802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling firms helping Government and people during quarantine, literally. on: March 22, 2021, 11:51:52 PM
Glad to see that a gambling firm is doing something good for their local community by helping them survive off their unemployment due to the pandemic and other problems. How great will that be, if all the gambling firms come ahead to help each other leaving all their reproach aside and make this world a better place.  Smiley
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Teams on your personal blacklist on: March 22, 2021, 11:30:17 PM
I don't have a blacklist but whitelisted some underdog teams that are delivering great results. I placed bets on Portland Trail Blazers and they have won 3 'in a row' out of 4 last matches. I never had faith in them when they always lost whenever I placed a bet on them (may be my bad luck) but their recent performance left me speechless and I decided to whitelist them. If you whitelist a team and it performs good with a 7 or 8:10 ratio where 7 to 8 wins every 10 matches becomes possible, then the odds are good enough to cover the losses and pay us good profits too.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New to this... What's causing the current selloff? on: March 22, 2021, 10:47:31 PM
When btc falls even 1% in price, alts react 10 times 'mostly' on that move and lose much more. You have invested in alts or btc? As observed, btc too got hit by a dip of more than 5% in a day which may have been caused due to high fees, US Dollar got strong or whales manipulating it to let Turkish people buy it cheap. It is not possible to find the reasons behind these dips and even pumps except when someone comes ahead and takes the responsibility of the same. Oh yes, may be it got dipped in because it was bloody Monday, and we may see this dip become larger in size.
805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian casino in New York? on: March 22, 2021, 10:35:16 PM
If they as natives have something different, something better to offer at their casinos, they may see a good number of gamblers gathering at their venue. Are these Indians allowed licenses to operate such casinos over there as they live on reservations? What is the cost of such a license and if a native Indian wants to invest, is there any law that allows him to do so. I have an Indian friend who will soon be visiting USA and is thinking of opening a casino there and has very sound financial background.

Op, I saw a great news and wanted to share:
https://cryptopotato.com/bitcoin-google-searches-in-turkey-skyrocket-as-the-lira-tumbles-15-in-a-day/
If you still love fiat over crypto, you will be an alien to me because after watching that news, nobody will trust the traditional old Fiat system format which is now going to get replaced by our cryptocurrencies.
807  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: March 22, 2021, 09:59:27 PM
It's purely based all the Law of large numbers, nothing more nothing less. No strategy dear luckmcfly, only pure bare luck. For what it's worth you can also change the seed every time you place a bet as that'd give you the same probability of hitting a high multiplier.
I'm sorry for my tone but I can't stand when somebody applauds to non-existent strategies solely basing on a winning bet (out of how many losses?).

The user may have lost more than 9800 times before winning that bet with the same bet size based on the winning possibility % attached to that bet. It was very 'lucky' for the player to get that bet hit that number and make him win that huge prize. Changing the seed one after another will lower the chances of that player because that 1:...? starts to work again.
808  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: March 22, 2021, 08:59:03 PM
You can bypass region restriction by using VPN, But it is not a safe way to use VPN when the site is strict in their T&C. The site can ask you to complete KYC to verify your identity at any time if they encounter any suspicious behavior. You may bypass country restriction by using VPN but you can't bypass KYC, if you failed to provide KYC they will freeze your account with your funds.
<<>>

It may be true that we can only bypass the website, but if a gambler manages to provide fake proof of identity for KYC and does not get detected and the payments from casino are in crypto, what kind of problem will that gambler face if they will become eligible to withdraw even after providing a fake ID because they did not get caught?
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some good and undervalued projects on Pancake swap to consider on: March 22, 2021, 08:48:00 PM
If you are talking about ALPA (Alpaca City) tokens, then I do not think it is undervalued at all - being 30x from its sale value cannot be called undervalued. But the project has a lot of potential to grow if we talk about their NFT sales and their marketcap is going to be only $21 million after complete dilution. While NFTs are gaining a lot of attraction (Google 'Jack Dorsey's tweet sold for $2.9 million'), projects that are based on NFTs will see a huge boom in their price very soon.
810  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: March 22, 2021, 08:25:43 PM
I know that. And that's why I'm saying that players are more interested in using this platform if they detect cheaters in other ways without giving more priority to verification, because crypto users are less interested in verification. I will try my best to keep my identity secret, most crypto users like me will want to keep their identities secret.

So they should detect the cheaters using advanced machines and make the platform safe for other users.

Can those advance machines beat major simulators like Memu where you can even change your Mac ID, Phone number and phone model every time you want to use it or create a new instance? I have heard of decentralized verifications of a person but never saw it in action. But there are successive ways through which an identity (not of a person but) of a machine or an address can be verified. Signed PGP messages or signed message from their wallet that they use and is used since at least 3 months at Bitcointalk.
811  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: March 22, 2021, 07:54:07 PM
Does this mean that players from restricted countries like the UK and USA can play at Betnomi, so long as they use a VPN?

