2041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley 2 - December 18 on: December 08, 2021, 03:53:52 PM

This isn't talked about enough, that's a knockdown. He's clearly being held up by the ropes, the annoying part is Woodley didn't capitalise on this after hurting Jake. Something which us MMA fans have gotten used to, and has earned his nickname "the frozen one".

That was his biggest mistake and if he can hold him in the ropes just like he did in their first meeting, he has a good chance of knocking out Jake Paul, Woodley is one fighter that can end Jake Paul records and stop his tracks he has a good record of knocking out people in the ring and I don't think Woodley lose his power and speed because of inactivity and the short notice will surprise Jake Paul.

I don't doubt Woodley's strength to knock down Jake Paul this time despite his defeat months ago. Woodley is still wild on the ring and I'm sure that he will still prove more of himself this time. Jake Paul is also surprising on the ring yet he still has a lot to improve especially when it comes to speed.
2042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin is overtaken by Ethereum in market cap? on: December 07, 2021, 03:29:01 PM
It could possibly happen since we can't also deny the fact that Ethereum has a huge potential to strike higher in the future but I don't think it would affect Bitcoin negatively. Any altcoin could rise higher than Bitcoin but no coin could tear it down since it is well established and built with a firm foundation. Bitcoin will always be the king of all cryptocurrencies.
2043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $2.000.000 on: December 07, 2021, 02:33:14 PM
Well, the true identity of owners of both sites are unknown as 1xbit claimed not to have any connection with 1xbet and one of the admin have come out severally to defend this point, but what is not clear to most of us is the fact that the names are almost the same and their games look similar to each other.

I have heard about these sites before but I hope that they made unique names so users and players wouldn't get confused. What if one of them is a scam site? It will surely affect the reputation of the other site. However, a person who won $2,000,000 is such a lucky guy and he could also testify about the legitimacy of the project.
2044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won $550,000 gambling on sports this month on: December 05, 2021, 04:32:53 PM
Congratulations to you, mate. That's such a huge amount of winning and I hope that I could also be as lucky as you in the future. My advice is you better keep your funds safe or put up a small business to sustain your future. Investing with potential coins would also be a good idea. Did you apply a certain strategy to win such amount? Congrats again and I wish that more players would also get that lucky.
2045  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Economic Advantage on: December 05, 2021, 04:07:18 PM
I reside in a country where the rate of inflation is high with a corrupted political system and tenures that have stolen the collective wealth of the nation and have crippled the economy, a high percentage of unemployed graduates who have in the last few years discovered blockchain and have gotten involved in Bitcoin activities such as trading and investments. Indeed Bitcoin has given us the economic power to overcome the crashing economy of many nations. 100% economic independent.

I wonder if we're living in the same country or we're just experiencing the same thing. Lots of corrupt politicians have worsened the economic situation in our country and innocent people who are paying taxes are suffering but cryptocurrency has made a huge impact. It saved lots of unemployed people, especially during this pandemic. I hope that more people would consider crypto investing as a life changer and economic savior.
2046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency trading is safe than forex trading on: December 05, 2021, 03:51:36 PM
I can agree with you.  I think forex will require your time to master some certain things . Forex is not what they rush into to invest it requires patience. That's what some newbies don't know about forex, they think they can easily earn in forex without learning.

Even in cryptocurrency, if you'll invest without knowing its risks and without having enough knowledge on how to do trading, you'll surely fail. Both need a long process of learning so the safety of both investments will depend on your skills on how to handle it. Both are profitable and risky at the same time but we should keep in mind that any type of investment has its risks.
2047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: December 05, 2021, 02:37:45 PM
BNB is a good pick. Not shilling it but don't hesitate to include it on your portfolio.
Experienced investors are aware of this. BNB is one of the good coins existing nowadays to hold for long period because its well-established and has a use case.

I've been holding BNB for long period already and made huge gains from it. It just takes a lot of patience specially during the time of bearish market wherein most coins plunged.

Anyway it's not late to invest now, the price is still declining, a chance to take advantage.

BNB has shown a great improvement this year and lucky are those who made a good profit from it. It's still worth buying until now since its continuously rising. As for me, the best decision that I have made is buying is when its price is still low. Sometimes, taking the risk with good coins is all worth it.
2048  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never sell for a loss - is a Myth !! on: December 05, 2021, 01:59:45 PM
Things will depend on how we believe in our holdings or how we predict the next movement of it. We could base things on how we do technical analysis and on what we want to achieve based on our target goal. There's no specific price to sell and no specific time frame because we all have our different goals. Crypto investment has lots of risks and our profit would depend on how we're going to deal with every market situation.
2049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Please tell me which bookmaker accepts cryptocurrency betting on: December 05, 2021, 12:59:17 PM
Have you tried :
- Stake
- Roobet
- Sportbet

I only have experience for "Stake and Roobet", In case for Sportbet not tried again because I not regular Sporbet but most people say is good too. I have great experience with "Stake and Roobet" for the case withdrawal activity and bonus.

