After deadsea33 decided to make a thread to try to pressure hugeblack to remove the neutral tag it brought his account to the attention of the wider community. When members started looking at his post history it was clear the current owner/operator of the deadsea33 account was not the one who originally created it in 2013. One thing is probably true right now, however, and it's that deadsea33 is going to have a difficult time getting into a legitimate sig campaign if he's painted so red that his trust page looks like the flag of China. He might sneak his weasily ass into a bounty if he's desperate enough and if the bounty manager is stupid enough, but I think that account is REKT. The last time I checked the deadsea33 account still has not been removed from the YoMix campaign but let us see what happens in the coming days. The irony here is that deadsea33 created the thread to try to get his neutral tag removed and was accepted in to the YoMix signature campaign on the same day. I think deadsea33 has had more than enough time to sign a message from the past addresses associated to his account and project but to this date, nothing from him. Not even an assurance that he will be signing a message. Therefore, I will leave him negative feedback. In case of any dispute or proof that he is the owner, he should feel free to create a complaint in this thread or PM me to reconsider my tag. Until then, it will stay. Is there any means to properly helps new users understand the rules and regulations of this forum?
Because I understand that the above-mentioned user doesn't follow the rules that governed the forum and in that case will receive what it takes of not following the instructions.
What i will suggest is that as soon a user sign up on the forum the next message they should see as a pop-up messages should be rules and regulations so as to adhere strictly on those law, I believe if him or she is ban she may not know his offense of getting ban. Apart from the Beginners and Help board there is nothing to guide newbies when they sign up to become members in the forum. A pop-up message would certainly guide them to the right link but in the case of the Rosemar41 account, there was no attempt by the operator at making the account a useful contributor in any capacity. Those one-liners were a clear indicator of what that account was intending to be. Already Nuked as expected I am glad the moderators were very fast and took notice of my request to have the account banned. All the user posts have already been taken down by moderators, and the account has been banned. That's really quick, and it's a nice catch from you. If we all try to stay vigilant we will spot these types of accounts early after they are created and can report them. |

This got me thinking therefore I decided to take a look at the YoMix campaign spreadsheet and what I noticed was that he has not been removed. JollyGood - I don't care about how many accounts he operates regardless of whether he has made bitcointalk a dairy cows or not. I'm not sure @deadsea33 can defend himself or intend to - now it's very likely he will leave that account somewhere and will operate another account after his manager kicks him out of the campaign. |

Has their record buy £105 million midfielder Declan Rice got the temperament to live up to such a big price tag? In my opinion he was not worth more than £50 million but he became the Arsenal record buy. If Rice fails in his role and if Arsenal do not get off to a good start then it could be the beginning of the end for their manager Arteta. West Ham United have received a phenomenal amount of money for Rice, they should go out and spend it wisely. They would like to avoid a relegation battle and try to finish in the top half therefore if they are careful with their new recruits they will challenge for the Europa League again as well as the two domestic cup competitions. The Gunners can't wait to unveil Rice. To Arteta, he's like a new bride and I'm sure with that amount splashed on him, a lot would be expected. This season is going to be an exciting one to watch and there'd be a lotta competition. A quick suggestion to Mikel tho will be that he shouldn't start Kai Havertz because the dude hasn't got that fire needed in the midfield and judging by what he displayed in the friendlies, he'd need to work a lot on himself. |

Pochettino is one of those managers who is basically gifted enough for others to believe his vision. He nearly succeeded at Tottenham and did very well at Southampton. As for PSG, maybe the personalities in the dressing room were too big with their own politics and marketing ploys involved but he did fairly well. If he can bring that style of excellent man-management skills to Chelsea and trim the squad down from 38 to 25 players, I think Chelsea will surprise many when the season starts. I need to list all their incoming/outgoing players along with the rest of the Premier League, I will try to do it soon. I am tipping Chelsea to finish above Arsenal and to finish in the top three at the end of the season. Pochettino will have a massive impact on the Chelsea squad and all around the club. The fans must be pleased he is the one in the driving seat. Chelsea are on their way to make substantial changes to try something new with Pochettino. Many players have left for Saudi Arabia mostly until now. They concentrated on centre-forward transfers the most recently. Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson have arrived. One of the priorities should be to sign a goalkeeper also after Mendy's departure.
Kepa is said to be Pochettino's first choice as of now but I think they might need another reliable goalkeeper in case something happens to Kepa. Slonina and Bettinelli doesn't seem convincing alternatives. Aside from that they have lost 3 midfielders 2 of which were attacking midfielders. They had better concentrate on midfielder transfers also.