I know that Betnomi's T&C state that players from these countries cannot play at the site, but is it more of a "Don't ask, don't tell" situation?

What is the use of VPN then?
And isn't it the same with other websites too where such restrictions are levied? The users can easily bypass these restrictions but then, the risk is all on user's side to take to play on these websites where they knowingly play and risk their money of being locked/frozen.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Characteristics of good gamblers on: March 22, 2021, 07:43:17 PM
It's not bad even if a gambler gambles daily if he divides his bankroll by 7 days and only bets up to the amount he decides. It will teach him discipline and will also let him evaluate his gambling habits on a daily basis so that he will not overplay and lose everything in one or two days of the week but have higher chances of winning on 'few' more days against 'few' less days as 4:3 wins:losses is also a good ratio.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Layer 2 Protocol - A big miss ? on: March 22, 2021, 06:52:59 PM
But how can this layer 2 be effective for defi transactions? How will those off-chain transactions help in reporting the main chain about the same taking place and how will the swaps take place if this layer 2 protocol is implemented? It looks like they have added some butter over the bread and trying to let us eat it without checking the saltiness of the butter.
814  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 22, 2021, 03:27:17 PM
Just tell him about "Bitcoin" and just tagging some reminders that profits arent guaranteed so there's a possibility of money.

<<>>

There are so many instances in which real people have lost money in crypto let alone by investing in Bitcoin, then trading it at spot and in futures becomes a big thing for them. Nobody can predict a top for btc and holding it for long time can only guarantee profits if this 'bull run' does not end like it did in 2018 because the crash then was quick like a falling brick, and the recovery took place at the speed of a snail. Even we make a fool of ourselves by saying that we have only made profits through btc, but hell no it isn't true because nobody here is perfect to hold this long except the real heroes of btc who held it till now and have not sold anything out of their stake.
815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Being impredictable on: March 22, 2021, 03:10:12 PM
Is there a way that you can ensure being difficult to predict at Poker? For example, if you never bluff, people will eventually get to known that and it will reduce your ability to profit from good  cards? Anyone there knows techniques or trick to avoid being easy to read?

It is easy to let go those cards and that game in which you don't have confidence yourself instead of playing your oversmartness and losing more. You can use those funds that you put in the 'no-confidence' game being chipped into another game and may it can be a win, you will recover the previous loss. I always do like that because bluffing is not my style.
816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 22, 2021, 01:28:30 PM
<<>>

Instead of trying to save up on fees, I sometimes go for making those fees in gambling profits and lose more than I already have which gets my account below the minimum withdrawal amount on that website. So I either wait for a new week and then I get the earnings on the website and withdraw, or try to gamble to get to the minimum withdrawal as well as the fee over it. That is very much frustrating for me because when I lose more, I have to decide two ways so it gets very hard for me.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you think this altcoin bubble will last? on: March 21, 2021, 10:57:19 PM
BAT is up to $0.80
MANA is up to $1

how long will this bubble last? I'm trying to get in long term but this is messing up my ability to get in at a good price.

It does not even start clearly. Whatever you getting at, is at a good price only so don't consider it as a bubble yet because some coins are yet to touch their face values and this is where you will profit. After that price is reached, you can call it a mess as it will pump and dump like every other coin on the list. Do not wait for the right time or you may miss the opportunity that has already departed but can still be caught.
818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 21, 2021, 10:47:46 PM
Not just the switching of deposit, I await some websites to allow their users an ability to exchange the btc/eth to low fee tokens and let them withdraw those tokens. I am aware of some gambling websites but they are charging more than average commission to let the exchange happen, so I keep waiting until a good amount in btc is gained and then i withdraw.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So lets talk honest now about btc on: March 21, 2021, 09:36:56 PM
Wow junior, you have stammering issues?  Cool
Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme any more.
It is now being seen as the best asset class to hold Institutional money in its values, so look for something else if you want to become rich. Or I have a different idea for you: why don't you buy a btc and hold it? May be not you, but your grand children will be cherished by this 1 btc and give blessings to you to hold it for them? May 1 btc become $1 million worth then?
And about decentralization, you know nothing. So don't call those words like blah blah for it as you have done nothing for btc or the core protocol.
820  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 21, 2021, 08:58:34 PM
If he is doing fomo, you should still ask him to do his own research and find ways to invest in coins he finds interest in. Do not ask anybody to buy into anything because when they lose, they start blaming you. Next part, opportunities are always there and we only need to judge the correct time to get in, whether it is now or 10 years later. Even if bull run ends, opportunities will always be there to make something out of crypto. So just tell him that the world is not going to end tomorrow and he should do a good research on what he is investing in.