I have used these trusted sites as well and I could say that they provide a good service. You could check good reviews about them and you'll see that they have built a good reputation. There are also lots of top gambling sites that you could check but you have to make sure that they're reputable.
2050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it good to penalize airdrop hunters? on: December 05, 2021, 12:33:18 PM
~
I stopped joining airdrops long time ago, and surely some would have done the same as well.

It's quite good idea for a project to do the same as what you mentioned in the OP, since it is indeed vulnerable to abuse. People making an alts here and there with their fake information. I wouldn't term that "penalizing" though. I would describe it as limiting the users involved like what tsaroz mentioned "lucky draw". It is not 100% foolproof, but it surely reduces abuse. I believe some airdrop "hunters" dump the coin anyway, so what if the platform just decided to limit it. There would be lesser number of people dumping their coins, though I know that even common airdrops aren't that much of a percentage out of the total supply.

Will it do any harm to crypto? No. I don't think that attention to crypto is highly focused on airdrops anyway. Many airdrops turned out to be a scam long time ago and if that hurt crypto, there wouldn't be that many of newer projects coming right out these days already.

As for me, it's the project's part to limit their participants. It's necessary to control the number of abusers. It will be beneficial to the project as well as the investors. It wuuldn't harm crypto because we really need to balance everything even the rewards distribution. There are honest participants but there are even more abusers.
2051  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰 GamblingFreebies.com - How to Get Free $$$ + Strategies + Picks 💰 on: December 05, 2021, 10:48:24 AM
But hey .... Crypto also cannot go up forever all the times, there's gotta be a point of balance just like we're experiencing now. Long term it has already proven itself because people can transfer money in new ways that were never possible to us before 2009.

The governor of the bank of England for instance said a few months ago the prices should fall, let's see if he's right and only time will tell.
That is why there is a saying that "everything that goes up, has to eventually come down". It's expected and it's normal. Moreover, if we compare what has been happening on the market in recent weeks and months to the great bull run of 2017, we will see similarities. Back then, there were also periods in which the market went the other way and dropped 20-30% before going back up and registering a new ATH.

That's already a part of cryptocurrency's characteristics. It could reach a good price and drop-down anytime since it needs balance which is also beneficial for everyone. It's better to take the risks while the market is in a bearish situation. However, grabbing the chances of taking profits or even bonuses offered by good casino sites isn't bad though.
2052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Ancajas vs Ioka Dec 31 on: December 05, 2021, 05:08:43 AM
Not sure about that, I think Ancajas will still be the favorite in this fight based on the strength of his 10 successive defense of his title as IBF champion. Although the fight is going to be in Japan but currently postponed, Ancajas for me has more of the experience fighting good fighters in his resume. For me experience is not based on the number of fights, but on who they face as opposition before and mostly, Ancajas has a tougher fight but won all 10 defending his belt.
Yep and don't forget boxing is very popular Philippines, while in Japan aren't really popular. The odds is mostly based on the bettors, we already see most of Philippines boxer has low odds or be favorited.

This is going to be a difficult fight for Ancajas, even if he has more professional fights than Ioka the Japanese fighter has fought 23 championship fights out of a total of 29, so Ioka has more experience on these kind of fights in which everything can change with a single punch, obviously Ancajas has a chance but I suppose Ioka is going to be the favorite for the fans and the casinos, especially since the match will take place at Japan.
Ancajas has fought 36 fights and only lose once, it's more larger than Ioka.

But I agree with the part this fight will be difficult for Ancajas, based on Ioka's previous fight this guy has talent and good puncher. I think it's worth betting on an underdog here, we've seen so many upset this year.

Ancajas has a good record yet Loka is also surprising when it comes to the matching ring. His punches and movements are unpredictable and I guess this will be a challenge for Ancajas. To be honest, they're a good match since they're both wild when they're on the ring.
2053  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is a good option?? Trade or Hodl on: December 04, 2021, 05:53:49 PM
Is it better to keep good project coins for holding?
                                or
Trade in spot/ futures market in less leverage.

