Bought into at a small 7k registered investors.. now I'm getting very nervous.. I believe the count was at a 200k registerd investors. I even saw people who we're completely clueless about crypto promote it on their youtube channels (referal bonusses) comparting it to Eth, that it will do the same. My god.... what I have done?! |

No it happened a few hours ago. It hasn't prelaunched per say but it has distributed free coins so anyone who holds a private key for Bitcoin the Yobit thing started yesterday about 25 hours ago. maybe more. and there was another small exchange that i have forgotten the name of and that already had BTG listed for more than 2 days and it was being traded at 0.04 BTC and before yobit listed it price went to 0.06 BTC there also! it is actually becoming a common thing to create "future" markets! i think bitfinex started this by adding BU (bitcoin unlimited) a very long time ago and still has the market despite BU being dead.
Hm okey, so I have private keys, what do I do with them to claim BTG?
you have to wait until they start mining BTG and release the software and the wallet before you do anything. but you can move your bitcoin to a new wallet now so that you won't have to wait in the future when they released it and you wanted to claim. I'm already seeing comments in altcoins discussion about people selling their BTG. Unrelated to the sentence above: What you say doesn't make much sense to me... |

I don't agree:
Muhammed was a generally peacefull man, he fought when others fought him. He himself would seek a non-violent approach first.
The Qu'ran does not endorse killing. Ji-had can mean two tings:
1. Inner Ji-had to take the battle upon with yourself, to become less greedy, fearfull etc.
2. Outer Ji-had which means to stand up for your right to practice islam.
That a bunch of extremists and people with low IQ completely ignored this is not the fault of the general populace practicing Islam.
Go to countries like Jordan, Iran (70's.. since ayatollah its a mess) see how emancipated those people are and still practice Islam. You'd fit right in as a westerner (if you aren't a biggot).

Geen, want het is hoogstwaarschijnlijk een ponzi en dus blijf ik ervan weg. De mensen die het promoten verdienen grof geld aan verwijzingen (affiliate). En zij verdienen dan % over gestorte bedragen. Vooral bij youtubers is deze ponzi erg populair, logisch want zij bereiken veel mensen en kunnen daarom veel mensen verwijzen. Ik zag ook een topic voorbij komen over Bitconnect, iemand die best wat onderzoek gedaan had en tot de conclusie kwam dat dit een nieuw HYIP is van een bekende ponzi schemer. *even zoeken naar de topic* Verrek kan 'm niet vinden. Maar ik zou ervan weg blijven het zijn toch echt wel mensen (ik ken er zelf ook een paar) die het snelle geld zoeken en elke mogelijke reden vinden/bedenken om BCC te verdedigen op de meest irrationele manieren. Een kennis van mij probeerde mij ook erin te krijgen via zijn verwijzingslink en ik zei dat het een ponzi was, na wat te discussieren en ik talloze voorbeelden erbij heb gehaald van GROTE investereerders die ook gevallen zijn voor ponzi's en dat het soms best lastig kan zijn er door heen te prikken werd die boos en wat gevoelig, nou ik heb gewoon gezegd voel je je nu beledigd? Elke exchange, Bittrex, poloniex, je kunt ook kijken bij handelaren zoals Bittonic - krijg je het op je bank rekening gestort. 3. Due to BTC hard fork, most altcoins are decreasing for weeks.
After last forks, people think they can make money. I don't think it's possible this time, but that's not my point.
While market cap remained constant, many people transferred altcoins into BTCs.
Now my question is, do you believe this trend will go into reverse?
I'm quite sure BTC decrease sharply after fork, but will altcoins increase or market cap decrease?

This hardfork has been quite profitable for me, I'd say it depends on strategy more as that it rely's on up/down. You need movement in a market to make money, up and down both will do. Also got to snatch some coins that would else be to expensive. But for your question: - I believe that some coins might not fully recover - Think altcoin market cap will see some gains yes. |

Stratis is going to release breeze wallet and masternodes somewhere soon (1-2 months?) Will also have an end to end product ready at the end of THIS year and onboard clients next year. (so in stratis case I would hold longer - maybe feb/march 2018).
Rest Idk really. NEM is a bit of a slow mover so don't expect significant gains.
Waves is low atm, I suspect it to bounce back to 5 dollars and maybe rise to 6 dollars after fork.
There's plenty to choose from.
I can't really give any proper advice on the rest of the coins though.
