixed. So up or down the price is natural.

Thanks man, nobody was aware of this. Have you understood what @iamTom123 was talking about?
He is referring to the decline of the Bitcoin value that was cause caused by the fork and attack.
7578  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: November 15, 2017, 02:23:56 PM
beware of cryptopia locking your coins and giving pathetic reasons such as "zero connections"

Currently they have locked millions in WAVES and tokens, and claim that waves platform is to blame, such horseshit. Every other exchange is able to use waves including Bittrex.
Waves is a top 25 CMC platform with working tokens across all exchanges...
Yet cryptopia are claiming they cannot withdraw any waves and holding millions of WAVES belonging to their users as hostage.

Do not use this exchange till this is resolved. They may suddenly decide to disable ETH or BTC too and claim its a problem with ETH itself.

Very poor tactics to hold users funds without any support.

Funny comment.
I saw a notice about this explaining everything going on. If you searched a little you could find it too for sure. Cryptopia is maybe the only exchange that I trust and they are really reliable (not like a lot of others). I can give them all my coins and sleep very well.
They have no reason to adopt a shady behavior. Saying that they may suddenly decide to disable ETH or BTC make me laugh Cheesy

When you see a problem with any site firstly check their news if they have any so you can get an answer faster than what you think. Then you can also check their social networks to see if there is an update. And then you can always contact them to ask a question.
7579  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken deposits and withdrawals disabled? on: November 15, 2017, 01:51:01 PM
Yesterday it was working fine (with some cloudfare pages here and there) But this morning I had the same problem. Sometimes getting the message "Feature Disabled" and sometimes a message telling me that I need to have a verified Tier 3 account to make a deposit, euh?.
An account verified Tier 2 is enough to make a deposit with crypto. There are a lot of bugs for some days with Kraken I hope it will be fixed asap because it becomes a nightmare to use it properly. Right now it seems working fine.
7580  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [LIST] Free EU bank accounts that you can be opened directly online on: November 15, 2017, 01:29:47 PM
Hi guys, I'm selling verified accounts (via escrow only) mentioned in this thread (Sogexia, Leupay, iCard, Glob-coin...) if someone is interested: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2360666

It's called frauding and It's the reason that over the years there are more and more restrictions/verifications to be able to use those type of services in peace. The one who struggles is the one trying to use them without trying to cheat. You and the one you are selling to can, in fact, have some problems with the justice in the long run.
I wouldn't be surprised if your fake accounts that you're trying to sell will not work or just a period of time, resulting in losing money for those buying this kind of fraud.
