Guys can you tell me why am I loosing WAVES from my wallet? First when i bought it I had 1503 waves and now three days later I have 1466 waves. Wtf?
You are not lossing anything man, the value of waves has appreciate so you no. of waves decreases, that's a good thing to happen for us man. Don't worry when you trade it, you will profit more. I've never seen the word "losing" misspelled twice in a row in two different ways. are you sure it is not loseing  where did you go to school? its losting.. silent " T". Spelling is hard! But I understand the frustration of lucing our precious waves! |

That is so cheap man, I think the price will be at least $1. Among the 3, DAO, LISK, and WAVES, WAVES is the most powerful and has a good future so I bet that price and hope it will be so that many of us will be happy. yes it's cheap, but you know..why the price should be higher? in my predictions it's already x2 from ICO price - it's pretty optimistic. (mainly cause there is no lag between end of ico and start trading). check the DAO thing... Once the ICO ends, and the trading start, assuming that the value per Waves token should increase from ~10-ish cents to 1-2-5-10 dollars USD is just wishful thinking. Why would the value magically bounce up 10x-100x over a matter of hours? Magical unicorns spreading rainbow pixie dust over the Waves ICO? I think it's great that the tokens are released directly after the ICO, it's a fair game for everyone participating. We all can start trading real assets rather than IOUs taken from thin air. Let the Waves roll, and we will see how the markets reacts. Let the hype build up for the platform launch, in the end of this summer, and we'll see what the tokens are worth at that point. By that time the Waves team may have announced more partnerships, a better detailed roadmap and brought more features to the table. Remember that in a few days the ICO funds can get used for further development, marketing and promotions. |

Hey I just foiund an issue with my donation. I dont see a contact info for support teams.. but I donated about 2 days ago to project and recieved xammount of waves and now i come back to my account today and I'm about 1000 short in my balance!! Please can someone help figure out the issue asap!!
Someone probably knows your password and stole them. Change your password before you lose more. Hilarious Trademark @Enkidu13 it's normal that the amount will decrease all through the ICO. Your share of tokens decreses as more and more investors buy into the funding. Over the past 48h some value closer to 3000 BTC has been transferred to Waves. This means that your share of tokens has gone done and will continue to go down as people are rushing in to the ICO before the deadline. |

Lessons learned from Lisk:
- Have clusters for the web wallet. Assume it will be attacked.
- Have a windows wallet ready.
- Have a docker image available with directions that work.
- Have great DDoS protection
What measures are you taking to have smooth launch? Sold half my Lisk, ready for Waves.
I'll say that again. But not only have a Windows wallet, but rather have working and tested wallets for OSX, Windows, Linux. Additionally, please make sure that there are mirrors to host the software. There was apparently a docker image, but the software was unavailable throughout the whole night. Tried to grab it this morning, still no go. I do hope that the admins with Waves take notice of the problems that happened last night for the Lisk team, and we learn how to avoid the issues before they happen again. Add use SSL everywhere. Big problem that happened to lisk: We didn’t setup a proper anti-DDoS strategy with a specialised team. My question is: are you setting up a proper anti-DDoS strategy with a special team? So I send btc to addres in my waves account and then what happens on june 1.? Where do I buy it or sell it?
Exchanges will be announced in time, don't worry. Exactly, just send to your personal Bitcoin deposit address and wait for the end of ICO. On June, 1 you will be able to transfer your tokens from the ICO site to any exchange which is hosting a WAVES trading pair. Lite client, which will enable the creation of personal accounts, is going to be released few days after ICO. Not sure if I understand it. If the lite client will be released few days after ICO, then how to transfer tokens from ICO site to exchange on June 1st, if the ICO ends on May 31st ... ? The exchanges will set up full nodes and you will have a receiving Waves address that you can send your Waves to the exchanges wallet. A few days later the light clients are released and you can run your own wallet at home if you like. At least that's how I understand how this will work out. OK, so where is the Send feature? Will it be available from the ICO account page? Be patient. I'm sure the devs will put up a send button when everything is ready. |

So if they don't offer waves trading yet can I just safely leave waves on "your address" that you create for me after ICO ends and leave it there, even for months?  Waves has raised 12 500 BTCAnd still counting... I think it will surpass 13k BTC and perhaps it will reach 15k BTC at the end of ICO hopefully. Since I posted that, an additional 100+ BTC has been invested. It is definitely looking like we will go past 15 000 BTC before the ICO is over! Over the weekend DAO will launch as well (May 28), so there is the potential for more BTC to fund Waves. |

Hey guys, Node40 has reviewed the pricing for their Remote-start Masternode Hosting service + now offers discounts for longer commitments. Check it out at: https://node40.com/pricing/I gave them a try for a few months and while the service was great, the price was too high. Either make it 1 dash per month or have a USD fixed price. Just my opinion and I did reach out to them before I stopped my service. Great team and service, always responded to questions. Just too expensive for myself but maybe I am not their target audience which is OK! I wish they would update their prices for the current Dash exchange rate. Right now they are charging nearly $25 per month =( I think the argument they have is that they make up part of that by maintaining high uptime. They keep the masternodes producing, so fewer missed payments than if your masternode goes down in the middle of the night. So it is premium service beyond simply "hosting". I don't know the frequency of lost rewards they help avoid, but it partially offsets the cost. I suppose they give a added value to users who are not comfortable hosting a linux vps node somewhere, or setting up the Dash masternode with a bunch of crazy command line inputs. I have not used their services as I can manage my masternodes myself, but I do see the help provided for many who can't manage their masternode(s) by point and click. |

I hope this investment is a fair launch. With Lisk a lot of people lost out on profit because only very few had the option to sell. I believe Waves is going to be great and have a truly successful launch unlike that terrible launch Lisk had.
If the team takes note of what happened when Lisk launched, we can hope for a better launch with many more participants. Not that the prices are going to rocket, but it will be nice to keep our funds ourselves or start trading until the waves platform releases later. |

Some serious FUDDING is going on, in attempts to prevent more people to invest in the ICO so that they receive a larger cut of the WAVES tokens.
It's not "fudding" its simple sense. People will dump the coin! Yeah, let's all invest in the ICO and immediately dump on the exchange at prices lower than what we paid so we can lose money..... Sounds legit. Actually this scenario could very well happen. If some bigger players attempt to short their holdings and cause a panic sell, many users might feel the need to cut their losses and sell too. The whales stand by and pick up the tokens as the other users continue to dump. We actually saw this play out a bit during the first 24h for Lisk. Once the dumping ends and the price starts going up again, the whales have accumulated a larger amount than what they started out with. So for them, the initial selling/dumping was a smart move. |