With the signed message request in the other thread ignored combined with him posting in this thread but without a signed message, things do not look good for him. Sometimes it is better to not respond in threads brought up about you, but this is not 1 of those times. If he made a meaningful post here it would show he is determined to try to right a wrong that was done to him. Signing a message would be helpful but there would a suspicion related to the writing styles and with the previous owner/owners of the account and many would suspect the address would be part of the deal which saw him take ownership (unless the account was hacked). Well, he was afforded every opportunity to clear his name and he refused, first by locking his own thread and then by posting sarcasm here. LMAO. I actually tried my best to give him a benefits of doubt. Who knows, maybe his statement is true that he's not the one locking the thread and he was intending to post a signed message before it got locked for whatever reason. Well, this is his chance.
I have to say his window is rapidly closing, though. He's online by the time our posts were made, and he still gone silent. That was generous of you but deadsea33 does not deserve the benefit of doubt now because that time passed over a week ago when he stopped posting in his own thread. I'm not at all sure @deadsea33 can stand up for himself when he doesn't get a lot of support - so keeping quiet and ignoring the accusations might just keep him safe from the possibility of additional red tags from some DT. But if he really doesn't care about red tag and really wants to work things out and defend himself and his reputation - then it's possible to expect some explanation from him on this particular thread. He probably has given up on trying to milk the account on signature campaigns after he unwittingly managed to get it noticed therefore he will not spend time on trying to defend it or seek pity because he knows it will be pointless. We do not know how many other accounts he operates and if they are enrolled in campaigns it means he will be occupied elsewhere. I just neg tagged that account too. I wanted to think realistically so picked Manchester City for the championship this season. It will be difficult for any other team to win the Premier League but I think Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Chelsea will step up a gear to really put pressure on Guardiola and his Manchester City team. I think Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United will finish as the top 3 but would not be surprised if Manchester City end up in 3rd place. ^ Whether Havertz is a good or bad signing is still up in the air. But for his price tag, Artera should def use him as the first choice to spear head the Gunner's offense and hope that he'll make way more goals than he did last season. Lol. I think he made less than 10 goals for 2022/23 season.
As for the thread's poll. I think it's gonna be City winning the league again. But also thinking Liverpool could make a resurgence. Did Klopp make any good signings? Havertz is only 24 years old, is 6ft 4in and is full of potential but I cannot see him being a player that frightens Premier league defences. He will never have the same sort of impact as say Haaland had at Manchester City. I think he will fail at Arsenal because is simply not good enough for the Premier League. He was purchased by Chelsea for £62 million and then sold to Arsenal for £65 million 3 years later therefore managers and coaches believe he will become a brilliant player. I doubt it. At Bayer Leverkusen he had a decent 118 games played with 36 goals considering he was effectively a teenager throughout. That was why Chelsea made him their second highest purchased player but he never reached a satisfactory level for them. Just 19 goals in 91 Chelsea appearances was a dismal return and that is why new manager Pochettino sold him. |

I had to check the profile to confirm. Yes the account was created in 2017 and since that period the account has made a total of just three posts. To put that in some sort of context it means he has been making on average one post every two years and I find that behaviour is in itself extremely strange. Keep that aside I think using the forum to ask members to participate in criminal activity in unacceptable. I think it's more about creating his account here (back in 2017, btw) to simply reach a larger audience. As he is not active here, I assume that he is doing the same in different forums and networks. So I don't think that he is looking for attention to be noticed as you said: he just doesn't care about the bitcoin talk (nor Bitcointalk).
On the other hand, I have zero knowledge on the topic, but I don't think that the clearnet is the best place to ask for that kind of deals. |