Trade and Hold are both good, however, in choosing spot trading is much better compared to future in my own views and opinion only.
Because maybe I had been doing trade in the spot and so far so good. Though, I never try to use future trading, but I am currently much more comfortable in spot trading rather in Future trading.

Trading still depends on your skills. You could do spot or even futures depending on your target profit as well as the capability of your chosen coin. Some coins are good for long-term holding while there are also coins with high volatility which are worth trading. Things will also depend on your target time frame.
2054  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat banks and the government. on: December 04, 2021, 04:17:41 PM
A recent situation in my country where the banks have been instructed to block accounts related/associated with crypto trading has prompted me to start thinking if these banks are actually happy carrying out government policies against their customers, because some of them seem not too happy about it but look to have little or no choice on the matter.

Can the banks challenge the policies from the government? Are the banks working for the people or the government? is there any possibility that banks can operate freely entirely from government policies?

(Read news article here)

I think most banks has their own policies and the government has nothing to do with accounts that they block or restrict due to crypto transactions. As for me, they're just trying to control fraudulent transactions. However, there are also trusted banks that don't do account blocking and liquidate crypto transactions. I think we should only pick trusted banks.
2055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: December 04, 2021, 02:28:38 PM
When it comes to fund deposit on gambling, people never think about the fee and all. Most of the time users deposit fund on Gambling site when the user experience continued loss. To recover the loss the user makes deposit. This will be known by the sites and the deposits were confirmed faster with reduced transaction fee. Different users have different views, but in my experience When a gambler is depositing fund with the urge of recovering will never think about the transaction fee.

But if it's too high, it's already a big deal for most users especially for those who aren't big-time gamblers. I guess it's time to switch to other network if ETH fees are getting higher. They have told us that they would do something about ETH gas fees but I think they still didn't do anything to decrease it. For now, more users are switching to the BNB network.
2056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 04, 2021, 11:48:16 AM
Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?

I want to invest in a promising project called Yearnlab. Their token sale starts on 7th Dec and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.

Share your thoughts on such an investment. Maybe you have some interesting cases on this matter.

It still depends on the project because there are lots of potential projects but there are also projects that are just being hyped. I usually check the background as well as the team behind the project to make sure that I wouldn't regret investing in it in the end. Investing in a new project is too risky so it needs further research first.
2057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What promising tokens should you buy in 2022? on: December 04, 2021, 01:39:25 AM
First of all, I'm just gonna top up my bag with more btc, ETH and BNB, then aftermath look for more newly launched with promising foresight to invest on.

I will also do the same thing. Top coins would still be my personal choice since they have shown great movement and development this year. I'm sure just like BTC, it could still grow unexpectedly in the coming year. I don't want to take the risks of trying new coins especially when it comes to a long-term hold.
2058  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: December 03, 2021, 05:17:13 PM
.....
It wont really a bad thing for them to consider on launching up some campaign on here.
Yeah!  This is a very good and correct proposal for the devs of this project.
Of course, it is not enough that such a large Asian casino only has this topic in the BTT and does not have any signatures company  at all.  Probably it would be worth to advertise the site by agreeing with some bounty manager here at BTT.  And carry out such a campaign.
By the way, for such a large casino, these campaign costs do not look unacceptable.

They have signature campaign but it is paid in USDT and it is running for 33 weeks now.
Here is the link for the campaign if you have not realized it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5330310.0
Lately they are starting to have slot competitions, they have done it twice so far and maybe there will be more competition in the future.

It's a good thing that they're exerting efforts to promote their site. Having a signature campaign here is an advantage since it's a good way toa advertise their casino. Also, offering a welcome bonus for new players would also be a great strategy. We all know that giving rewards could attract more players.
2059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: December 03, 2021, 04:23:51 PM
I've realized that trading is a never-ending process because it isn't just about learning the strategies and technical analysis but also learning how to handle one's emotions to make the right decisions. I find trading is too challenging simply because the market is too volatile and we have to deal with the changes that might come up anytime. A proper mindset upon entering trading is too important as well so we'll know how to reach a certain goal.
2060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin market has become scammer's playground on: December 03, 2021, 03:27:11 PM
It always has been a scammers playground. The alt market is full of scammers & fraudsters running centralised tokens & coins with massive supply caps. Stick to bitcoin & the main alts, way too many scum bags out there.

That's a sad reality that we have to accept because to be honest, most scammers are now using cryptocurrency platforms to scam and fool people. Even NFT games are being used to scam which is too disappointing that's why we have to be mindful each time we invest in a certain project or coin. Scammers are getting smarter but we have to be wiser than them.
