781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a professional gambler on your own way. on: May 21, 2020, 08:43:18 AM
We can find one successful person who followed this strategy but there are millions out there who failed while following the same so never try to be a professional gambler at all, enjoy the gambling experience and level everything there when you get out from the site or physical casino then just lead your normal life.

There is no guarantee that you will become successful gambler.just because you follow some strategy. Even successful professional gamblers, and they are very rare, don't have a receipe that works for everyone.
Many tried and failed to make for their living just on gambling, this is not an easy job.
Everyone of us is unique, even in gambling so you need to have your own ways and to my opinion gambling at first place should be fun.
782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Up by 16% Post Halving on: May 21, 2020, 07:08:55 AM
So, basicly there is no.significant growth caused by halving.
This percentage isn't much and I'm not so sure that this 16% rise is actually the direct consequence of halving because even before that the price was slightly rising.
We'll see what happens next but I don't expect some big post halving impact and price will probably stay in current range.
783  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: May 20, 2020, 09:06:53 PM
Both trading and investing are risky so when just starting and if you don't have any experience the best decision is to start with small assets. Thus you will minimise the loss if happens and still you'll have the chance to learn and "get the feeling".
Just always obey the rule not to invest more than you can afford to lose. With time you can eventualy enlarge the sum and get better chances for bigger profit but don't rush with such decisions and first try to figure out what suits you the best.
784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What sports do you think that can resume amid Covid-19 scare. on: May 20, 2020, 07:48:50 PM
In.this situation individual.sports and those played outside will have advantage. So, tennis, golf, swimming, atlethics probably. Also, in.this sports it's easier to maintain some special measures if necessary.
Some people maybe still are afraid of pandemic but on the other side we all want life to be back to normal and sport is ideal way to start living again.
And all of us who like sport betting can hardly wait for competitions to.start again.
785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins joins the bank on: May 20, 2020, 05:09:20 PM
So  i guess as my opinion on bitcoin future will be stable and no coin will take over it.

So whats your insight about this news? What will happen in bitcoin ?

Of that i agree, that no coin can take over Bitcoin because technological revolution and solving 500 years mathematical problem by it doesnt come everyday Smiley.
Bitcoin is revolutionary technology seen one in a century.

It will need time to grow tho, and this news about banks, i dont care much about it because they can adopt it fast and well or slow and in bad way (not easy to use) so it will probably needs time also.

Yes, Bitcoin is a new revolutionary technology and in a way started new revolution in finances.
But Bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency, although for now it's best and no other coin.can achieve the same level of value and adoption.
However, that doesn't mean that will last forever, in theory there is possibility that one day some coin appear that could compete with Bitcoin. But such coin should be much more progressive, based on even better technology and with high potential for huge market value and adoption. However, at the moment I don't see any other coin that could be better than Bitcoin.
786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: May 20, 2020, 08:53:19 AM
Gambling is never completely safe, there is always certain risk.
For newbies is always the best to use trusted gambling sites with quality customer support, no matter wich type of gambling you choose. Also, to start gambling with small amounts that you can afford to lose is better idea than to play big right from the start.
787  Economy / Economics / Re: Americans hoarding cash doing more harm to their economy? on: May 20, 2020, 07:23:42 AM
That depends how exactly Americans hoard the money.
If it's stored in their bank accounts it's still in the financial system that and it's circulating no matter that they don't actually spend it. If they keep it at home then it's another story.
Of course that hoarding money isn't the best thing for economy especially if lasts long time and people don't spend anything but it's kind of reasonable having in mind that we are heading towards very deep crisis.
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can BTC really be a safe haven? on: May 19, 2020, 09:22:03 PM
For many Bitcoin is a save heaven, although it's a risky investment and asset.
World is heading towards economy crisis, maybe the bigest and the hardest in.history and many will consider Bitcoin tp be alternative in such hard times. However, will that really be so it's yet to see. We mustn't forget about volatility and unpredictable Bitcoin market, so.time will tell.
789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big is Bitcoin compared to all world's Money?? on: May 19, 2020, 08:27:32 PM
I always love "worlds debt" thing whenever it is said Cheesy. Like who do we owe to? Do we owe to mars? Is it sun because it gave us life? Should we pay the Sun that much money to keep firing? Who the hell does the earth owe to? There are not that many places that will take it, there are more debts in the world that there are places owed, so it makes no sense at all, there is no mathematically possible way to pay all the debt back, if some people do, there are not enough for others to do it.

In any case, crypto doesn't have to be big like these, companies are fine, richest people are fine, but we do not need to be bigger than US stock markets for example, reaching to that 50 richest people level would be more than enough for us to actually be big enough for us.

Well, I think that by world debt a whole debt of all countries among each other is meant.
However, that is not so relevant for this topic.
Yes, Bitcoin has big potential but still very small number of people in.the world is using it, as well as other cryptocurrencies. Also, Bitcoin has many limitations and currency that has limited number of units, that is so volatile and unstable isn't designed to support whole economy and financial system. But it can exist.along with fiat money and it can develope further, using its advantages to attract more users and adopters.
So far Bitcoin is still on the level of personal use but when it comes to businesses and financial system, this is another, not so successful story.
790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why the whales want to trade as anonymous on: May 19, 2020, 04:53:38 PM
I think that the answer is quite obvious.
Whales have a lot of Bitcoins and they don't want that fact to be known in public by their personal data. Of course, KYC is obligatory at exchanges and they provide their personal data but they are not and they shouldn't be disclosed in public to protect the privacy.
There is nothing weird in it, I don't think that any of us would want our privacy and finances to be disclosed in public if we were at their place.
791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A new survey shows that UKs gambling addiction is getting worst day by day. on: May 19, 2020, 01:16:26 PM
Lastly many experts have downplayed those numbers quoted in the survey, but they have acknowledged the truth that addicted gamblers are not getting the help they require to cure themselves, and since we’re a community I feel that we should try and help these gamblers as, and when we find out about their gambling addiction.
The only way I think it's possible to help someone get over their gambling addiction is through advising such person on why they need to stop gambling, and the risks they may face if they do not; I don't think there is anything else that can be done, but more often, they hardly can take this advice and as long as they have money in their pockets, they go on to gamble with it.