But I'm a little doubtful for @deadsea33, responding to this thread, he should have been more free to defend himself in the thread he made himself responding to doubts from @hugeblack acute that it was hacked or bought. Looks like, if @deadsea33 drops by here, maybe we'll see a long debate in your thread, @JollyGood, with some proof, if he has any. I doubt he had any proof otherwise he would have presented it by now but it was the fact he gave up easily without trying to defend his actions that stood out. Although those who know JollyGood himself are well aware that no explanation will help to lose the red tag, moreover, in both cases he has no options. Therefore, managers can determine for themselves whether they need an account with a negative tag or not. I removed the neutral tag and replaced it with a negative tag because the account is clearly no longer in control by the person that created it all those years ago. If he can present an argument to the contrary I will be happy to revise it. |

Life is boring without Premier League football, it is only a short wait before the new season kicks-off. Arsenal paid £105 million to buy Rice from West Ham therefore the pressure is on them to at least finish in the top again this season. Manchester United allowed De Gea to leave on a free transfer and are looking to buy Onana as a replacement from Inter Milan for £50 million. There is still a chance Kane could leave Tottenham and move to Bayern Munich and that is where Kyle Walker is likely to head too because he wants to quit Manchester City. I will post a list of the transfer market activity when I compile the list. @JollyGood I’m eagerly waiting for it to resume because life gets boring without football and I can’t wait to see a new Manchester United provided they get a new keeper and a striker. Furthermore for the the title City and Arsenal are the contenders and Newcastle, Liverpool, and Manchester United should give them a healthy competition at least that’s what I feel. |

If he has other farmed accounts he will allow this one to slip away in to obscurity without much hassle because he will rely on his other accounts to bring in signature campaign earnings for him. After the drama within the now-locked thread brought him unexpected inspection of his deadsea33 account, he has locked the thread without providing an explanation and without even defending himself against accusations as well as against the strong evidence. Of the 39 posts made in that thread deadsea33 only posted twice (#1 and #3) before locking it. The timeline speaks volumes: 8th July 2023: - hugeblack leaves neutral trust: Looks like this account has been hacked/bought, deleted a lot of posts, suddenly starts distributing merits, and may have several alternatives in his trust history. - deadsea33 creates the hugeblack made false accusations against me. thread and makes two posts in that thread. 12th July 2023: - deadsea33 locks the thread 14th July 2023: - deadsea33 makes another post but in the SINBAD.io MIXER July Bitcoin Price Prediction Challenge by placing a guess to the value of Bitcoin in the hope of pocketing some BTC. 16th July 2023: - still silence from deadsea33 even though he logs in to the forum account regularly including today. ========== In the 8 days from 8th July 2023 when he started the thread against hugeblack until today, deadsea33 made just one post and it was an attempt to try to predict Bitcoin price and he locked his own complaint thread without explanation. It seems highly likely deadsea33 is not the only account under his control and he has probably accepted he cannot use it in the way he hoped with signature campaigns therefore is milking it for what he can by posting in the price prediction thread while trying to keep his other accounts unconnected. He created the thread hoping to get momentum from members behind him to pressure hugeblack in to removing his tag but it did not work therefore he locked the thread without challenging the alternative views. Looking at the manner in which deadsea33 has conducted himself it will be difficult (if not impossible) for any member here to defend his actions. Going by what you said it seems like it is not an exhibition fight but if a title is not on the line it creates problems because only the WBC recognise it as a non-title professional fight. That means the WBO, WBA and IBF do not at the moment recognise it. If Fury wins (as expected) the WBC will consider it as another victory or if things go wrong it will be his first loss but either way the other 3 major belts will not recognise the result. Fury should have done his best to get the Usyk fight over the line, I have no idea why the WBC is allowing this fight to go ahead without stripping Fury of his title, surely he should fight the number one WBC contender and if that fails he should fight the number two or three. What cannot be denied is there is no sense of urgency when it comes to the OP because he has not logged in since creating the thread. If he had any genuine interest in anything he wrote he would have been active. I would consider the OP as someone who is doing this (posting in the forum) for attention to be noticed rather than there being an actual need. Well, he has been noticed and nothing positive can be attributed to him. Can you explain how there is nothing illegal about wanting to have unauthorized access to other people's sites? I'm really interested in how the legality of hacking websites is justified.
Maybe OP comes from a society where private property and hacking are viewed in a completely different way, and over the years I have had the opportunity to see people on this forum who have behaved in such a way. Plagiarism is one way of stealing, but there are a lot of users who still do it and think there's nothing wrong with it. |
