Sri Lanka is going to win with ease, with out without Tector. Batsmen at no.9 to no.11 are genuine tailenders, and I don't think that Tector can do much. If he gets to a 50, then it will be good for him. But overall, it was quite poor performance from the Irish batsmen, after the decent display in first innings. And now Graham Hume is also gone off the bowling from Ramesh Mendis, and just two wickets stands between a Lankan win. Plenty of overs remain for today's play. Lankan bowlers have 54 overs in their hand to bowl out the last two Irish batsmen. Finally Tector have reached his 50 runs. What an inconsistent performance from the Irish team. Atleast the team should've scored atleast half the score of the first innings. Now the team will try to avoid innings loss. It is Mendis who have outperformed the Irish team with his bowling. The second session of the day have just begun so Sri Lanka have got plenty of time. Even if bad light and weather disturb the match, the match is still with Sri Lanka. Yesterday match Rajisthan Royal was in good touch with bat. Jaiswal strike rate make able RR to score 200+. Middle orders did not contributed well but dhurav and Patel two hundred plus strike was bonus points for RR. CSK bowlers failed to restrict RR batsmen below 170 which is considered chaseable at this ground for second team.
RR spinners did well job. Both Ashwin and Zampa succeed to take wickets which did not allow CSK batsmen to settle down for a big chase and at last CSK lost with 31 runs behind the target despite wickets in hand.
Although CSK lost this match but I think their team is considering best and they can won this IPL.

I am the biggest fan of two Indian cricketers, the first one is Sachin Tendulkar and the next is MSD. These two guys have changed the face of Indian cricket. I am praying every time whenever CSK plays that MSD comes up in the batting order till now it has not happened. I hope he does it today and we can again see him delivering what he was known for in his international career. Even in yesterday's match Dhoni disappointed the audience crowd. Another thing in very rare occasions Dhoni used to loss his cool action. In yesterday's match as the Rajasthan Royals keeps scoring without loss of wickets, and the fielders were making mistakes Dhoni lost staying cool. These two have different reasons why they are created and their nature is different. I do not think that these two are comparable because these two entities is not the same. Pakistan had good opening and the players followed the same which helped them with the easy win. The way Lankans are handling opposition bowlers, I believe they could take a lead before the day ends. They are going with 4.75 runs per over and we still have 44 overs, hope there is no rain drama.
Sri Lanka would easily take a lead today if the game wasn't interrupted by rain. A session was lost today for the bad light and rain. Bad light had also created an impact in the match on day 2. Now we shouldn't expect anything else than a draw from this batting friendly pitch condition. Sri Lanka still has a little chance to win the match. They have to finish day 4 with a good lead, then they need to allow Ireland to play their second innings on the final day. But there is pretty high chance of rain in the next two days. The pitch is completely batting favourite. I thought Ireland have played well, looking the performance from Sri Lanka what Ireland did is nothing. As said if the session haven't got disturbed Sri Lanka would've come closer making 400+ runs. Somehow it looks like Sri Lanka will try to win the match giving a good lead tomorrow. I was going through the IPL 2023 points table and found CSK is the number one team for now.  This led me to think about How CSK is winning matches? They have bowlers who have zero/least exposure to International cricket. I went ahead and check the stats of Deshpande, Akash & Pathirana.
While every other team had to bid for bowlers. MSD is busy creating new bowlers. This was a big talk, none of the bowlers were experienced. Another thing Dhoni used to take decisions that used to surprise the experienced ones, later come to understand what is his plan. The headline after the previous match win of CSK, Dhoni have created two bowlers for the Sri Lanka team. Pathirana mentioned in his interview, how good Dhoni kept him motivating even when the match is at the extreme situation. Simple thing I found with Dhoni, he believes in a person and he makes him do as he believed. Mukesh Kumar made it look so easy in the last over. Another win for DC and suddenly I feel this team might come back. DC bowled very well to defend a small target. Their batting is still not up the mark but better than earlier. Another humiliating defeat by SRH, it seems this team depends fully on the batting performance of Harry Brooks.
Everyone bowled well. Mukesh in particular bowled the final over extremely well. Washington Sundar was on the crease and expected to go for big shots. Mukesh managed to bowl well and took the match for Delhi Capitals. In the last over 13 runs required and SRH were able to score just 5 runs.