Imo curtailing gambling addiction rests on the gambler, it's a personal decision they must take on their own, most times maybe after a huge loss, it could just lead to their self realization that if they don't slow down they may lose something more valuable in the future.

I'm not sure that only giving advice could help. Gambling addiction is in medical way equal to.any other addiction and such person needs professional help. Friends and family can be a support but in most cases that will not be enough, unless maybe in some early stage. Also, similar like an addict, family very rare recgonizes addiction symptoms until it's too late.
Big loss of money might be powerful trigger to admit the problem and addiction, however for some even that isn't a wake up call.
792  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: May 19, 2020, 11:50:12 AM
It's hard to tell because I don't think there are any relevant figures, I don't think that anyone is actually having records about it. So, we can only guess based on our feeling or maybe if we know some users who are keen to panic selling.
Anyway, panic is something that can't be avoided, especialy by less experienced users so every time when the price goes down someone will sell, that is for sure.
Personaly, I don't fall under influence of panic or fake news because I'm experienced and been through such situations many times.
What can be done to prevent panic selling is education and risk management.
793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Marble League: a great alternative to traditional sports for betting (?) on: May 19, 2020, 08:46:23 AM
Personaly, I'm not interested, this doesn't look attractive enough for me. I'm fan of sports betting. It's true, the offer is very bad now and it's hard to tell for how long this is going to last and what will happen next but I'm willing to wait.
Although, I'm sure that there'll be members of community who will show interest for this alternative, if we can call it so.
794  Economy / Gambling / Re: Covid 19 Promotion! on: May 18, 2020, 07:30:26 PM
I guess that the title of thread is put deliberately so to attract users but actualy it doesn't have anything to do with,COVID -19 and I don't think that it's appropriate. These are just cheap.tricks to.promote the website but I guess some here think that everything is allowed when it comes to their own promotion.
795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There's something Satoshi didn't think of. on: May 18, 2020, 05:48:07 PM
Even Satoshi couldn't predict everything about Bitcoin. He had idea and vision about Bitcoin, what he would like to achieve but on the other hand full development and which way the Bitcoin users will think he couldn't know.
Also, I beleive that in his best prediction he couldn't guess that Bitcoin will achieve that much and that so many people will actually embrace it. As well as no one of us can't tell how far Bitcoin will go in five years or so.
796  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hacked Exchanges since 2011 on: May 18, 2020, 12:57:55 PM
With this long lists of hacked exchanges and probably even more to come, it can't be overruled that exchanges are not secured mostly centralized exchanges; although some were able to manage it, a good number weren't which lead to terrible losses. Moreover, so far exchanges will continue existing, hackers will always see them as a potential place to steal from. Thus, as many have said and will continue saying, if one cares for the safety of his assets then the only line of security is keeping those huge assets off exchanges.

Well, exchanges were never ment to be wallets and people very often use them to.stores their coins there.
Of course they are attractive to hackers, usually they are easy money and until recently exchanges didn't care too much about security.
I have a feeling that situation has slightly improved but still you shouldn't store your coins there, except the amount you wish to trade.
Exchanges will always be hacker's targets as well as banks will be always robbed by robbers. The only question is how much we can do to protect ourselves and customer policy that each exchange.has is also very important.
797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling hiding, rules ignored. on: May 18, 2020, 11:01:01 AM
All casinos opened in my country this week. Of course, people need to respect certain measures defined by public health but that doesn't differ from rules for other businesses like shoping malls or restaurants.
But let's be clear, this is not some order from government, I don't live in a country with such regime, it's more kind of recommendation for people to protect themselves and as far I see many people respect that.
But I don't think that so mamy people will rush into physical casinos, many got used to play online.
798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: J.K. Rowling, Author Of Harry Potter Is Interested in Bitcoin, Time To Short? on: May 18, 2020, 07:12:27 AM
I really can't see why this is important.
First of all, she said something rather undefined about Bitcoin and even if she has supported it openly that wouldn't change anything.
I think that people just care too much what public and famous persons say but in case of Bitcoin that doesn't have any relevance because in many cases they usualy say this for their own promotion and for Bitcoin community that doesn't make any significant difference.
799  Economy / Speculation / Re: The excitement is over, what's next? on: May 17, 2020, 08:54:00 PM
To my opinion the price will continue to fluctuate.
I don't expect that it crosses 10000$ barrier, at least not so soon.
Many are disappointed because halving didn't bring ecpected huge price growth but if you ask me that wasn't even realistic. For a while price might stay in the range of 8000$ to 9000$ and how it will move on this time will not depend only on developments in crypto market but also how the global crisis will develope.
800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker games that are providing free plays to earn real money on: May 17, 2020, 07:16:38 PM
This service you introduced doesn't seem very attractive to me.
The gain isn't that big and you have to provide all your personal data and information. And I don't see any guarantee of data protection privacy so to be honest it.doesn't seem to me to be worth the risk of possible data breach or abuse.
