very steady market. no one buying also no one dumping.
my opinion is anyone still want to be shareholder so no one for dumping,, and then no everyone which have a lot bitcoin after bitcoin price going up so no one for buying today Amber will jump 4X -10X the actual price by the end of q4. It's just a question of time. Well... I don't think that it will jump so soon. Remember this is not pump&dump coin. But we can expect price rise in q2/q3 2016 for sure. I think with the shop and q4 dividends along with q3 dividends paid this is going to skyrocket before christmas. I am bummed because my Q3 dividend payment a week ago would have been about 4 btc. Now it is only 2.5 btc. :-( But oh well! edit: another way to look at it is (4) BTC a week ago was worth $1000 (roughly) and (4) BTC today is worth $1875 (roughly)  |

Like the price, I'm on a downer The new wallet doesn't fix my problem either - both wallet.dat backups (10 days between them) just crash every version since. You can see my address - FNUejQiTyuGpg21ibHjNaDf2soWvAVJQXY - hasn't generated any stake since the 23rd October, the same time I reported the problem in the thread, and it has a balance of 256.626446 FLY with ZERO outbound transactions. I support FLY but can't even do the name claim as I can't access the wallet Am I the only one struggling to open 1.4 backups in more recent versions? Vegas and Presstab have been supportive (as always  ) so it looks like I will have to take Presstab up on his kind offer to send him my wallet and see if he can get it open. All i can say is I am new to Fly and have downloaded and installed version 1.5, 1.6, and 1.6.1 with no issues at all. Now I run Windows 8.1 - not sure if that matters - i doubt it. But wanted to disclose all. Everything is running 100% smoothly. |

I just want to get my wallet.dat working in V1.4 again, as it was, and I'll happily wait for 1.6  Thanks. u dont need to sync 1.4 u just start it to export ur private keys then u import this keys in a new 1.5 wallet or u wait for the 1.6 release and import them there dont worry u coins keep gather coin age offline u will lose nothing if u claim the POS rewards a few days later Surely I need it to sync before I can create the privatekeys? The 1.4 wallet won't sync on loading a fresh install, it needs a CONF file. I haven't tried it with my backed-up wallet.dat, figuring that if it won't sync on a fresh install then it won't sync with a different wallet.dat I copy and pasted the details from the OP straight into a file called Flycoin.conf and pasted that straight into the Flycoin folder in Roaming (beside the wallet.dat). It still won't sync  My firewall is not blocking the wallet - it shows green across the board for all connections and the Flycoin.exe is listed as "trusted", so no problems there. I'm going slightly demented here, I'm not a wallet virgin but this is one of these frustrating "it SHOULD work but it won't" problems I'm sure everyone familiar with computers has had at one stage or another. I'm away for a large phat one, to contemplate life, the universe and the pointlessness of first world problems. I don't understand.... you're mining on 3 different pools at the same time?
You should have something like this if you use sgminer (pool is minigfield):
When I mine on a single pool, my cpu goes up and down, and is idle about 50% of the time. By adding multiple pools, I am able to keep the cpu up near 100% all of the time, but it's not ideal as the earnings are spread out accross the pools. As the "submitted" shares show, it does bouce between the pools, prefering the first pool if it's available, but since I get shares i nthe 3rd pool, it shows that the first 2 are in "failure" mode at least some of the time. If it was working perfectly, the first pool would have all the shares. While im thinking about it, it appears as you have been able to get a GPU to work. Any chance I could get a copy of the CONF file? Ive been trying for weeks, but just get 100% reject when I try to GPU mine. Mining with GPU is way more profitable than CPU and faster (of course if you have a good video card). I don't use a config file I use a .bat file to launch sgminer.exe. I posted the .bat file some time ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580725.msg12670670#msg12670670, I can send it out to you later if you want. You just have to insert your username and password of the worker there where it says "-u" and "-p" and you can mine with GPU. In the print from yesterday like you see into the picture are 2xRadeon 5970 ~ 20Mhs mining power. With your R9 it should be more. Thanks, I have about 10 of the Raedon 7850's, a pair of R9-280x and a R9-290x. These were old BTC mining GPU's. Ill look at your link and see if sgminer is something which will run under Linux. I don't have Windows miners due to cost. @usao - There is a mining software out there from wolf0 which is very fast for AMD cards like yours. Search him out and look for his mining software. Cryptonit is right - mine on Nicehash - auto convert to DMD with the multibit link in the OP. That is a nice rig and with winter here will keep you nice and warm! However - power might scare the begeezus out of you! :-) |

I have been scammed so many times out of money that when I looked around I found this coin(FLY) - what intrigued me is that it is a trust based coin. WOW! Trust based. The sound of that scared me at first and I sat on the sidelines watching. I watched the sells everyday as the buy order side kept going up. I realized that people were holding their coins and not just trying to make a quick buck. No promises of "MOON" or "DEV HAS NEW WIDGET THEY ARE IMPLEMENTING" it was just trust. If you are tired of all of the other clones out there with the hope of making a windfall and want to try a new concept then FLY is for you. It doesn't take a lot of BTC to get 100 FLY.

