3941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the right way to teach them? on: January 22, 2020, 04:10:50 PM
That's quite costly, unless you're really willing to risk your money in building the academy. You must need to make a study around your area to ensure that you'll have plenty or at least moderate amount of students, like right now you're telling that there is no fee to your teachings.
I think you should reconsider about the investment of your money to this. You could just put that into crypto and just do a public forum around your community. It should be free for sure, rather than building up an academy but ending up to be just a deserted building in the end.
3942  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Options is a bit overwhelming for me. Any Suggestions to make it easier? on: January 22, 2020, 04:07:00 PM
There's a lot of entry for newbies to learn trading, but seems like you didn't manage to get the ropes around the that method. I didn't even know that there is trading options in trading. I jumped into day trading back in the day and it wasn't a pleasant experience for me and I won't even advise you to start learning day trading.
Learn the risks first, and make sure whatever amount you're hodling is just okay with you even if you lose it.
3943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: McAfee in Trouble ? on: January 22, 2020, 04:04:38 PM
Lol. Everyone can say anything in the internet.
At first Mcafee was like a mysterious person for me, but turns out he is just one of those trolls in the internet that says random things and will claim to do something.
~

People should stop treating him as a spokesperson for crypto or whatever, because that is the exact opposite of what he is - he paints a picture of hypocrisy and ludicrousness upon actual crypto adopters.
This.
3944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 22, 2020, 01:33:23 PM
Now people would be aware of it and won't invest into you anymore.
It is a double-edged sword, so you should reconsider and rethink what you're doing, OP.
3945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some exchanges charges are too high on: January 22, 2020, 01:31:14 PM
When ETH withdrawal fee tends to get high, I just keep it in my MEW most of the time and just throw in the amount that I'll trade and buy for other coins. Good thing that the online wallet I use already supports ETH wallet, so I don't have to exchange it to BTC using Shapeshift. Back then, BTC withdrawal fee for me was like x2 of the amount I tend to withdraw or cash out.
3946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you record and preserve Bitcoin history? on: January 22, 2020, 01:28:43 PM
Dang. I missed the shot I could get when Bitcoin was up to 20k in 2017.

It didn't hit 20 grand on any of the most credible exchanges. It did on a few illiquid ones but that doesn't count in my book.

10 grand was the magic figure for me and I'm glad I grabbed it. Just a couple of years before that figure would've seemed like pure sci fi yet there it was.

My bad.  Grin
I still don't have any account to any exchanges that year as I was still learning Bitcoin.
Same boat as yours though in 10G.
3947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me? on: January 22, 2020, 01:24:50 PM
I am not sure that there aren't many bounties, but there should be a lot of projects popping up and maybe they just aren't willing to implement bounties as part of their marketing strategy.
A little research would do and I found upcoming projects, so there is probability that they'll pop a bounty anytime but don't expect.

