2001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Darts] 2022 PDC World Darts Championship 🎯 on: December 18, 2021, 01:46:03 PM
Who is looking at the live match William O'Connor v Danny Lauby right now?
What do you think? Lauby is on fire!
Nice to see all those great fans in the background. I missed them last year! Cool

I was also moved and surprised by Lauby's moves. I didn't expect that he would make the match that exciting. It's also a good thing that game isnmore alive because of the crowd. It's really a different scene if you see people enjoying while watching and cheering on the background.
2002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish card games on: December 18, 2021, 12:59:04 PM
Hi guys. I remember that I used to play some typical Spanish card games, played with the Spanish set of cards, such as "Brisca", "Tute" and what is possibly the biggest contribution ever made to fun by Spain: el "Mus". Most of these games are not as much bet oriented as Poker and perhaps they are too simple to create a culture around them as Texas Hold'em has generated, but "Mus" is fun to play and it links quite well with betting. Does anyone if there is any casino out there in which I can gamble at mus with bitcoin?

Spanish card games sound interesting though I haven't heard any specific game about it before. I believe there's no available Spanish card game in any crypto supporting online casino today but if there would be more players who would suggest it or get hooked to it, I'm sure that some casinos would try offering it for the benefit of their users just like other local card games.
2003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of NFTs on: December 17, 2021, 04:43:13 PM
I would rather stick to top coins which has a better foundation rather than risking things on NFTs these days because, to be honest, non-fungible token are just usually carried by too much hype but having a hard time burning their tokens that they couldn't even control its supply. Yes, they are profitable but I don't think they're good for a long-term hold.
2004  Economy / Economics / Re: Did you realize in real life how Bitcoin gave us financial freedom? on: December 17, 2021, 04:02:32 PM
Bitcoin has changed a lot in our economy even in our personal lives especially during this pandemic. Lots of people have been successful because of Bitcoin investment. I could say that Bitcoin is a reliable source of good income if we only know how to grab the opportunities that it could offer. It even made important transactions more convenient as a currency and mode of payment. If there would be more adoptions and a lot more people would get to see its importance, I'm sure that we could all experience a better level of financial freedom.
2005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Scripts on: December 17, 2021, 03:03:52 PM
Hello guys, I just wanted to ask as newbie if that dice scripts are really worth it? If all are just scams or there are really some scripts that work? Thank you for information.

If dice scripts are effective then lots of players should have been rich already since there are also lots of users who purchased it. No one has proven its efficacy yet so as for me, despite the risks, it's better to enjoy playing it in a legit way. Buying scripts might only lead you into more losses in the future.
2006  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs. Ilunga Makabu on: December 17, 2021, 02:30:57 PM
I know everyone is keeping an eye on Canelo and believing that he could make this upcoming fight of him against Makabu favor on him again which it is undeniable that Canelo is a great fighter with no record of loss but he needed to accomplish this planned game of him before he entertain another milestone on his career.

Since Canelo is moving up, he becomes an interest to anyone. Defeating Makabu is the first step if he is fit on a much above weight class. I don't consider Makabu as an easy opponent as he is used to fighting already on that catchweight.

Maybe he just wanted to test the waters and if he didn't like it or if he goes to win a belt then he can go down to LW and chase more against a undefeated champion in Beterbiev.

I also thought of this but if Canelo will win the fight, he will think he can handle that weight class and will be more open to fighting much above boxers. If he loses, he will ask for a rematch before considering going back to his preferred weight class.
I also consider that Canelo is well above MaKabu, Makabu is a great boxer, his technique is very good and in fact his training is not easy at all, I have seen some videos of him and they really are very promising, but when we compare him with Canelo , I think Canelo is still above the average of many boxers, because he is accustomed to his victories and Makabu is starting in a higher category than him and to welcome him, Canelo would say that Canelo is overqualified for him, without detracting from the effort of Makabu.

Canelo has a huge potential in this industry. We've seen how he defended different titles which only proves that he's making a good name in the boxing field. Makabu is also a tough fighter but compared to Canelo, he's a bit weak and still has a lot to prove. I hope that he'll learn how to defeat Canelo's promising moves in the ring.
2007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Arthur Beterbiev vs Marcus Browne Light Heavyweight Championship on: December 17, 2021, 07:20:00 AM
It's not that I'm underestimating Beterbiev's opponent capability but I've already seen how Beterbieve defended his title for consecutive years and I could say that he's too wild on the ring and I wasn't surprised by it since he's always determined to win. Marcus Browne should prepare well to win this tough match since his opponent is always well prepared.
2008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: December 16, 2021, 04:43:29 PM
I wouldn't advise you to invest in NFT's these days because for me, they aren't well established yet and some of them are just being carried by too much hype. If you have enough funds for investment, you better invest it with top coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum which already have strong foundations. They're well developed and profitable and that's proven by lots of investors.
2009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice speculation thread on: December 16, 2021, 02:52:41 PM
I think the dice game is one of the gambling games that is hugely relied on luck. I don't know if there is any kind of expertise involved in playing of dice. It basically on speculation as you said and if being lucky on it , then your speculation turns out right. Both online and real life are strictly based on luck as I know.