I made it clear my intention was a long term hold. But I, nor anyone not known personally or a Hero Member is able to make a private sale as stated by Vegasguy. This is where the Yellow Flag went up. The more I ask for details, the more is seems that the system is based on a very small elite group of bag holders. This is not the same ideals as stated in the ANN that the coin is for the benifit of all, especially the 'little guy'. If I, or others cannot purchase a large block through a private sale, then the only way we invest in the coin is manipulating it on YObit, as some have been doing the last few days. That is not my intention and that is why I am not buying it on YObit. I am not a pump & dump investor, and I do not wish to participate in the activity. I appreciate all the comments and responses. The more dialog helps clear up the finer points. With so many coins out there it is hard to keep the facts straight and it looks like there are a lot of good and trustworthy people that are standing behind the coin. It is a nice thing to see for a change. Final Note: Allow the serious coin invenstors get some FLY in large blocks so we can help keep FLY credible and stable. I understand your frustration and you may be a very standup person. I understand vegasguy's hesitation to only sell to well known members. If he did a private sale to someone he doesn't know or trust they will basically purchase at a private sale discount and most likely sell into all of the buy orders. This is why the private sale is only done with well known, trusted members of the community. Basically, someone has to vouch for you to be able to purchase large quantities. I do know that if you set up some buy walls on Yobit you should get your coins in a day or so. There are enough people selling the POS earnings. |

I realize I do not have enough exposure in the forums or 'community' to be on the executive board.
I have avoided posting on any forums in any industry for over 10 yrs. Forums are not the most conducive environments to conduct constructive discusions. Even with the best intentions the flame wars abound!
But I still am not able to aquire the coin that your team has spend the last few months actively promoting.
I am losing interest if I cannot join the project as a coin holding member in a simple means of aquiring coins.

Buy it. There is plenty for sale on yobit. Its that simple. I dont see the problem. Vegas I am just putting the obvious on the table where you can see it. There are a few people standing around with their hands in there pockets watching the Order Book and waiting... things are slow, so we wait. A few have even ventured to throw some Buy Orders up to see if anything will move. The communitity at large is not new at this, we don't just jump in, especially when you make a whole bunch of rules that limit our ability to buy. Guys we are VERY close to v1.6 with much higher tx fees of 10% to fund Superfly. Possible today or early tomorrow. You need 100 FLY to get rewards from superfly and a name claim. Please see op if your not familiar with Superfly. Last chance unless you want to pay 10% in withdrawl fees from yobit  Vegas i would try get my hands on the 100 DMD and transfer them home into wallet so u not hit by high fee and still be qualified for superfly payouts Hehe - Cryptonit freudian slip "100 DMD" you mean 100 FLY I think :-) |

I needed some BTC fast and had to sell some of my precious DMD - rest assured I have more and am still a holder. A nice little dump on Bittrex last night. Thanks, whoever you are. Your DMD are safe now. The usual weak hands in combination with BTC price jump. Usually they take BTC and put into gambling or some HYIP. In the end they lose DMD and get nothing. Great plan. Yeah - those weak hand people are so annoying - or maybe they were liquidating some of their coins and other alts so they can make a sizable investment in another coin - maybe? :-P Maybe it was nothing nefarious at all! But then again maybe not? |

Because the funds that the company has got from the sale of shares and the company's profit were not enough to finance all the projects necessary for growth.
At the same time, the company prefers to raise an external funding instead of selling its shares cheap.
Why it was necessary to postpone the payout of dividends for the 3rd Quarter?
The main reason is the fact that the company is currently carries out a geological exploration on the new field. After that we still need to obtain a permition for mining there. This process requires a serious investments. At the same time it shouldn’t be interrupted.

As the external funding was not received until October 15 then the company was forced to make a decision on the temporary use of its profits.
Why Company cannot pay $72k now and use the rest of its profit for development?
Because such an approach is not even considered.
All shareholders have equal rights in spite of the size of the share.
It can not be that some shareholders finances development while the others at the same time receives dividends.