3948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 06:16:41 PM
Just go for long-term hodling.
Can't advise you a lot in stocks, since I don't do that no more. You could use of diversified investment though and it would most likely work out.
Sorry for the losses you got though, OP. It is just the beginning for you, so don't be discourage by the losses.
3949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Numbers Continue Exploding in Spite of ICO History on: January 21, 2020, 06:15:07 PM
The risks just seemed like going higher.
I can see that one year that investor would be just have enough on losing their money especially the day that they'll go broke. Risk is just almost the same us building up your business outside crypto. Do those devs make an adequate research anyway, like sort of feasibility study inside the internet so that they'll know that whatever they have in mind is gonna be booming and surely gonna pay off to their creation.
3950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By now, is it worth to invest in major altcoins for the long term? on: January 21, 2020, 05:22:39 PM
No. Just day trade them if you can. Invest time in learning day trading whenever you can. I've held quite few altcoins before but they were all just dumped. I held that coin since 2017 and it just went crap by 80% after a year, so I just decided to "erase" the coin.
3951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: January 21, 2020, 05:19:18 PM
Uhmm. Yes?
We already got Bitcoin to take care of that.
I gotta disagree when you're gonna say that all cryptos are meant to be future currency though. They all aim for different things. Some are for investment, and some are for currency. Bitcoin covers both.
3952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you record and preserve Bitcoin history? on: January 21, 2020, 05:10:15 PM
Dang. I missed the shot I could get when Bitcoin was up to 20k in 2017.
I was one of those hodlers that would refresh the updated price of Bitcoin overtime.
I am searching using the keyword "btc to usd" commonly in Google and it was like an unhealthy habit for me.
I could've save a screenshot or even put it into archive if I had the chance.
3953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of bounty looks uncertain on: January 21, 2020, 04:18:46 PM
Can't say the IEOs hype is goner now, but I would say that the way that IEO works is still greater than ICOs.
It lessens the possibility of scams due to investors most likely looking for projects that will be listed in reputated exchange.
Now unless there's like an inside job for these project and the exchange itself, it would be pretty much better investment rather than ICOs back in 2018.
3954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 21, 2020, 04:16:23 PM
About the fault of the bounty hunters, it is quite common actually.
They'll just register their entries blindly.
What's worse is that some also do the same in airdrops which commonly ask for KYC requirements and those type of bounty hunters tend to sell their information just for the sake of profit from a shitcoin.
3955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: This is why you shouldn't trust a Centralized Exchange! on: January 21, 2020, 03:08:03 PM
It is people's laziness, and there's nothing we can do about them but warn them about it.
I have online wallet but most of the time I convert them into fiat anyway and at times I am thinking of creating desktop wallet isolated only for the purpose of hodling my money and the device won't be used to connect to unsafe networks.

Although even reputated exchange like Binance would be able to recover damages done to people, it isn't worth of just being a victim in one of those.
3956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn How TO Create Cryptocurrency Now on: January 20, 2020, 05:58:47 PM
I don't know if this is just me, but the color of the video kinda bothers me and my eyes. I think OP should reconsider the editing he made to the video. It kinda strains my eyes to that color.
Audio and your voice is quite clear although the video that automatically played in your channel kinda startled me, please fix that if possible.
3957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet - Trustworthy? on: January 20, 2020, 05:54:20 PM
i don't know that wallet because i don't use a mobile phone wallet, but if it's related to anything we can store in recovery emails or something, then even if your smartphone is broken or anything later, smartphones can still be restored or synchronized for every application that has been installed which in my opinion will all be safe if we are smart to use whatever we have as well as possible and as carefully as possible

Seems like a wallet from Binance
I never heard that yet even though I was trading at their platform back in the day.
I guess it would be trustworthy, but I don't really use mobile wallets that much.
I tend to use my mobile phone in untrustworthy networks, so that can't be good for my money in my wallet.
3958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin provides more long-term profits on: January 20, 2020, 04:44:07 PM
Lately I've been hodling ETH for long term. There ain't a lot of altcoins that I am planning to hodl.
I won't miss every single opportunity in day trading though when I get back into it.
BTC is just one of those coins that proved me to keep hodling on. ETH is the alternative Bitcoin that told me the same.
3959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market moves in like a mystery! on: January 20, 2020, 04:41:25 PM
It's just an organic event. Nothing to be surprised of, and it is something to be just expected out of nowhere. Lately, BTC has been like in a rollercoaster ride when it started to breach 8.5k. It went to 9.1k then it plummeted down to >8.5k.
It is just expected to happen also because I believe that there are quite many people looking to sell already.
3960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: January 20, 2020, 04:38:00 PM
Whitepaper is important to read, but it is not enough. we have to consider others aspect
such as, it is true? achievable? how's bout the team? community? how much token is?

There are many aspect which we should know more. Then if most of them is good, we can make decision to invest or not
at least we reduce the risk by reading and analyzing many aspect of the project

The WP gives the initial info about the project, but since 2014 so many WP i've red but there's only few who perform what is written in their WP.

What's worse is that some still have the thoughts of plagiarizing as well. You can see some of those in the Scam Accusations board.
