Why the fuck are RogerBucks up so much ? The hell is up with that shit ?
This is the flippening Ver, WU and McAfee hopes you'll buy into. Don't be surprised if the next big move is a bitcoin correction while Rogerbucks holds a line and increases in BTC/BCH pairing.  If it reaches .25 it won't go unnoticed.

Remember Remember the 5th of November when Bitcoin became revolution for the people!

Has anyone considered that perhaps Wu/Ver might be trying to make a BCH move when bitcoin corrects? Perhaps even higher than its original .2 stake?   Not that I'd go to support it, just thought it might be an optimal time to pump BCH when a correction starts.
I somehow think this would be a classic move and perhaps their only move.

New Masterluc Update:

"Here's the trend. After the bear trap, it took off. As I wrote, there is no evidence of resistance up to 20k. As I wrote, the price can get to these heights very quickly.

But when it crashes, then we'll talk seriously."
Well, that's a fair bit higher than I'm suspecting. If I wake up to prices like that I might be tempted to dig into my "never touch stash"

I'm gonna take a stab at calling the top of this. Pure guess.. 7470 and then a mild correction but not as deep as most expect.
Won't be surprised if its higher but I'll hold to the "not so deep correction" part

Haven't seen Torque around last few days. Hope he hasn't decided he's had enough of this bunch.

Thanks for that Jojo.
I mentioned this to a few folks the other day and realized I never fact checked.

Wonder how p2p torrent hash power stacks up against Bitcoin.
Been around longer although not a single focus application unlike BTC

I recently heard (cant remember where) that bitcoin is the largest computational achievement in history. Couldn't seem to validate this with a search. Anyone else hear this or have links to articles?

Just some observations I've had over the past 2 years dealing with fiat as a merchant.
Last year in Canada, all banks became required to deposit to your account first any funds you wish to exchange over the counter for different denominations.  Many customers have slowly stopped using cash and now rely almost entirely on a card be it credit or debit.
Today I called my bank to make a large order of 100's for later in the week.  Teller:  Um... hmmm... ok, er... well 100's are getting hard to get now. I'll put your order down but we can't guarantee it will arrive.

Holy shit! The bank is having a hard time getting cash?

I'm seeing it happen in lots of small ways over the past few years. I think there's a play to eliminate cash in the near future.
If this is even close to accurate, that could be incredibly bullish for Bitcoin.
After the phone call with my bank I even contemplated just buying the ATH and taking my short term chances.
I think we will see bitcoin over 30K by this time next year. Under 10K will sound cheap very soon me thinks. And this current rally might not be close to larger correction yet.

Guys, I know this is a stupid question but I really want to know your opinions.

I'm learning how to play bitcoins just feel days ago.. I'm learning and starting to understand a bit the forks, the influences but do you guys think the bitcoin will drop temporary by today or tomorrow?

I'm only playing eToro so I,m not buying directly bitcoins, so I have buy it to fall when it was around 6010USD per BTC and I didn't see much movement going down. I'm aware that it will raise and that's why I'm trying to make the right decision if I should close it and buy it to raise or not. I'm currently invested 26K USD.

Thanks you guys for any opinion.

Dan
Welcome to the party Dan.
Nobody can give you advice on what to do with your money or what direction BTC will take in the next 2 days.  Only advice that has worked for many is buy and HOLD. Does not matter much what price.
I might suggest buying incrementally. Surely Bitcoin will go down at some point but it might fall from 8000-6000 or from 6000-4600. Also, it is not certain that bitcoin will only go up.  This is uncharted territory.

Dang! I stepped away for a few minutes to do some work and... well, I've made much more just to sit on the couch watching the ticker.
Go Bitcoin!

Can someone explain the hate towards btg?

I don't know much about it, but making it mineable with gpu's should make it more decentralized, or no?

What's so wrong with it?

Thanks!

The way it was described to me recently here is this:
GPU would work for a short period of time until someone manufactures and monopolizes on ASIC machines to control the hash power. In short, that is what we already have.

Anyone Feel free to correct me if I've got that wrong.

Damnit, Not surprised, bitstamp "waiting to be processed".  I bet they will keep my coins until just after the fork and then send them.  Oh well, not so much anyhow. Organized the larger portion of it a week ago.

Edit: Transaction was sent and 1 confirmation.  False alarm.

Whoops, I though BTG was forking in 2 days. Just sent a panic transaction off the exchanges to me trezor. So what happens if this does not arrive within the 2 hours before the fork. Where would the BTG reside in that case?

Definitely forming a nice future floor at 6K.  A double top is still not out of question but the buy pressure feels healthy.
