My pick is KKR today. Not sure if I will risk money today but I think KKR should have a comfortable win. Right now they managed to score 72 runs after losing two wickets. If the do well then we may see 180+ runs on the board. Chasing 180+ will not be easy.

By the way, does anyone has any complain about the bouncer rules now. Before if any ball was going to over the head then it was considered as no ball but now they call it wide. And this wide calling actually harm the batsmen. If the ball touch the bat and if the keeper catch the ball then they give out. It looks unfair in my eyes.

Well the West Indian team before and now has a huge difference. Before the lose of West Indian team considered as upset but if they lose now then I do not think anyone will consider it as upset. It will considered as a regular win.

West Indies management really needs to focus on their cricket reputation and use their previous glory to come back in the International race.

I think you have a point. I never know about the popularity of the sport in Zimbabwe. If it's not playing by the average people then the chances are very low to do better.

About Bangladesh, I assume they have the same craze like India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka has.  After all they are one of the South Asian country.

Good to see your efforts in this topic and also in the IPL pool. I did visit Cloudbet other day but unfortunately I did not find it much attractive to bet there. The only thing which pulled me back is not having many markets to bet.

I would suggest you (or the team) to add more markets. for reference, visit bet365 and see the markets they offer. Sportsbet also offer similar markets but not as many as bet365 does.

I am a regular gambler and to me having large number of market matters. I am not sure about others but I do feel the others feel the same. When I see many markets it makes me tempted to hang with them.

Funny thing is that - the markets I play are available with Cloudbet but it's the pre setup mind of a customer to have all kind options available in front of them.

Certainly I do not disagree with you. In pressure the best one can make mistake. And talking about this IPL (or may be other seasons too), we are seeing in fact most of the matches are turning around. You think team A is going to have an easy win but after match you discover team B snitched the win from team A.

These matches are entertaining to see. Thanks to the franchises and the IPL management team.

It was the last over and the first ball was a no ball which was punished with a six. And I was telling my brother in law that, "see this? this is what I was afraid off"

I think, it was the match between KXIP vs MI.

I doubt they will (bookies). They are here to make money. Bookies do not play gamble they run business so they need to ensure that their return of investment is secure.

It really amazed me to spot a lot of no balls which were not needed to bowl.

Zimbabwe used to be a better team.

The racism, politics, mismanagement harmed this team.  They used to have very bright future. If you compare Bangladesh team and Zimbabwe team then it will be more clear.

Have you remember 1997 ICC world cup qualification or a kind of tournament final between Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh? Bangladeshi team were so happy to beat them in the final as if it was like winning the world cup for them but now a days Bangladesh team beat Zimbabwe without having their main team.

Bangladesh got test status, they worked very hard to create cricketers and established them as a good cricket nation but on the other hand Zimbabwe team even do not have a good player who has a good ranking. It's a shame.

Different format, different bowling attack and fielding strategy. Besides, as far as I know the West Indian players are not having good time with the managements. So, I would not expect much from them. If this was T20 world cup then I would bet for them but in this one, I think they may even lose some matches against Bangladesh and Afghanistan if they manage any match with them (I have not looked at the fixer yet).

Honestly speaking, West Indians have some great players like you mentioned above but greatness needs management, team spirit, certain goals which the West Indies team do not have right now.

By the way, do you guys think Gayle is fit for 50 over matches?

Looking at his movements I doubt he is fit for long innings. He is okay to hit 6s and 4s in short format like T20 but for 50 over matches it will be too much to ask from him. Don't forget his back injury which all the bowlers use against him. There was a time when a blower bowled a body length ball then Gayle used to hit it hard but now, he can not do much and the bowlers use it in favour of them.

Guys have you noticed in this IPL we are regularly seeing no balls in the final overs especially the 1st ball of final over. I am not pointing finger to anyone but this is strange.

I noticed in the tight matches when the opponent needs runs then the bowler is bowling a no ball. Most of them are over stepping however there are some above waist balls too.

Would it be worth listing the final over no balls of the 2nd innings?
