Funny how these guys show so much interest to join this competition in the beginning and when accorded that opportunity don't commit to play and end up giving out walkovers which takes away the fun and spirit of competitiveness. Perhaps going forward , all divisions need to be paid for before joining as nobody loves to lose money and attendance to these games should improve greatly knowing very well there is money on the line to be lost! |

I find myself pretty bothered by everything going on in the world. Have you ever noticed how it's so hard to come across positive news about the economy, whether it's in our own country or globally? It's genuinely disheartening. Every time we read, watch, or discuss something related to the economy, it's all about inflation, recession, debt, bankruptcy, companies downsizing, laying off hundreds of workers, shareholders firing CEOs, and the company's stock taking a nosedive. Can't we just catch a break and have some good economic news for once?
I know what you mean, but unfortunately we can't run away from the politics, the technological influences happening around the world, the social influences which seem to affect other countries not only where one is from... Things such as the Ukraine Russia war has affected many countries as the way we do trade has been negatively affected, Oil/gas prices have gone up affecting food prices and everything else... Tbh the hunger for power by many of our leaders does affect our economies as trade agreements are being broken or made and this will take some years to repair and get back to normal otherwise if you are a religious person you need to pray for a miracle for things to get better. |

This was a big loss whichever way we look at this but wanted to ask to help someone not go through the same loss in the future without any finger pointing or playing the blame game . Some questions for better understanding of the situation: - Any other people that have access to your computer besides you and your wife?
- Is the PC always connected to the computer?
- Saw an early post on the thread of you using Altcoins too, do you have desktop wallets of these?
- Do you download stuff on this computer
- Do you have an antivirus on the PC

Unfortunately financial stability has no age limit because some people inherit it while they are still young and are set for life , while the other bunch has to go out there to work for it and make things happen. Otherwise if we factor in things like financial discipline, financial literacy, maturity etc I think 18years is fair enough as you can also get into legally binding contracts as an adult and enjoy your finances in peace.
It's always wise and profitable to start saving and investing at a young age, like 18 years old.
Agreed, and if anyone has the opportunity to save at a much younger age go for it as you will thank yourself when you get older. |