I personally don't have any specific strategy on dice games for I believe that this game is just based on pure luck and it will be hard for anyone to predict the result. There might be speculations yet there's no guarantee that it could possibly happen because based on my experience, dice game is simple yet unpredictable. It only needs focus and it should be enjoyed.
2010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting to Risk Free Fights on: December 16, 2021, 02:10:13 PM
Would you be able to decide which fight could be risk free that you will bet your weekly pay despite the small odd like 1.50 or would you still rethink if there is an upset like Weili Zhang and Rose Namajunas.

How about Jairzinho Rozenstruik vs Augusto Sakai, is this a risk free fight to you?

Jairzinho Rozenstruik by the way is the one that did the nasty cuts to Allistair's mouth.

There have been so many upsets in sports like boxing and martial arts that you should never consider there to be a "risk-free" fight. You also never know what sort of deals or strategies may be taking place behind the scenes to engineer a victory for a specific player - when it could lead to a lot of money for people with the right information. It seems to me that odds of "1.5" are very far from guaranteed, as I often see similar odds go the opposite way and the return is not worth the risk involved. Unless you're getting those sorts of odds on a fight between McGregor and some fresh amateur to the ring, anything can happen to take down the more formidable opponents.

There's no such thing as risk-free fights especially if it's a good match where guessing who has an edge would be too difficult. There could be favorable players but there's still a risk since we have no idea regarding the possible scenario on the ring. The risks could be high or low but we shouldn't disregard the fact that we couldn't predict the game flow.
2011  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to know about Crypto Trading on: December 15, 2021, 03:37:58 PM
Hello everyone, anyone can tell me details about crypto currency trading, i am highly interested to learn 🥰🥰🥰

There are already lots of available resources online that you could access for free regarding the basics of crypto trading. Videos, articles and even books are available online but you should have the eagerness to learn every single detail about it since crypto trading is a long process of learning. Watching video tutorials on Youtube and other platforms would be a lot easier for you to understand trading.
2012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Other forums about (cryptocurrency) gambling? on: December 15, 2021, 02:32:14 PM
I do not search the other forums with a gambling section as here but I am sure those forums will have. I already like the list of gambling sites here so that is my reason for not searching for the other forums. Besides that, I do not know if, in those forums, they have a good list of crypto gambling sites that we can use because we do not involve in those forums. Even if the other forums have a gambling section, their list will be almost similar on this forum.

I'm also more comfortable interacting and engaging in gambling topics on this forum for I was able to learn new strategies and techniques on how to handle gambling. Most people's opinions here are also trusted and reliable. We could freely ask things that we want to discover here which is too helpful for us who are trying to adopt more knowledge about gambling.
2013  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why exactly is it that people don't like identifying yourselves (KYC)? on: December 14, 2021, 05:16:28 PM
Traders have different reasons regarding KYC. Some of us just aren't comfortable with it. We have chosen cryptocurrency because of the privacy and anonymity that it provides so KYC isn't for us. Others want to keep their identity private and just want to be careful because there are cases where our private information is being used in illegal activities no matter how legitimate a site is while others only see it as a waste of time.
2014  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 14, 2021, 03:59:02 PM
Borrowing or loaning funds just to invest in a crypto is a risky thing. There's no guarantee that you could pay your debt in time if you'll rely things in cryptocurrency. Keep in mind that cryptocurrency's volatility is too high and its movement isn't constant. You better save enough funds that you could allocate for your investment but don't borrow so you'll have something to invest because you might only regret it in the end.
2015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Only invest an amount you can afford to lose" on: December 14, 2021, 03:11:52 PM
"Only invest an amount you can afford to lose."

Probably one of the most common pieces of advice I've heard when it comes to investing in bitcoin, and I've used it a lot of times too. But honestly, in our current situation where fiat is getting printed like hell, I started to use that statement less and less. It just seems that holding bitcoin is now totally necessary.

Don't get me wrong, we should still be heavily educating people when it comes to proper investing in general with DCA-ing and probably not going all-in on one go and stuff, but I think bitcoin is a lot less risky of investment now compared to the past few years despite it still being volatile.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I still apply the same advice because no matter what we think of crypto, it's still volatile and has risks so I would rather invest the money that I could only afford to lose so I wouldn't have regrets in the end. If we'll put all our assets in crypto without thinking about the risks, it might affect our current financial status, or worse, we might have losses that would have a huge impact on our financial stability.
2016  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you had 4,000.00 USD, what would you invest in? on: December 12, 2021, 06:33:38 PM
for $4000, I'd probably choose just 1 coin, which is BNB. i believe that the potential of BNB can be the same as ethereum. nowadays, you can't buy 1 ethereum for $4k, but a few years ago, it cost the same as BNB, and you could have a lot of it for $4k.
at the moment, the potential for BNB seems to be superior to that of ETH, and if my hunch is right, the price of BNB could be as high as ETH is today. for $4k, right now you can get some BNB. it's quite worth it.

BNB is also my 2nd personal choice next to Bitcoin simply because its network is better than ETH and this coin has been proving us its potential for years. I've gained a good profit by holding it so if I would have 4K USD, it might sound too big but believe that it's worth investing with BNB. I'm sure that there would be more improvements and developments in the future.
2017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Squid Game scam creators buy $125M worth of SHIB turning into Shiba Inu whales on: December 12, 2021, 06:14:19 PM
this is shocking news, the developers of squid scam coin openly invest with the money they scam. what a shameless cheater!

It's just so disappointing that Squid game token investor's hard earned money are just being used by scammers to manipulate another coin. I hope that they could pay for this crime in other ways though that's quite impossible in crypto industry. I don't think having scammers as whales of a certain coin would still affect the coin positively.
2018  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 12, 2021, 05:16:03 PM
Yes, buying and investing more could guarantee us a bigger profit but that doesn't mean that it's better than saving because, to be honest, securing our funds through saving is still a smart decision. Our profit from our investment also depends on the coin of your choice because there are also unsuccessful coins that could only result in losses in the end. Smart investment and wise saving could both give us financial stability if we'll only know how to handle our funds properly.
2019  Economy / Economics / Re: Tonga will probably be the next country to make Bitcoin legal tender on: December 12, 2021, 05:00:52 PM
Pending the passing of the law that will hopefully make Bitcoin a legal tender of the beautiful yet isolated kingdom of Tonga, why doesn't the government just declare Bitcoin as an acceptable currency? I guess a mere executive order or something like that would be enough to make the ball rolling for this tiny country.

I think this Bitcoin-as-a-legal-tender experiment would be much easier to manage and probably faster to earn success in this very small Polynesian island nation than in El Salvador considering that Tonga is very small both in area and population.

The biggest challenge, however, would be technological and basic infrastructures that would provide the population reliable electricity and internet connection as well as the access to smart phones. This is particularly more challenging because the country is archipelagic and that several small inhabited islands are living off the grid.

Every Bitcoin adoption like this needs adjustment to pursue its legalization. If a country couldn't provide the adjustments needed, the legalization plan will surely fail. As we all know, electricity and the internet are needed to successfully adopt Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. However, this kind of adoption is a good sign that more countries even the small ones are willing to accept cryptocurrency for their innovation and technology development.
2020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: December 12, 2021, 04:35:44 PM
and, yeah, really unfortunate that Device will miss such an important game...phzy seems to be a good player in Young Ninjas, but this should be a walk in the park for G2 honestly
Good thing I read the news after placing my bets. This way I ended with NIP +1.5 before the match which already passed and than I placed another bet on G2 @1.8 after they lost that first map and I read your post. I was feeling stupid though in time between reading your post and NIP winning that first map Smiley

Now time for G2 to get their shit together and start winning some rounds.
what a shitshow that was for G2. NIP +1.5 was really good value if you had some faith in the new guy as stand-in, but i went with safer picks and both hit. Poor NiKo, G2 really needs some changes in the roster

4.3x odds for Nip to beat Vitality    Tongue
good odds, but i'm biased and i wanna see Zywoo winning a big tourney to end the year on a high note. Plus what i saw from misutaa and shox yesterday was superb. Hampus and Rez also performed pretty well against G2 and they have the momentum in their favor as as they were the underdog yesterday, wouldn't be surprised if they somehow manage to win one of their picks today (Nuke most likely since Vita could be rusty after not playing this map in a while)

let's see how this goes

It was a good score prediction for the final match. Vitaliy will undoubtedly win. NIP will win one of the inferno or nuke maps, your guess may hold and it will end with a close score, I hope you win. I stayed away from betting on this match. I'll wait for the BLAST Premier World final 2021 to bet. By the way, I feel sorry for NIKO you said, great misfortune, there is a need for someone else to carry the team with him.

Vitality has been very consistent though I didn't expect that NIP would lose that way. It seems like NIKO is losing hope this time but I hope that they would have a positive outlook on the next fight. Vitality is really pushing hard to win over them but they also have to be more competitive.
